Wait first, have you ever had an encounter with DSS before? I doubt it. They will not enter your house based on ordinary peeping... |

Ugowizboy: Please, if anything happens to my family members, just know that the DSS are the cause of it.
My mum just called me right now to tell me how the D.S.S came in to ransack our house and search it like its a place where cocaine is being made, pointing their guns on everyone they saw. Including my younger sister aged just two.
I asked her how it all happened and she she said they were all inside the house when all of a sudden, they started hearing gunshots being shot carelessly in the air. This was happening at Eze Nwafor village, Awka around past ten. She was looking at the window to know what was the cause of the pandemonium when one of the DSS official sighted her and alerted his other troops. They now forcefully entered our house through the big gate, because the small one was locked.
They started demanding for a supposed phone which they claimed my mum used to record their illegal activities. My mum said she wasn't recording them and they now went and ransacked the whole house looking for a phone that didn't exist.
My mum was so scared, including my younger sisters and started begging them to leave them in peace that they know nothing about any phone. One of them now said they shouldn't be scared, that the reason of the gunshots earlier on was just to scare potential hoodlums away.
Now, I'm beginning to wonder, are the law enforcement agencies in this country mad? How can they just open fire for no reason a day to a gubernatorial election? What do they hope to achieve? And what right do they have to enter into someone's house and ransack it?
Please, I need you guys to share this post until it gets to the president. My mum is really scared that they might come back, because the DSS officer threatened her that they would.
This injustice and unruly behavior by security agencies need to be stopped. My mum is hypertensive, so you could imagine the kind of trauma she's going through now. Kindly share this until it gets to the relevant authorities.
©Kosi Ugo Something doesn't add up. Out of all the houses in your neighbourhood, the DSS chose to enter your house and ransack it. Why?? |

2undeajigs: Abeg Get real , Majority of divorced women don't get remarried .you're right there are some exceptions, but certainly not the majority.i don't even think up to 50% of divorced women get remarried. Where do you stay? Maybe within your own world divorced women do not get remarried, but I have seen lots of them getting married a second time around. My advice? Expand your horizon and travel out of your enclave. Try to get some exposure. There is a lot going on, that you do not know about. You have not conducted a survey on divorced women, so how do you know 50% of them do not get married?? A few of those with kids, might decide on their own for reasons best known to them, not to get married again. It is their call. But I still know quite a number that got married again, even though they had kids. My friend was raised by his stepfather, who sent him to the best schools in Nigeria and abroad. Go figure. |

May be you probably think she plans to remain single for the rest of her life. No smart alpha male goes for a divorcée unless for pump & dump . There are many respectable men who have married divorcees, and many decent women who have found happiness in marriage, a second time around after taking the plunge again, following their divorce. Daisy Danjuma is a classic example. She married a man that was more gallant and more successful, than her first husband. Marrying a divorcee is an individual choice. It boils down to what each person wants. Some divorcees have learnt valuable lessons from their past and are unlikely to repeat their mistakes. |

This could have helped things. How do you know? Maybe the man wanted her to always dress like she did in the first picture. Who knows? My neighbour stopped his wife from wearing short skirts after they got married. If she does not tie wrapper or wear long flowing floor-length skirt, he does not allow her to go out. And she must tie scarf to cover her head. |

KingSango: They are not the worst they are just outnumbered trying to police the largest nation of Africans on Earth, Nigerian Police are working to keep law and order amongst 190 million. Mind you, corruption is not to be excused, neither unjust cruelty and wickedness, but suffice to say, there are over 1.5 million Blackmen locked up in America. U.S Police shoot and kill an average of several Blackmen per day. We all saw the videos of U.S Police shooting unarmed Blackmen, the whole world saw it, they saw them murder men for no reason and the justice system here didn't even consider charging the Police. Nigerian police can be changed America can not. Think about that. Nigerians have more to invest in themselves than the world wants them too! Africa has no friends! Don't believe world reports.

Remember Silas Adekunle, the founder/CEO of Reach Robotics, and developer of the world's first augmented reality gaming robots? His company just signed an exclusive sales deal with Apple, and his robots, Mekamon, will now be exclusively sold in Apple stores in the UK and US.
The MekaMon robots currently sell for about $300/N108,000, and they combine real-world gameplay with augmented reality. They are made of plastic and are controlled using a smartphone app, which creates a virtual world for users to battle in and explore. The app is also used to upgrade the robots with new abilities.
The deal is similar to ones Apple has struck in the past, as it has looked to promote hardware startups that make particularly compelling use of its own technologies.
https://www.konbini.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/13/files/2017/07/founder_ceo_silas_adekunle-2.jpg
Silas, speaking to TechCrunch, described how the move came about: "I demoed to (Apple) at GDC. One of our investors set up a meeting and they loved it. At the time, I didn’t know they were going to announce ARKit. When I saw it, it made sense. It was the right direction." http://www.konbini.com/ng/lifestyle/silas-adekunles-reach-robotics-has-signed-a-sales-deal-with-apple/ Players will be able to choose between playing in the real world, or in augmented reality, and, according to Inverse, the robots will be able to move and use any object in the room to block or hide from attackers.
The robots are compatible with both iOS and Android, and can be personalized with both weapons and shields.

This Young Black Robotics Engineer and CEO Just Landed a Sweet Deal with Apple | Reach Robotics has raised $7.75M in funding to date | by Samara Lynn | Posted: November 15, 2017 Reach Robotics, an augmented reality gaming company that creates robots for both fun and STEM education, announced on Wednesday that it just made an exclusive deal with Apple to sell its line of MekaMon real-life gaming robots in Apple’s flagship U.S. and United Kingdom stores.
The robotics company’s CEO and co-founder is British-Nigerian Silas Adekunle. He is an engineer who graduated with First Class Honours from the University of the West of England, with a Bachelor of Science in robotics technology, and previously worked at GE Aviation and Infineon.
“A Quantum Leap Forward” in Augmented Reality Gaming" “We’ve created an entirely new video gaming platform,” said Adekunle in a press release. “MekaMon straddles both the real and virtual worlds while taking the gaming experience beyond a player’s screen and turning their sitting room into a limitless robotic battle zone. MekaMon represents a quantum leap forward in the leveraging of augmented reality. Players can whip out their iPhone to battle their multi-functional, connected battlebots in the physical and virtual worlds at the same time.”

MekaMons are four-legged robots that players can control via a smartphone using a companion app for augmented reality gameplay. Multiple players can have their MekaMons battle each another. Each robot weighs a little over two pounds with dimensions of 11.8 by 11.8 by 5.9 inches. MekaMons can connect to each other via infrared signals and Bluetooth, allowing for co-op gaming.
The robots are powered by a rechargeable battery that provides up to an hour of gameplay. They are compatible with the iPhone, using the smartphone’s camera and infrared tracking capability for precise navigation.

I know that area very well. The Igbo people did not buy land opposite that shopping mall. Don't tell lies. What they did was to erect temporary 2x2 shops along the external fenced wall of Abraham Adesanya Estate, that faces the express road. They sell furniture, construction materials, used tyres and cars along that road. All those small shops are temporary structures, that would be cleared away once construction finishes along that route. Stop trying to pretend that those traders are 'big boys,' here. I can snap a picture of that axis and the 2x2 shops, and paste it here for you. Rent inside Eastline Shopping Complex is just =N=500,000 per annum, but your people could not afford it.
