Book the ticket with a return date. Once she arrives, call the airline to keep the ticket open. justt: Please can anyone help me out?
I need to book a ticket for my wife but I can't seem to find airline with extension beyond one year! I'm afraid of booking a one-way ticket for her because she was given visitor's visa just like me though with a 2-year validity. I came with one-way ticket but was almost denied boarding. So, to prevent her going through that I wish to book a return ticket directly but she will still be in SA when the ticket expires.
Has anyone here used one-way ticket on visitor's visa or extended visa validity beyond 1 yr? Kindly advise me, please |

Thank you for the good heart... If Police does not handle cases like this, what case will they handle? Please name the Police Station and the officer that told you that make we make them thrend! richestjozy: Good day everyone. I came across this young lady (pictured below) on my way to the office this morning (10/2/2021; 7:20am). She greeted me and I offered her #50 as I thought she wanted to ask for money but she declined the money.
Instead, she requested that I help as she did not know where she was. She sounded more to me like a kidnap victim who was later released but had lost her memory. She only gave her name as Doyin and mentioned places around Redemption Camp, Lagos-Ibadan Express Way, Berger, Ogba and Mowe as the only places she could remember as she could not remember much.
She also remembered that she is a member of RCCG and that was all. I contacted the nearest Police Station but I was told that they do not handle cases like that. Please contact me on 08172053543 if you know her or have any info about her or her family. Thank you. |

Family › Re: I Told My Husband That I Cheated On Him. Now He Wants A Divorce. by larrywax: 11:20am On May 22, 2019 |
Taking your life is not an option please. Accept your mistake and learn to move on with ur life. Ur kids oooooo Marbella003: I took some of the advice from my previous thread and told my husband what happened. Here is the thread:
https://www.nairaland.com/5162191/cheated-husband-guy-work-dont
I was genuine shedding tears as I relayed my shameful experience to him. I apologized and begged for him to forgive me and I promised to never repeat such again. I thought he'd understand and forgive me. But I was wrong. My husband now wants a divorce. Actually, he has sent me and the kids out of his house. I have a daughter who is 4 and a son who is 2. My husband said he doesn't think he is the father. I assured him that he is and that he should get a DNA test to confirm. But he refused.
I rented a 2 bedroom flat somewhere close to my office. This is where I currently stay. Since leaving my husband's house I have only received a phone call from him where he stated the date that he and I were going to visit my parents who are currently in my village. He told me that if I wasn't going to come, he'd go alone and tell them what happened and why he decided to divorce me.
I feel like my life is over. I can't face my parents and tell them what I've done. It's very shameful. I can't even face my friends and relations. I feel like I'm drowning a pool of shame and despair. I can't imagine being a single mother at this age. I love my husband and I enjoyed our marriage. I can't imagine it all being over.
I called my colleague and told him everything. He said that I shouldn't hold him responsible for anything since our rendezvous was based on mutual consent. He said he doesn't want to have anything to with me and we should keep our relationship at work very platonic so as not to raise eyebrows of those who might link him to what happened with me.
I'm utterly hopeless. I feel like taking my life. I almost took this action yesterday but I pitied my children. But with every passing day I feel like suicide is the only way to end my pain. I wish I had listened to those people who advised me to keep what I did a secret. I wanted to, but every time I was with my husband I felt I was constantly betraying him by hiding the truth from him. I just want to die. I can't bare this pain anymore.

Life in SA is good if you know no "pass ur boundary" U can study and make money if u are an entrepreneur or have got a skills...even barbing or pc fixing. The economy has been having its challenges thus days due to mismanagement of the last administration but the retrogression can never ever be compared to Naija . Just ensure you've got a valid permit from Naija before coming. Ire oooo IstandWitBuhari: hi bro, I will be relocating to S. A for studies in 2019, how is life in Johannesburg and S. A as a whole?
is the country progressive and improving or is it retrogressing like Nigeria ?
are there jobs there ? |
Travel › Re: Share Your Experience Of Life Outside Nigeria. by larrywax: 3:52pm On Oct 01, 2018 |
Thats one things that differentiate those countries... U will be very comfortable if you are hardworking... Their labour pays & we've got an edge as a Nigerian because of the hardship training we do grow up with. Never travel or live in any country illegally o cos that can cut short your dreams! NotBeenPaid:
I've never followed a thread as lengthy as this before like I just did with this one now.
Literally, I'm heart broken and tire of this country. I've worked my ass out night and day just to be able to live up to expectation and still nothing to show for it.
I must leave this country by fire or by force and when I do, I'll never look back.

Tell them o Beside, if you an entrepreneur & u no pass your boundary... U'll be surprised at the progress you'll make in 1year than been in our Naija . izombie: life in joburg and SA is very fine. Yes there are jobs for professionals. If you ace your studies, companies will want to hire you even before you finish your schooling. The roads are top class,24hrs power supply, environment is clean. Fact is, until you come to south africa, you won't rsalise that the only difference between SA and countries like germany or france is that there are millions of black people in SA. I work is SA and also studying law right now. There are thousands of nigerian professionals here in SA like doctors, nurses, engineers etc. |

Nigeria shouldn't have been given independent when we go it... It should have been delayed to 1990s...maybe we would have been far more developed in all strata of life especially Infrastructure & working Institutions And anyone that hasn't left the shores of naija na im no go know the bad when we leaders don do us... |
