I am sorry for her loss but Tiwa it's time to keep private details of your life off social media.you bought a house, beautiful but it's not every of your achievements that should be on social media.wicked people and criminals too are on social media.sorry for your loss

I have a younger relative that thinks himself the smartest person in the room yet posts every small achievement of his on social media, can't even advise him because he claims to know it all, you let reality teach such people their lessons. Tiwa doesn't need a teacher again. I heard Naira Marley is one of the richest artists but that he doesn't send you. Many things takes age and some actual experience to learn

Business / Re: 90% Of 2023 Diaspora Remittances Didn’t Get To Nigeria — Oyedele by LastProphet: 5:21am On Jan 19
FreeStuffsNG:
"We have spoken to loads of Nigerians almost everywhere, in the US, UK, etc. They told us how they send remittance. They use Apps, and we have tried some of those Apps, they use parallel market rates. So, you take $1,000 in New York, and tap on your phone that you are sending $1,000 to someone, a Fintech, they pay the Naira equivalent in Nigeria without bringing the dollars, unless of course if the source of the money is illicit.”

If the forex doesn't land in Nigeria then it's wrong of World Bank to classify such funds as diaspora remittances. To qualify as diaspora remittances then the fund must leave the foreign country and land in our own financial system. What predominates does not quantify as remittance because the foreign currencies remain in the overseas account of the operators of those apps who mostly open and operate their bank accounts from illicit funds havens like the British Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Ireland, Mauritius etc. So while you send $1000 from US, you get paid in naira here but your $1000 lands in a bank account in British Virgin Islands! That's not a diaspora remittance in Nigeria!

Those app platforms are the real wall blocking the remaining 90% of the total diaspora funds from getting into our banking system. If our financial regulatory control laws don't reach those fintechs, our tax laws should. FG must go after them and their collaborators here in Nigeria.
May God bless Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs!

Not everybody cares or has virgin island accounts, they are talking of the average joe that wants to send $1,000 out of his salary to his family in Nigeria, they get in touch with other Nigerians over there in the US who acts as a currency trader. You send the $$ into their $$ account there in the US and then they use their naija account to credit your naija local account at the black market rate. Until the thief emiefele came along it wasn't attractive to look for those individual currency traders because you could just send your money down through WU and your family goes to the bank in naija to collect it in $$ or naira at a rate close to black market. Upon useless policies emiefele was still stealing the $$ and he's still walking around asking for bail, what a country of clowns

Why won't terrorists continue killing when fools keep on doing crowdfunding? You're paying them to buy more sophisticated weapons.

See how this beautiful lady died in their hands like chicken.

The real weapons being bought is not for kidnapping, is for something that will clear everybody's eye very soon. The leaders should continue to dance and celebrate birthdays and wedding anniversaries

You are very unwise dear. Keep thinking that white women are marrying for love. They are marrying for a moment. A feeling of excitement in the moment is not love.

YoshihideSuga:

By education, what level of education do you mean? There are uneducated women in Nigeria and other parts of Africa. Our ladies might (a very big might) be more educated than African American women, but that's as a result of immigration since education is a major pipeline for immigrants to enter the US. So stating categorically that our women are more educated than African American women isn't the right thing to do.

Yes you are right, I meant our women in the US. Though the average AA woman is just like our average Nigerian woman here too, no difference in terms of education

That have been happend for long my brother
So stop blaming everything on naija
Na choice

Is not only choice, is about class too. A black professional abroad who likely schooled there has access to ladies/guys of hisor her age and can marry them, he has his own papers too or qualify to apply so he doesn't need theirs. Such person has no business with any white granny.
Family / Re: Nigerian Men Married To White Women What's Your Experience? by LastProphet: 5:47pm On Jan 16
NaBanga:
I have never see it end well. If a white woman marries you and gets tired, you will see finish. I have seen it several times to my peers. Initially they will lavish you with the best of life and you will think you are in heaven. When they are done, they are done. The courts will be on their side and you will walk away with your job at most. Nigerian women have the decency often to openly fight you. You will know who is your enemy. White women will smile and tell you that you are doing what's best for the family. They will smile and tell you that the two of you are separating on good terms. They will play meek and mild through the process. Once they have the house, the kids and child support,, they will still be acting like a lamb. You won't even realize what has happened until it's all over. Then they will show you a stone face.

