Well, we hope he isn't as claimed.
Nonetheless, we don't expect APC to say otherwise after this much 'investment' and plenty gospel of change.

Very dumb way of reasoning.
Just pray to be alive yourself in 2 years time, instead of predicting and anticipating the death of another man.
Don't be irrational just because you support a particular candidate.

Politics / Re: FG And Nigerian Military Describe CNN Report On Boko Haram As Satanic by Lavidah: 6:07am On Jan 16, 2015
Is someone trying desperately to hide the ugly realities faced by these soldiers?
Why condemn other media when very few sane Nigerian journalists or media houses would dare visit the dangerous core of these attack prone areas, to get undoctored reports of the realities on ground.

Please, let Nigerians get actual and real-time information of this worsening situation, regardless of who brings it to us, before the nation is consumed overnight while we all slumber.

A stitch in time would have saved nine, if the government hadn't languished in this self-deceit all the while.

Politics / Re: Obasanjo To Jonathan: It Is Too Late To Support You by Lavidah: 5:50am On Jan 14, 2015
How on earth can some peeps be so rude and uncivilized to make nasty statements relating to a man who possibly is senior to their own dads? This is simply unfortunate. Calling OBJ an old fool and wishing him an early grave may just turn around to you.
Am sorry, but I guess the brain of a crayfish will be more suitable for your reasoning capacity... Just go for a transplant abeg.

Politics / Re: Jonathan Promises To ‘minimize’ Terrorism If Re-elected by Lavidah: 4:53am On Jan 14, 2015
Mr Promise.
Na now day break for your eyes abi? While many are presently being sent to their graves, not to mention others bombed, shot, or burnt alive and lying 6 feet below already.

Yet, you've got the face to play dirty politics, by promising yet again to fail us, just like you promised and assured Nigerians last year January that boko haram will cease to exist by June last year.
All na wash, just play another track already, we are tired of hearing that same old remix.
Keep campaigning and promising, while innocent people are forced to their graves daily.
Politics / Re: How Can We Present This Person As President In A Country Of 160 Million? by Lavidah: 4:04am On Jan 14, 2015
If Buhari wins, he will surely be used as a case in point, in inspiring people to keep trying and never give up when experiencing failure to achieve a particular goal in life.
I sincerely care less who leads the 160 million Nigerians. Even if that someone is from Pluto or Mercury, all I desire is a better, less corrupt, and a more peaceful nation for me and my loved ones.

I guess, this is not too much to ask for.

Politics / Re: Jonathan Must Divide Nigeria by Lavidah: 2:38pm On Jan 11, 2015
Divide ke...it's not as easy or as rational as your mind is telling you.
Moreover, what is GEJ going to use in 'dividing' Nigeria,...mouth, cutlass, knife, abi na concrete blocks across those already disunited units you just listed above.
What even makes you think you will leave in peace and enjoy ''your oil'' when this 'wishful division' occurs.
Abeg, let's stop this silly talks that could send thousands, if not millions of innocent Nigerians to their graves.
Divide ko, Davido ni.
Politics / Re: #Nigeria2015: Jonathan Wants Buhari Disqualified by Lavidah: 2:06pm On Jan 11, 2015
Hmm... coming from man with a truckload of perfect imperfections.
Disqualify ke? FFK why not ask INEC to just go ahead and declare your oga the winner of the election yet to be conducted.
Orishirishi.
Politics / Re: Buhari's Supporters Already Rioting In The North!! by Lavidah: 6:07am On Jan 11, 2015
Obviously, this thread is simply anti-APC.
Which investigation has concluded that the culprits are Fulanis? Presenting such a biased view and unguarded accusation is one of those things that could influence sane minds to set the country ablazed in an insane manner.
Let's be less sentimental and face the real issues these politicians are trying to bury under the carpet.
Politics / Re: Buhari Can't Remember His Phone Number - Jonathan by Lavidah: 7:44am On Jan 10, 2015
You were the one preaching about issue based campaign, yet you are there taking about phone number.
What the heck has that got to do with good leadership required by Nigerians? Sir, I have never seen you this desperate, angry and confused in all of this past 6 years of your phanthom ''fresh air'' era.

Where else do corrupt people that empoverish others go to? Aso Villa abi?
This your ''fresh air'' ideology keeps getting worse by the day, and makes no sense at all.
Don't be too scared sir, hopefully GMB won't throw you in jail when he assumes office in May, since we now know through your transformation agenda that corruption is not stealing.

