@POLITICSNGR

A video currently trending on social media shows an unidentified pastor attempting to resurrect a dead person but fails woefully.

The cleric, spotting a dark Jacket and brown trousers is seen screaming and shouting a 'word of prayer' on the coffin before proceeding to open it, exposing the corpse.

The pastor proceeded to lay on the corpse, screaming at it to 'Rise up', a call that was unfortunately not heeded to. He proceeded to walk around the corpse muttering some incoherent words before asking to be helped out of the grave.

This development is coming a few weeks after a South-African pastor, Alph Lukau raised eyebrows with a 'miraculous' resurrection of a dead man named 'Elliot'.Lukau made headlines after the miracle was disproved as 'Fake' as video footage from the scene reveal that the 'Elliot' was indeed alive by the time the coffin was opened.

Lukau faced severe criticisms online with many calling for his arrest and prosecution.  As at the time of filing this report, It's unclear if the South-African government will press charges against the popular pastor.

PoliticsNGR has footage from the scene. Kindly Watch HERE

No pity for the PDP in Osun state. This is the full meaning of Karma! After rigging their way through the political landscape for 16years... Why shouldn't their victory also be riggedhuh
GEJ brought them to their Karma. If he hadn't conceeded power to the APC...if he had the guts to rig the 2015 elections, PDP would still have stood their ground now and saved themselves from crying foul!!

Karma is a bitch!!
how did GEJ Brought Karma to PDP? you just confessed that GEJ refused to reg 2015 election thereby conceding defect to APC. so how does this look like karma to you? you are a confused man.

TravelRe: Federal Government To Shutdown Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu by lawrsmith(m): 9:57pm On Dec 14, 2017
eaglechild:
None of these airports are less than 3 hours drive from Enugu.

The closure is ill timed considering that the the involved dates are the busiest and will cause tremendous hardship and potential loss of lives to hundreds of travellers who will be forced to reroute and end up in the dilapidated and congested federal roads they were trying to avoid.

The repair has been overdue for so many months now so waiting till the busiest time of the year to effect it just seems like a deliberate act to punish travellers.
SageTravels:
Air travellers to Enugu during this Christmas festivities may face hard times as the Federal Government (FG) has planned to shut down the Akanu Ibiam International Airport Enugu for repair work on the runway.

Sagetravels.com gathered that the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) had written to the Presidency for approval to shut down the airport for flight operations to resurface the entire runway which has been overdue.

The Airport will be closed to traffic at 3 pm daily from December 14 to December 21, 2017, and December 27 to January 4, 2018, to enable repair of the facility.

Authoritative sources informed Sagetravels.com that airlines have been notified about the planned closure in due course and the plan is that flight operations will be diverted to Sam Mbakwe Cargo Airport, Owerri or Portharcourt International Airport, Portharcourt.

Affected passengers can contact their airline for rescheduling or rerouting or their flights.

FamilyThere Are Always Two Sides To Every Story by lawrsmith(op): 1:13am On Jul 01, 2017
There are always two sides to every story
When someone meets you with such a story that this person did this and this person did that, do you just accept that the story is the truth without looking for the fact and to hear from the other person? Some will even go as far as stop talking to the person without hearing from him. Even God exercise this fairness when He visited Adam in the Garden of Eden and found him naked and when God Queried him and he mentioned Eve, God did not condemn Eve out rightly, no, He called on her to hear her own side of the story. So if God did not condemn her who are you to condemn your fellow human and start carrying face because of the story you did not verify.
even when you’re talking to your GF and she’s telling you about a friend who is cheating on her Bf; even when you’re discussing with your daughter and she told you about a boy that hurts her feelings; even when you’re talking to your husband and he’s telling you about what an asshole someone is at work did ; even when you yourself feel anger at and disappointment in another person who you are convinced is the root of all your problems there is another story you are not telling yourself., be it the personal business, even when someone meet and start telling you about what another person did that’s very wrong...even then, there’s another side to the story.
When I hear people say things like “it was all his fault” or “she hurt me when she turned on me” I try to imagine what the other person in the story might be saying or thinking. Because nothing is as simple as he said/she said or he did/she did.
We are all so sure of ourselves when we’re young, sure that we understand things that, in truth, we don’t. It takes years of being shown, over and over, that there is so much more to the story than “she/he done me wrong,” doesn’t it. And if someone reaches the age of 40 without understanding that the world is filled with not black and white absolutes but gradations of grays that temper every situation, then she has much bigger problems than hurt feelings or a wounded ego.
I’ve learned a lot about people in my past 3 years, and this is the I used to respond to people that meet with me with tortoise and lion story. “Yes, your story sucks. But what about the other guy? And just in case you’re wondering, this doesn’t make me less of a friend — in fact I think at times it makes me a better one. I hear what’s being said, but I also hear what isn’t. And often, those are the most important words of all. So next time people came to you with rat and cat story ask them this question to see their reaction.

