Foreign AffairsWhy The USA Deserves The US Dollar Dominance by lawani(op): 1:47pm On Aug 15, 2025
Why the USA deserves the US dollar dominance.

What the US gains from the US dollar dominance is what every country gains from quantitative easing which is extra revenue for government to spend as a result of printing more currency by the central bank but the benefit is marginal. I even consider it insignificant. The USA does not need it. It is however a plus. Depending on the volume of US dollars outside the US, the US will gain from quantitative easing as if the population of the country were greater. Several estimates exist online. Some say the USD outside US territory is 45 percent of total, some say it is 23 percent and I have heard of over 50 percent. If outside to inside is 50/50 then the US is gaining from quantitative easing as if her population were well over 600 million and that would be the only benefit. The higher the population collecting your legal tender or the higher the volume in circulation the more the country can gain from quantitative easing. The total volume of US dollar in circulation is about 2.5 trillion dollars and what you can print for QE per annum must be a negligible percentage of that. The US government revenue in 2025 across all the tiers of government is over 7 trillion dollars per annum I believe. This is why I say the benefit in the quantitative easing on the 2.5 trillion dollars in circulation is pretty much insignificant for the USA. All governments have to engage in QE for currency management because if they do not, currency will become scarcer due to losses and population increase. I have seen video footages of Nigerian yahoo boys flushing wads of naira notes down a toilet to flaunt affluence. There are many other avenues by which currency move out of circulation and if your money supply is stable or decreasing as a country amidst rising population, there can be a kind of distortion as prices of goods will be forced down. There will be deflation.
Then as it stands today, the US dollar is a facility for international trade. Without this facility, international trade will have to be by barter along with its clumsiness. Nobody is forcing anybody to transact in the US dollar but it makes international trade much easier and it is a reliable store of value. As a result of this, Chinese, Indians, Yoruba and etc are happy to transact in it. Nobody is happy to transact in the naira for instance unless at gunpoint because it is not a good store of value.
Then once again, the US does not need the advantage to be prosperous since other nations have been prosperous without having the advantage. However one nation has to take it up and the USA has worked for it. I am an Ijesa man for instance and Ijesa is a Yoruba sub nation that has been around for over a thousand years. It rose from the ruins of more ancient Yoruba nations like Erinmoje that is now defunct. Before the modern era, we bought and paid for our sovereignty in blood and further bled to sustain it. There is a long list of wars. In the past two hundred years alone there have been Pole, Fejeboju, Kiriji and many others. There was no United Nations security council or US military bases scattered around the world to stop nations from going to war against each other but nowadays nation building has become like going to a party for those who want to build their nations at least as far as peace is concerned. It is therefore a Pax Americana that we are enjoying paid for by US tax dollars.
The USA is the capital of the modern world and printing the currency for international trade is just a fringe benefit that they worked for or which came with it.
However in the new world of equality that we are fighting for, the bill for security must be picked by all in a jointly funded United Nations
Christianity EtcWhat Makes A Good Babalawo? by lawani(op): 1:53am On Aug 15, 2025
What makes a good Babalawo?.

According to my IFA research, what makes a good Babalawo is also what makes a good human being and it is the quality of the spirit. A spirit has two qualities from which the overall quality of the human is derived. The first is the God like managerial ability which in IFA parlance is Iwori odi. According to my research there are eight levels and you are due for promotion after every third incarnation until you become fully mature. A fully matured spirit in this quality can be a primary protector if male. A primary protector collects ten percent of the food harvested from Earth incarnations by the protectees. If female, it can enter the God grid which is the coordinating force for heaven and Earth. A term in the God grid is three hundred years.
The second quality is the empathy rank or Oturupon Obara which is how an individual responds to emergencies in others. There are six ranks from the top to bottom. You rise by doing good or winning confrontational debates and drop by doing evil or losing confrontational debates. A drop from the last rank means death both on Earth and in heaven. The spirits at the top rank have times ten of the appetite for spirit food that normal spirits have. They are voracious consumers of spirit food that we all come to harvest on Earth during incarnations.
Now, the best Babalawos are ones who are at the top of both Iwori odi (God like managerial ability) and Oturupon Obara (Empathy rank). They are of impeccable character.

