on this issue of competence my brother don't you think that "a government of the people, for the people, by the people" does not require the president to be a guru all he needs is just to have the good of the people at heart, there are several means to get things done, if he is having a problem in any aspect of the government, it is easy to put our academic institutes(students, lecturers, educated Nigerians) to use in getting solutions. that, will even, improve the value of education because those who proffer solutions won't go without some merits. we have many Nigerians with brains willing to work if provided an enabling environment. I was trying to see what it would look like so I did a brief Google of the country.....I switched to images and first 100 pixs I saw was of people without clothes just like this.

The thing weak me, I didn't want to believe so I kept searching about the country.....ewo! Nigeria really try compare to some no be small...more than 80% of the population live in the rural areas, HIV is like chin chin compared to SA, more than 90% of the civilized people are foreigners/expatriate, mostly UN, WHO and the likes.

The country is close to Australia so they have a lot of back up from them.

Above all, as backward as they are, my research shows that the people are very friendly to foreigners. Who wants to go for a trip? hhahahahah

First, you need to have a company....CAC documents and rest.....70k a lawyer can do for you, make sure the company registration shows export as part of your service cos you will need it while registering for anoda doc.

Second you need to obtain Nigerian Export Promotion council license ...

Very easy but don't do it in Lagos, cos of time..... Akure seem to be where everyone is going..... Top cost is 20k naira even with bribe.

With this two, you are good to go.

Package your goods, I will suggest you use ply wood or dismantle to parts that can be assembled.

If you are going through ship, I don't think you need a full container, but if its that big then a 20ft container should be fine, book with a shipping company, MSC, ZIM, Marserk and the likes.....shipping to Europe cost average 700 USD for 20ft container, you can bargain cheaper to Africa.

Then you will need a clearing and forwarding agent, he will get you the customs papers/clearance, bill of laden and other documents.... This shouldn't cost you more than 200k, but m not too sure.

I have an export company and a full team, I am familiar with a couple of Africa countries, I could help you out if you so wish, though m not in Nigeria at the moment but really, its something you can do by yourself, you have worked hard to come up with d machine and even market it, that's the difficult part.

In other news, what is the cost of your machine, the durability and other specifications, I just might be interested in marketing it in the African counties I have network in.

Just like justwise said, if the IHS wasnt successfully paid, you won't get that IHS number.

The system has been set so that you cannot complete your registration without paying for IHS.

If there's a bug somewhere in the system and the IHS wasnt paid but you got a number, then you should get a mail from them on Monday.

Follow up with the gentleman or lady that paid for you if he/she has finally been debited, remember someone said it usually takes 24hours.

If he/she hasn't been debited by Monday, do them a mail and quote your IHS number.....

Made my appearance at the visa office although didn't go with all documents stated by figel because they were not readily available by my spouse.

This were the documents submitted for dependent visa tier4




-TB Certificate
-Statement of Account ( combined mine and spouse account) gtbank and Skye to be specific
-Marriage Certificate
-Wedding Pictures
-Chat history (WhatsApp ) for almost a year
-mails exchange since 2015
( Although I had to be selecting 3mails/month) at a point
-Copy of spouse BRP
-Copy of spouse int't passport

All in all, total pages of documents submitted was about 600 pages


There was no phone interview after submission which initially got me alerted but at the long run it came out positive.