Career4 Step To Build Good Freelancers-clients Relationships by lawrsmith(op): 7:41pm On Apr 19, 2017
4 step to build good freelancers-clients relationships
April 19, 2017

How to build good freelancers-clients relationships
Every good freelancer suppose to have the following qualities, entrepreneurial spirit”, “the ability to take risks, commitment to a better.
Who is a client? Clients are people who profit and benefit from the work freelancers produce.
The strength of the relationships you build with your clients directly impacts your ability to build your business and achieve job security. What can you do then to build strong client relationships? Consider four ways to make that happen:
1) Define the scope of your projects
The first move towards building successful client relationships involves having a meeting of the minds with your client concerning the work the client wants done. Each party should understand:

The aim of the project
The procedure which will be used to attain those aims
How long the project will take
Payments modalities

2) Be honest about the success and setback of the project
Many clients have this worry that freelancers will be unavailable or uncommunicative about project progress. Because of this, you can alleviate this worry by providing your clients with your complete contact information and also clearly define when you will be available and when you will not be available for communication. State the channel of the communication that will

be suitable for the both parties. This is very important especially when working with international clients.
Remember that you are human, and set back and unforeseen circumstances are inevitable. You can break down along the line because of the tedious nature of your job, so if you encounter any problem that may delay or impede you from meeting up with the stipulated timeframe of your project, please feel free to tell your client as fast as possible, because it will be very unkind of you to be waiting on the fixed date to give a him a shock that you were unable to finish his project. If you can this, tell him the new date you were expecting to finish his project, doing this will make your client to have trust and more confidence in your work.
3) don’t take a job beyond your scope
If a client asks for something beyond the original project, and it is something that you cannot do within the time frame specified, just look for a way renegotiate and extend your time to avoid disappointment, accepting to do more than you can handle will have a negative effect on you and on your clients. You will stress yourself up thereby given your client low quality of project, and your clients will find themselves disappointed with your performance because you failed to produce a quality project.
4) Be professional
Show your clients that you have their interest at heart by spending quality time talking with them at length about the project.

Former Abia state governor, Orji Uzor Kalu, on Friday met the charged a
The former governor was optimistic that supporters of Mr. Kanu would now be more cooperative with the authorities, following his discussion with their leader.
He said the discussion will form the basis for an interface between the Federal Government and Mr. Kanu.
He added that the planned talk would have the view to end Mr. Kanu’s trial.
“I came to talk to him to talk to his supporters. I think they will have a change of attitude. We are all Nigerians. If both himself and the Federal Government are genuinely interested, we can come to a common ground. It is a possibility,” said Mr. Kanu.
On the decision of the Federal High Court hearing the case against Mr. Kanu and his colleagues to grant partial protection to prosecution witnesses, Mr. Kalu said the practice has long existed.
“The protection of witnesses is nothing new in law. We can do that but it may not get to that stage; if we talk to each other well. It is possible to settle out of court if both parties are realistic.
“Now he has given me the go-ahead to talk on his behalf. And if I can speak on his behalf, then the process will begin; and if things go as they ought to, we might not get to the stage of having to require protection of witnesses.
“If he trusts me and the Federal Government trusts me, I don’t see how this will not work. I know the government well. I am a member of the ruling party. So I can use my position well,” Mr. Kalu said.
The former governor explained that his visit was in line with the United Nations’ charter on human rights and in furtherance of his duty to the state he once governed.
“My visit to Kanu is in compliance with the United Nation’s charter that, anyone who is in prison should frequently be visited.
“I decided to come and visit him as a younger brother and as a former governor of Abia State; once you become a governor, you have a duty to always protect your people.
Mr. Kanu and the three other members of IPOB are being tried at the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court.
The court had on December 17, 2015 ordered the SSS to release Mr. Kanu unconditionally. But that ruling, delivered by Justice Adeniyi Ademola who is being accused of fraud and is currently being prosecuted, was upturned by another judge, John Tsoho, in January.
Shortly after the ruling refusing him bail, Mr. Kanu declared no confidence in Mr. Tsoho’s impartiality, forcing the judge to withdraw from the matter.
Subsequently, the case was transferred to another judge, Binta Nyako. Mrs. Nyako also refused the same bail application for the defendant on December 1.
In recent weeks, Mr. Kanu’s court appearance had been occasioned by commotion caused by his supporters at the court premises.
During the last sitting on December 13, Mr. Kanu’s supporters clashed with prison officials after he made some remarks against President Muhammadu Buhari.
Mr. Kanu hails from Isiam Afara Local Government Area wait a minute, so what then happens to the allegations of treason mr.kanu was accused of ? so if you medidate on his behalf mr. kanu will be free just like that without proven guilty or not? these interview granted by mr orji is just an evidence that nnamdi kanu is just been tried for nothing,if not why is federal govt sending somebody to and talk to kanu? nnamdi kanu is holding the on the scrotum period.

