Jman06: It's just unfortunate that we have bigots like you as HR personnel in many organizations! People who can't make decisions without allowing their biases get hold of them.
Just imagine! You didn't even care what the lady has upstairs to bring on board. That girl's connection might even impart the organization positively. Oh! I forgot, many companies in Nigeria are slave drivers! So, they look out to employ people they can easily turn to slaves. Dummies whom they can easily control. It is for the same reason that some companies in Nigeria come up with obnoxious age requirements in their recruitments. They believe that they can readily enslave those below certain age bracket. They tend to forget that businesses thrive on rules and regulations that are fair enough to both the employer and the employee. Not on some kind of master-slave approach. This is another reason why many businesses fail in this country. Because people who can't reason properly are put in critical decision-making departments like HR. Dude quote me again and again...if an interviewee has something tangible to offer an organization it doesn't take time to fish such out, ,weather she is well dressed or not, I have been opportune to see many face time interview with some of my father friends and I can tell u within 1mins they already know if u are going to be employed or not, ,,,,,or u think it's like nigeria politics dat do try ur luck in president? bro u are talking about business/money here ,who wants to dish out a monthly salary When d person isn't offering d company any idea or bring improvement to a company, just come to work and sit down when it's 4pm, she carries her bag and goes home, when they start sacking workers I bet u, she wil b NO 1 day will remove ,,she for employ her first, ,i laugh at u, when u become a core business man, ,u will definitely re edit ur statement here again There is no sentiment in business |

AZeD1: This post is an example of a person with inferiority complex.
He/she has already assumed that someone with a better car/phone/property is mocking him/she for no other reason than having that property. I really don't think u kw the meaning of inferiority complex because if u do u wouldn't use dat term, wen u have an interview again, y don't u go shopping for new expensive cloths with blings and Louis Vuitton shoe and even borrow ur father's car and ask me who has inferiority complex, is it u or the manager, ? U don't have any business, u can't even feed for ur self,or even a family for 1 week without squeezing ur face and u are saying someone who has a business running with u looking for a position to work with them has inferiority complex, most of u come online and post rubbish of wat u can't do offline (lion online, cat offline) ,,i pray god helps ur soul, ,day first talk say graduate too day proud with nothing to show and u are a classical example of 1 |

You will be amazed to find out the corper would have been her best employee. olisaEze: 33% of bosses know within the first 90 seconds of an interview whether they will hire someone. * When meeting new people, 55% of the impact comes from the way the person dresses, acts and walks through the door. * 65% of bosses indicate that clothes could be a deciding factor between two almost-identical candidates
An interviewer is not there to make new friends. Some people don't know, ,,,u want a job of 50k or 100k and u drove a lexus jeep to d interview, for me I see it as trying to make a gest at the other applicants or even d manager, ,,its not only in nigeria it's every where in d world, ,, If u decide to look flashy to an interview then I might look at u as a person who is well to do already and conclude u to b a spy to survey how I run my business |

The truth of d fact is d banks in edo state of benin city are indirectly in support of fraudulent act, ,,,,the banks need to b sanitized first, ,,back then fear go let u go collect money from western union, ,,when u know the array of questions waiting for u, ,,but now 16 year old go enter bank with tattoo go counter go clear 12 million without question infact d bank go day happy, ,,its a pity becus if these continues am sorry to say modern slavery will take place and people will migrate happily and happily drop nigeria as a nationality, ,,, outside d country becus of d reputation attach to d country it's really affecting our brothers and sister who work legitly for a leaving in d western world |

Rotimi47: It at your own detriment not mine, as I tend to make the best choice and not follow blindly because of tribal hatred or animosity.
Nigeria will only work if we put tribalism, religious sentiment and hatred out of politics and our lives.
You can't harbour the above and progress! Never.
Do you know that some people don't see beyond a few feet? They only think withing the box and never think outside it?
People miss it when they let hatred becloud their minds.
Let me say categorically that I'm never one of them but I tend to react to negative unconstructive comments in ways that the person making the comments won't like.
Let be objective when making comments not subjective.
My advice to many is that they should never play politics with a human life. It's going to take years of years of putting tribalism and religious matter inside in nigeria becus it's now a competition among the religious body now not even tribalism again ,,,,so it isn't of my detriment too |

These ladies are not even hungry, they just prefer to enjoy life as it comes as opposed to saving & enduring to reap in the future.