There should be thousands of power plants in the country. There should be no city without one. As they are built, the transmission infrastructure will be added

Jews have an historical claim but the land has been under the ownership of non Jews for centuries. Even during Bible times the non Jews were there. Galilee was called Galilee of the Gentiles for instance. The present Palestines are definitely descendants of Philistines who scholars say were a Greek people, Jews, Romans, Turks, Persians and etc and they have their own national identity. There were also Jewish indigenes in Palestine as well as Samaritans.
The problem is you can't just expel people from their land because your ancestors controlled part of it 2000 years ago. It is not acceptable in the modern world
Foreign AffairsThe Struggle Between Israel And Palestine by lawani(op): 10:41am On Aug 11, 2025
The struggle between Israel and Palestine

There should be a UN brokered deal between Palestine and Israel. If Yoruba groups like Ife and Modakeke that fought and killed each other some years ago can be living beside each other peacefully today then the same is possible between Palestine and Israel. Palestinians are insisting they have a right to all the land and it is understandable because it is their ancestral land which started passing into Jewish ownership in the late nineteenth century during the Ottoman empire era. However ownership by purchase does not necessarily translate to sovereignty but the Palestinians must also remember that if this were AD 70 we, as onlookers would have been pressing the Romans to let the exiled Jews return to their land just like we are pressing the Israeli government to let the exiled Palestinians return today. Jews performing the aliyah today inherited their refugee status from ancient times and Palestinians have refugee status from 1948. It must be noted that the desert in Israel today is not a no man’s land just like it was not during the nineteenth century. There is no no man’s land anywhere in the world.
I believe the Israeli government should reach an agreement with the Palestinians as per how many people they can allow to return so that at least some people can return. It is however not easy to form one state for all presently on the land but it can be possible to form a de facto one state similar to the European Union with both Palestinians and Israelis not requiring visas to live and work in both countries while they will only be able to vote where they have citizenship.
If this will work then onlookers that want peace must find ways to monetarily compensate the Palestinians who are the only people to lose part of their ancestral home land in the twentieth century. The era of driving people off their land has passed and if there is going to be an excuse for the Israeli nation then the aggrieved party i.e. the Palestinians should be compensated.

Scandinavia and communism

How financially well off you are is directly related to how many workers you are leading. In the olden days it will be the size of your household including slaves, offsprings and etc. A business owner leading one hundred workers should be more financially well off than one leading fifty workers. However there are outliers in form of people who get wealthy without leading a lot of workers like sports stars or musicians but more often than not, your net worth is tied to the number of workers in your organization as a business owner. The real worth of a corporation no matter the sector of the economy it is operating in is also tied to the number of workers.
The aim of the government on its part should be to make sure the lowest paid workers can afford to live above poverty after paying tax and that nobody, whether employed or not, is left behind. The government should never fix minimum wage only because they want to help workers but also because they want to take personal income taxes from it. Minimum wage workers should not be tax exempt. That way everybody can be assured of a high quality of life no matter their income or circumstances. Under such circumstances, entrepreneurship will be like missionary work because you can only gain a little extra as an entrepreneur. It is the communism that we have been searching for and the closest societies to it on Earth today are the Scandinavian countries. Captains of industry in Scandinavia are doing more of serving the nation because they don't have much extra that they are gaining. It is how the whole world should be.

I think you want to live in a dreamy imaginary world.

Your "three thousand dollars per annum household income" is some people's monthly rent in some countries, especially the dollar country. More dreamy is it sounds like you don't want to earn enough or afford anything since useful gadget makers wouldn't pander to your very low wage, unless your gadget is a simple ordinary spanner.

You can't use Nigeria to determine costs everywhere else. In UK, a Nigerian Guinness is about £4, a small yam is 2 for £5-£7, and 3 plantains is £1.50. A UK doctor earns £32,398 to £70,425 per annum, and a qualified UK teacher's pay generally ranges from £31,650 to £60,092. Average rent for a 3-bedroom house in the UK is around £1,344 per month, while the average sale price for a 3-bedroom house in the UK is around £326,491.