True they get tired atimes and don't believe in enduring after that. But many have remained married. And few marry you in order to defraud you of the house or whatever, never, rather it is our own ladies followed by African American women that do that. No white woman would marry you if she didn't love you, none

Some one like me who’s married to a black American I can say it there’s no difference other than just the location and cultural differences.

Bad and good women are everywhere wether black or whine or even Asia and red indians

Just pray you find a woman who will love you and be loyal that all

Your black American woman is even worse than our own ladies, our ladies are more educated than them. And their behavior is the worst with a few very few exceptions

There are 2 categories of people that marry white - those that moved abroad as professionals, students who live over there at the same level as white people, and those that go as non professionals, the ones that cross desert etc. The first group marry young white girls and the white girls even feel lucky, while the latter group end up with white grandmas because of visa. You don't lump these two together because their class, experience and status are worlds apart. Dora Akunyilis daughter married to a fine white boy of her age that she attended school with and they have equal social status and she doesn't care about his papers because she has her own or can get her own. How can hundreds of people comment without knowing this?

Life itself is a heartbreak,, I knew that firsthand, when I lost my Dad last year.

Life is for the strong minded and the emotionally tough!

Nothing hurts more than losing a loved one, especially if they died young.

Now look at those 3 little ones.. who would love them as much as their mother did?

No one!

May God have mercy on her soul and grant her a peaceful eternity.

May her kids and family be strong to bear their loss, and I pray that their lives would move on for the better, not for the worse!

So sad!!

Then I want you to imagine that man who was kidnapped with his 5 daughters and 1 was selected probably dragged screaming for her father then stabbed multiple times and butchered like a chicken to the hearing of her father and siblings. Imagine the other teenage girl too that was butchered in like manner? And the bandits still get the support of their fellow tribesmen that work in police, military etc and they are assured of going Scot free as it has been happening. That father even if he's released can still be slaughtered easily if he decides to start going around anyhow in search of justice, so I want you to imagine. This is what the leaders don't imagine and that's why you see them happy and doing celebrations and birthdays every day. That's why Nigeria is a useless country for at least another 2-3000 years to come

Correct, the foot soldiers continue to return to the field with their little commission. The actual aim is the coming war on the south and other minorities, all eyes will clear soon

it is Igbos that have monopoly of seaports.

An Igbo man named Wike was the governor of Rivers state for 8 years.

Another igbo man named Ifeanyi Okowa was also the governor of Delta for 8 years.

which means igbos had 2 governors of states with international seaports and airports yet you igbos still complain of marginaliztion..

you igbos are the only ones that will produce a governor in Delta state and Rivers state and claim that you don't have seaport.

you igbos already have Rivers state, Delta state, Anambra states yet you are more concerned about the SW, the Yorubas and who is governor of Lagos.

2 petroleum producing states with seaports and airports yet you igbos are not happy that a place called Lagos is not under igbo control .

you are sick and have serious mental problems.

must igbos subjugate Yorubas before igbos have a sense of achievement

Any igbo shouting marginalization is just trying to use emotional blackmail on people.

Hey i'm not igbo pls check my posts I blast igbos for aliving where they are wrong, pls stop all these hopeless shortsightedness that made you people go and bring another buhari called Tinubu. So Wike is an igbo man? Okowa is an igbo man? So there is seaport in Rivers and Delta? How old are you?

Lagos is the only seaport the morons running govt can operate or allow, so where do you expect to lead in IT since our IT is imported? But yoruba women are trying no doubt but Lagos has really helped their life
