at all, html is strictly markup, nothing else, html5 api's like geolocation are mostly written in javascript.
To call anything a programming language, it must have logic, sequence, selection (conditionals) and repetition (loops)

You're getting it wrong. Programming is best learnt when you've got a purpose for it. Ask yourself why you want to learn programming. Do you want to make an app or a webpage or a program for a machine? You've got to be specific with why you're learning programming because different languages have their different purposes. For App, I suggest Java, Kotlin, JavaScript (using react native), etc. For webpage, I'd suggest JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc or PHP.

To answer your question, HTML is the easiest to learn followed by CSS (my personal opinion though). I still stand that you know why/what you want to program.

(Some will say HTML CSS aren't languages though)

Biblical principles, doctrines and teachings are just foundational basis for all believers, if you want to have a genuine walk with GOD the Almighty, you will have to put aside what you think you know and open up your mind like a little child.
Many prophets in the Bible like Enoch, Elijah, Elisha, Samuel and lots more walked with GOD the Almighty without books. There was no book they could refer to in their days for clarifying doubts, GOD Himself was their guide by His spirit.
See, there are depths and dimensions in the spirit realm (I'm particular about Heaven). GOD will relate with you only based on what you are capable of knowing. You need to have reorientation if you think GOD can't relate with certain people beyond what is already written in the Bible. The Bible itself was documented based on encounters of human beings in their own days. I can tell you that greater encounters than what is documented will be given by GOD, that's not too much or too hard for GOD to do.
Talking about GOD's creation, there are still other creatures aside Angels, I won't bother going deep into that.
L u c i f e r thought he had seen it all in heaven and rebelled, he met a great shock. That is GOD for you! Even His angels can not boast of knowing all about Him, there are depths unknown to Angels. Let alone we humans.
No doubt, the Bible is the bedrock of all supernatural encounters, but there is more! Like I said in my other post, we will see surprises in Heaven.

What's with Nigerians and always comparing Nigeria to the USA. Nigeria will never be like the USA not even in a thousand years to come. Compare Nigeria to other African countries. Aside South Africa and Egypt down here in Africa, which country has a stock market as large as Nigeria? Some countries even have none.

If Christians can get good telescopes and stargaze all nights, the stories of the bible will become so inaccurate because:

1. You won't be seeing heaven in it...
2. You won't be seeing a sun orbiting the earth
3. You won't be seeing God on the throne
4. All you will see are stars, planets and the international space station, nothing more.

You will realize how small and irrelevant the earth is in respect to the size of the universe..
This is the only acceptable reality...