Do the maths.
What I mean is that rent especially for beginners is usually about ten percent of household income and definitely building materials are similarly priced all over the world and there is no need for there to be discrepancy in rent if not that the real estate sector in high income countries is over bloated in size. They need to address that. It was not like that fifty years ago
PoliticsThe Kind Of World I Want To Live In by lawani(op): 12:03pm On Aug 03, 2025
The kind of world I want to live in

According to AI, the cost of building a three bedroom bungalow in Nigeria ranges from eight million naira to twenty million naira depending on many factors like location, design and etc. Let us peg it at fifteen million naira for the purpose of this article. It can be much lower for government that does not have to buy land and that can reduce cost as a result of economy of scale when building many units.
If you build this kind of house for rent, let us say you plan to recover your money in thirty five years as is fair enough, then the rent will be around four hundred and fifty thousand naira per annum.
Fifteen million naira is approximately ten thousand dollars while four hundred and fifty thousand naira is around three hundred dollars.
From the above, a family of five consisting of three children and two parents should not pay more than three hundred dollars per annum in rent anywhere in the world if things are done right. If they are paying that, then they don't need more than three thousand dollars per annum in household income. Not individual income but household income!. Inside the economy as it will then be, they will be able to afford everything like smart phones and other gadgets.
There is a need for all countries to sit up to effect the changes needed.

Christianity is 100% made in Rome (Edom).

The national religion of the Israelites is Judaism.
Jesus is 100% a Roman creation.
Jesus is the Christian God. He has got nothing to do with the Jews, the Jews don't have any traditions about him. The Jews don't worship a man as God. He is definitely not their Messiah.

Max, Isaiah 7:14 is not a prophecy. The prophecy is verse 16. It is about king Ahaz and a son that would be born to Isaiah.
Stop misleading people.
How am I misleading people?. I did not say he was their messiah. He however was a kind of pretender who said his own kingdom was in the minds of men. He did not confront Rome so he does not qualify. Rome did not see him as a threat and he was an apostate to the Jewish authority. You may want to read my submission again.
Then Christianity was not entirely a Roman creation. It grew on its own for centuries before it was taken up by Rome. There are still Christian sects today that had nothing to do with Rome in Ethiopia and the middle East etc.

The sanhendrin has the power to pass the death penalty and the mode of execution is by stoning.
FYI the sanhendrin don't meet at night. This tears to shreds the Jesus story.
There are debates about the existence of Jesus but I believe a Jewish religious preacher existed upon which Christianity is based though his name was not Jesus Christ which is a Greek name and he may not have been executed. In fact Muslims say he was freed at the last minute. As per the name, nobody existed that was named Jesus Christ.

The truth is there has never been a time when the majority accepted a true prophet unless God forced such a prophet on them!
Moses was opposed several times by his own people but God kept destroying all opposers of Moses.
Jesus said that will no longer be the case because what he brought doesn't end among the Israelites so if Jesus and his disciples have to destroy their opposers it won't be out of freewill that people will become Christians but by force.
So when the Jews in general rejected Jesus he told them that their nation has been rejected by God and till today they never had peace! smiley
I know new ideas don't sell fast but they eventually sell if well articulated overtime. I know that is true for the academia. It applies to anybody trying to force change. However it will be wrong to say the Jews have been rejecting all their prophets and it would be wrong to say Jesus' curse is working on them today. They went on exile to Babylon before Jesus was born and were expelled from Judea/Palestine after the exit of Jesus but now they are back there. Once again I don't think the Jews were wrong about Jesus. Anybody that says they are God or are above other humans in any form have at least psychiatric problems. You said:

According to the Bible majority of Jews don't believe true prophets of God that is why God kept sending prophets to them and they keep on killing those prophets so if you are banking on what majority of Jews told you then you have been thoroughly deceived.
Ask a Jew if Moses was a prophet of their God they will tell you "YES" but ask who were those opposing Moses in the wilderness? They will tell you that if they were alive in the time of Moses they won't join those opposers.
Ask a Jew if Elijah was a prophet of their God they will answer "YES" but ask them who were those opposing Elijah back then they will tell you that if they were alive back then they won't join those opposing Elijah.
That's how majority of Jews keep opposing true prophets of God.
As for the virgin birth it's written in their own books that a virgin will become pregnant! Isaiah 7:14
I once quoted this verse for a Jew he said that verse was talking about a young woman then i asked him what is extraordinary in a young woman getting pregnant if that's what Isaiah meant?
He became provoked and walked away!
So if you keep banking on what majority of Jews are saying then you are not searching for truth.
As a Yorùbá man you know what our adage says:

* "Ayé kọ òótọ́"
*"Olóòọ́tọ́ kìí l'ẹ́ní"
*"Òtítọ́ d'ọ́jà ó kùtà, ọ̀wọ́n gógó ni aráyé ra irọ́"

All these Proverbs are saying majority of people hates the truth.
Jesus himself warned us not to follow the crowd because majority are carried away with deceit as their minds are twisted! Matthew 7:13-14 compare to Exodus 23 1:2
It would be wrong to state that the majority of Jews rejected their prophets back then that they still revere today. Yes, those people may have had opponents but not the majority. However Jesus was utterly rejected back then and now by the majority.

