Go and ask them what their lives were like before Akpabio came in, and what it was like when he was there. He changed the trend of Akwa Ibomites being seen as houseboys or house girls. He improved their infrastructure, built an airport, stadium etc. If the people had folded their arms and sat at home instead of going out to vote him into power, would those projects have seen the light of day? huh

Your people enjoy complaining, blaming others for their woes and offering lamentations. That is why they have chosen the option to sit at home. sad

And how will the insanity change if you sit at home and do not go out and vote for the right candidate? Didn't the fortunes of Akwa Ibom change, when they voted Akpabio into power as governor? Can't you still see the legacy he left behind in that place?

5. The federal emasculation of every sphere of life in Nigeria, started as pretence for One Nigeria has been used to strangle Igbo ingenuityy and efforts. You probably would know that the limitation of universal free primary education was because Igbos were noted to be enjoying most of resources devoted to the scheme, so some smart Alec figured it would be better to do it state by state. My point is that any federal program that levels the playing filed for everybody is some how not good, because Igbos would certainly excel in that endeavor.

6. OBJ recently stated that he laughs at people complaining about the presence of too many Igbos outside their region, "well, he asked is there any federal presence in Igboland to cater for Igbos? The answer remains a big NO"...
What do you mean by is there any federal presence in Igboland? sad Do you think there is federal presence in Kogi, Taraba, Niger, Ondo etc? At least Enugu state has the Akanu Ibiam International Airport in Enugu, federal polytechnics, universities etc., while Anambra currently has the Onitsha River port which is almost completed, and other SE states have a few other federal govt structures. What airports, river ports and federal infrastructure do states like Bayelsa, Ekiti, Adamawa, Zamfara etc have? Even states like Kogi that have the River Niger flowing through it, as well as a river port, has the worst set of federal and state roads in the country. What federal presence exists there? There is nothing the SE states are going through, that other states have not suffered from. Yet, whose citizens cry and wail the loudest of them all, about lack of a federal presence?

Our play field is beyond Igbo land. We will develop Igbo land definitely. But we must get our politics right. Our politics is currently burdened by an oppressive Nigeria state that hates core Igbo values of merit, fairness and equality. Very soon Tony Nwonye will take over in Anambra and it will be a 50/50 chance. We pray he walks the part of Ngige rather than Rochas. This way our opponents will be disappointed. Otherwise we will still await the opportune time to get our true leader not the one influenced by Nigeria. Meanwhile we will continue to migrate to other parts of Nigeria where opportunities abound.

IPOB DISARM A SOLDIER AT ARIARI MARKET FOR AN ATTEMPT TO DISRUPT THEIR "SIT AT HOME RALLY".

Yesterday at Ariari international market. IPOB members disarm a soldier for an attempt to disrupt theirs peaceful rally tagged "Sit at Home Evangelism".

This incident happened at Portharcourt Private park along a A Line as about 2pm in the afternoon. The military soldier released a bullet to scare the IPOB Evangelism to create awareness that there will not be market on 18th November, but the fearless protesters descended on the soldier but God saved him as they noticed he was not an Hausa but was only disarm as he ran for his life to avoid massive beating. Ariari market, cemetery market, shopping plaza and other markets are asked to open on Saturday 18th November by the market union as their support for Biafra call for referendum.

On the same vain IPOB BSS operative was said to have slap a Soldier at Osisioma Junction in an attempt to also stop their sit at home evangelism. It wanted to turn out to be a clash but the peaceful IPOB as they always have been calm down the situation and continued their awareness evangelism.

Nigerians are very happy that for the first time they can beat their chest for having dragged the Igbo to their level. But they forget that the Igbo will continue to migrate to Kano, Lagos, etc and wrestle opportunities with other Nigerians in the streets where quota system is non existent. Where it is more about your capacity and ethics than anything else. In the next ten years Nigerians will look back and again see how futile it is to repress and oppress the Igbo. Just like the unprecedented recovery in the seventies and eighties when they were expected to be down and out after the civil war.
I still don't get it... sad If your SE region is the land of milk, honey and development, why would you and your people need to "continue to migrate to Kano, Lagos, etc and wrestle opportunities with other Nigerians in the streets?" huh