Lots of Nigerians who had the hopes of cashing out from MMM
Nigeria to enjoy the yuletide season woke up yesterday, Tuesday, December 13, 2016, to the shocking news of their mavros being frozen till January 2017.

However, there are new claims that a Nigerian is the mastermind
of MMM Nigeria contrary to earlier reports that the money doubling scheme was brought to the country by one Ernest
Chigozie Mbanefo, a South African-based pastor who was once with the Living Faith Church A.K.A Winners Chapel, in Nigeria.
According to Somto Monanu, a social media enthusiast, his name
is Chuddy Anayo and he is popularly referred to as ”The MMMnumber one Guider”.

Read more below:

"A visit to the MMM Nigeria testimonial page you will agree with
me that Oga chuddy haf finish all una money. According to
sources this Chuddy is the head Admin of MMM he is the one
who brought mmm into nigeria he is the one who runs things at
MMM just the way Mark Zuckerberg runs Facebook, People fail to
realise that a Website cannot create itself a human being has to
see through its day to day activities and chuddy is the one behind
mmm and the same chuddy is also a participant of this same
MMM and this same chuddy is also the number one Guider on

well below is screen shot of money he has been collecting
and displaying publicly only god knows the one he took in
Private… he even collected some money a whopping N6M on the
8th of december chai oga chuddy will paint his village red this
December"

Also, a Twitter user Amadi Noel (@KingNoelC) is claiming that a
Nigerian by the name Chuddy Anayo Ugorji is the man who is
responsible for the entrance of MMM into Nigeria.

In a twitter
thread, Amadi Noel stated that Chuddy Anayo Ugorji allegedly
brought MMM into Nigeria in 2015 after striking a deal with some Phillipinos to create “MMM Nigeria names”.

According to the thread, the Ponzi scheme was done by Chuddy with the help of some white people in Dubai. He also tweeted the
phone number of Chuddy Anayo Ugorji, his wife and other Nigerians he identified as the “cartel.”

InvestmentRe: CNN Makes Fun Of Nigerians For Still Believing In MMM by lawrsmith(m): 7:58am On Dec 15, 2016
[quote author=AkinPhysicist post=51934486]The meteoric rise of one of the world's largest Ponzi schemes in Nigeria

[b]In spite of the government's warnings against it, many Nigerians continue to invest in Mavrodi Mundial Movement (MMM), a Russian company that was responsible for one of the world's largest Ponzi schemes of all time.

On 13 December, the company said it was 'freezing' all confirmed accounts. While many that are opposed to the scheme believe the suspension may be an indication of an imminent collapse, MMM Nigeria assured its members it was only freezing the system for a period of one month.
"The reason for this measure is evident. We need to prevent problems during the New Year season, and then, when everything calms down, this measure will be canceled," the administrator said in a message sent to all members.
In spite of the indication that things may not be in order with MMM, Ifeanyi Okoro and some other members remain confident in the scheme.

Confidence remains
"Even with this minor setback, I still strongly have confidence in MMM. The government and the press will amplify this but we all know that MMM is not going anywhere," Okoro said.
Joe Sanya revealed that he had already invested NGN1 million in the scheme. While expressing confidence in MMM, he warned that the only thing that could harm the system is the fear the news would instill fear in MMM's prospective members and confirmed account holders.
"The abrupt action of MMM has brought lot of fears and panic already which could even in itself crash the system. Guiders will have to come up with a plan to put the mind of Nigerians at ease. I don't know how they will do that but it has to be done. We need a constructive counter move from MMM against the enormous negativity going on via social media right now or else my one million naira and those of my friends will be gone."