Politics / Re: There Are No Signs That Nigeria Will Break Up In 2015 – US by Lavidah: 6:24am On Jan 10, 2015
Without being told, it's not that easy for a country to break up. Break up into what?... West, North, South and East?
Even this individual units are not really united to stand as one on their own.
Nigeria's diversity is that glue that binds us together, even with violence, fights, threats, etc the nation Nigeria will remain.
Politics / Re: February Poll: Jonathan Angry With Ministers, Aides Over Apc’s Attacks by Lavidah: 6:10am On Jan 10, 2015
Why are some people still exibiting a high level of ignorance, by saying GMB(a man who INEC has cleared for the fourth time now to contest the presidential election) should show them his certificate?
Keep waiting for the General to bring the said certificate to your house and show you. You think He is foolish or INEC is clueless.
Keep on distracting yourselves, while the GMB train is gathering momentum.

@Mathematica, you've just expressed my exact suggestion. She will definitely take it easier as time passes.
@poster, I know it's pretty difficult, but just act the matured guy. Answer her call, but politely let her understand, if it's not convenient for you to be on the phone at that point in time. The message will be passed across subtly. Whatever you do, for now at least pls, don't just bluntly tell her ''stop calling me''. Trust me, nothing else kills faster, lol.

8 years in primary school?
Mr Okukpe would be like ''well, am not surprised. Remember, Mr President had no shoes to trek to school, and the period would have included some part-time fishing activites, to get some money for school fees''.

Let us enjoy the fresh air while it last... Lol

Politics / Re: North Moves Against Jonathan: Northern Pro-jonathan Governors Get Threat Message by Lavidah: 6:04am On Dec 21, 2014
The questions which we all have failed to ask is, ''are these really the best two candidates the system has got to offer Nigerians beyond May 2015?''
Surely we deserve better.
SMH for Nigeria.
Anyway, we must place the facts on the table, and not remain sentimental with comments like, ''Mr A is a northerner so...'' or ''Mr B is from the south, bla bla bla''. These issue only seek to divide us further.
Nigeria can be great again, if we stop languishing in self-deceit, and sincerely desire a better nation for our children.

At present, where a nation like ours has fast drifted away from its glory days, with hardly any genuine hope in the near future for more than 90% of its people. A nation where fellow citizens kill very defenceless and innocent people with insane ease, and where fellow compatriots struggle for power and deceive electorates; only to end up enriching themselves, their families, allies, godfathers, etc.
Nigeria just has to retrace her steps now, for this wrong path will certainly lead her to a destination wherein children would rather wish they where never born. But the cheering news is that, together with sentiments aside, we all can help bring about this desired change; only if we want to.

Let's make Nigeria peaceful again,
Let's join hands today even in pain,
To make our Nation great again.

Politics / Re: BREAKING: Buhari Picks Amaechi As His Running Mate? by Lavidah: 8:46pm On Dec 12, 2014
In my opinion, this is a nice combination of two strong personalities, a no nonsense approach to handling issues.
But losing a total of four (4) presidential elections over a period of 16years, would certainly see GMB breaking any record of serial electoral loss in recent world history.
No sentiments!
May the best candidate in the interest of a failing Nigeria win. Amen!

Romance / Re: Guys, Do You Allow Your Women To Open Your Car Door By Herself? by Lavidah: 8:33am On Nov 23, 2014
The word 'romantic' certainly means different things to different people. For me, opening a car door for anyone who isn't ill, old, blind or carrying some stuff with both hands is simply an ''overdo''. Let me open the door ba masef joor. Why not carry her on your back from the car into a supermarket or an eatery just to show that you are romantic.

Properties / Re: How Is The Square Feet (sft) Of Plots/lands Converted To Square Metres (sqm)? by Lavidah: 7:50am On Nov 16, 2014
Thank you omoajiri. So going by your explanation, a plot of land, say 127ft by 100ft would be approximately equal to 1166sqm.
Pls, which of the measuring units in your opinion, is more suitable in stating the size of plots here in Nigeria. Thanks again.
Properties / How Is The Square Feet (sft) Of Plots/lands Converted To Square Metres (sqm)? by Lavidah: 7:01am On Nov 16, 2014
Can someone kindly help us out on how the actual size of a plot or piece of land can be rightly converted from feet or square feet (e.g 127feet x 100feet, or 100ft x 50ft) to square metres (e.g 1200sqm, or 850sqm) and vice versa. Also, which of this two measuring units is more suitable for use in stating the actual size or measurement of lands/plots? Examples and the basic calculations would be helpful.
Thanks.
Romance / Re: Dilemma Of A Single Female Banker. by Lavidah: 8:35pm On Nov 12, 2014
A good number of these cleaners (as we call them) appear naturally beautiful, submissive, approachable, as well as sociable, and only find themselves on that job, at that point in time for wont of a better job. On the other hand, many (not all) single female bankers unfortunately ride on high horses; appear, dress, & sound unnatural. Many of them live artificial lifes (which are easily perceived by guys), in their bid to live up to the expectations that comes with their jobs and social status.