2. Christianity began with the Romans, not the Jews. The word Christian was a derogatory term used against the Israelites until after the destruction of Jerusalem and then Judeah when the Romans adopted the term and built a religion of it. undecided
Then Christ is a Greek word and Christian means little Christs. The meaning of Christ is perfect son of God. Iesous is the perfect son of Zeus. Christian is not derogatory. It is in fact the opposite. They were commending the good conduct of ancient Christians in Antioch.
Then the Romans made Christianity a state religion. They made it popular but we can not really say they founded it. They added the politics though. Early Christians were like JW. They were apolitical and they kept to themselves. If the head of the government of a country becomes a JW and makes it a state religion today the whole thing will play out again and the shy JW will become political

2. Also, where is your evidence that all Jews -- descendants of Judah and Benjamin majorly --- do not believe in Jesus Christ of Israel? Care to reveal your definitive source for this claim? 🥱🥱🥱
Nowadays Jews generally don't know what tribe they come from. However you are right that they are mainly descended from Judah and Benjamin because the Northern kingdom was exiled and sold into slavery by Assyria. However we have to add Levi because the Levites were living among all the tribes performing priestly duties. Some Jews still know they are descended from Levites.
However we can refer to the Northern kingdom as ancient Jews as well because they are the same people. Nothing wrong with referring to them as ancient Jews but present Jews are mainly descended from Judah, Benjamin and Levi apart from members of the Northern kingdom that would have been living in Judah.
Then I am surprised you don't know Jews don't believe in Jesus Christ. They have a name for the biological father of Jesus whom they say was a Roman soldier. The name is Pantheras. They generally make fun of Christians and they have their own traditional tales about Jesus and his disciples. Christianity EtcSpirits In Heaven According To My IFA Research by lawani(op): 10:31am On Aug 01, 2025
Spirits in heaven according to my IFA research.

According to my research using the IFA oracle, we have heavy spirits and light spirits in heaven. Heavy spirits are those that have been incarnated before while light spirits are those that have never been incarnated. The difference between the two are two fold. One is their appetite for food and the other is what can kill them. The light spirits can consume only fifteen percent of the food consumed by the corresponding heavy spirit. Then the light spirit can be killed by human action on Earth while heavy spirits can only die as a result of a debate loss while on an incarnation. Spirits have six empathy ranks which indicate how they respond to emergencies involving other people. When they lose a debate against another spirit during an incarnation they will drop one step in empathy rank while the winner will rise one step and give birth to a light spirit. Debates have a gestation period of two years. When they drop from the last empathy rank they will be knocked out of the incarnation cycle and out of the society of heaven to be incarnating as an animal.
Therefore the two types of spirits in heaven are light and heavy spirits. The spirit that is designated as God must be a fully matured heavy spirit that is not on an incarnation. It must also be a member of the God grid which contains mature spirits whose last incarnation are female and light spirits at the highest empathy rank that were birthed by females that won debates. To be a matured spirit you must be at the top rank of God like managerial ability and there are eight ranks. As a spirit you are due for promotion in God like managerial ability every three incarnation.
Another thing to add is that when you are on an incarnation you will be existing as a light spirit in heaven.

The population of the SE according to JAMB registration, NIN registration and etc is less than that of Lagos state. They are like 80 percent of Lagos state.
What I believe is that the best kind of federal system is one whereby the revenue you can raise will determine your representation in government in an atmosphere where cost of living is even. Do your census by yourself and send report to the center. That is how it should be.

Then I don't believe the usual tale that the Igbo population all over Nigeria is higher than Yoruba. I believe if an actual census is taken the Yoruba will be higher. If statistics say Yoruba are more than double Igbo in the UK and the USA why not in Kano, Kaduna, Maiduguri or Jos if an actual census is taken?. In Ilesa here where I stay, one can't say Igbo is more than Hausa in population but they are more integrated with the community.