Michael Mbah, an MMM Nigeria top guider, added: "This is a temporary measure to save the system and saving the system is saving our money. Our money is safe. By January, the system will be back and it will be stronger."
How did MMM successfully convince many Nigerians to look away from the facts, warnings and experiences elsewhere? The key is understanding how MMM works.

'Like a charity'
A member is required to make payments directly into the bank account of another member. When this is successfully done, the payer is qualified to receive three times what he or she paid from someone else.
The scheme was launched in November 2015 in Nigeria but it got popular in 2016 and its philosophy is to financially empower its members who are committed to helping one another. New members are often recruited into the scheme by the promise of 30% monthly return on their investment and higher returns when they offer to assist members that ask for financial assistance.
When Chibuzor Chukwuemeka, a young Nigerian professional first heard of the scheme from a friend, he said he thought it was a scam. But since he joined about four months ago, he has had no regrets.

"I will tell you that MMM has empowered me financially," he told CNN.
Isaiah Olasope, a university lecturer, said he joined the scheme with NGN50,000 (about $158) and was able to make a profit of NGN60,000 (about $190) within two months. He noted that the best approach to succeeding is via referrals and paying as soon as possible.
"I would have continued, but I stopped after I made more than what I put into it," he said.
The scheme is especially popular among new graduates and the unemployed, and even entrepreneurs like Lydia Aborishade, who said she was able to get a tangible return.
"It's like a charity organization where you provide and get help. If you help someone, you get twice what you give," she said.

The government: 'It's fraudulent'
The scheme markets itself as a charity, which is why it celebrated its first anniversary with a Humanitarian week held from Nov 13th -- 19th 2016 by donating relief materials worth NGN5 million to two internally displaced persons' camps in Nigeria's capital city of Abuja.
But the Nigerian government has been unequivocal in discouraging citizens from participating. Through the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), it urged citizens not to get involved in MMM, calling it fraudulent.
"We've heard about the activities of MMM, but I want to warn you against it because they are wonder banks that are not regulated. Desist from participating, because they are fraudulent," said Hajiya Kadija Kassim, ‎head, Consumer Protection Department of the CBN.
CBN also unsuccessfully attempted to stop financial transactions related to MMM and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria (SEC) warned investors about the scheme.
Taking it further, Nigeria's parliament directed security operatives to arrest MMM promoters, but in spite of these efforts, Nigeria has yet to officially criminalize MMM.

A spokesman for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Wilson Uwujaren, said they are monitoring the scheme.
The government's position is unsurprising to MMM participants: they claim CBN wants people to keep money in the banks which will in turn be used to further enrich the country's wealthiest.
"The CBN we know has not in recent times made people-oriented policies, most of their policies favor the rich and that is what MMM has come to do -- reduce the gap between the rich and the poor," Chukwuemeka said.

Olasope added that the government is against the scheme because few people still save money in banks.
"I don't think any bank will pay you interest of up to 5% in a month when you keep money with them, but MMM pays 30%. CBN officials know that MMM will make Nigerians to stop taking money to banks so their best approach is to make it illegal," he said.

Pastors for MMM?
The MMM conversation has been extended to churches, where the official position varies from one place of worship to another.
At the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), the country's largest Pentecostal church, some pastors are allowing MMM promoters to pitch the scheme to members from the pulpit. While others are against it, many are at crossroads.
Pastor Agbede Mayowa, who heads a branch of the church in Lagos, said MMM is a real dilemma for clergymen. Instead of having a position in the scheme, he said he is promoting an open conversation on the subject among members of the congregation.
"I have been inundated with messages and calls on MMM. 'Pastor, is it a sin? Should a Christian be involved?' Personally, I don't think it's a sin even though I have my reservations. Most people however think otherwise," he said.
Ibadan-based economist, Lekan Adigun said the wide acceptance of MMM in Nigeria in spite of numerous failures of similar schemes is not in line with industry edicts; it preys on the economic recession and citizens' desire for quick wealth.
"According to the Alexa ranking, MMM's is the fifth most visited website in Nigeria, more popular than Facebook. It has also shown that Nigeria isn't really a mobile first nation and getting the support of the government is overrated," Adigun said.

"I think techies should leverage this MMM craze to promote online payment adoption. We'll be solving two problems at once. We'll ease pressure on banks and then entrench online payment if the burst is well managed," he said.
Many experts believe that by not banning MMM, the Nigerian government positions the country as a target for copycat programs.
"It is really unfortunate that even though many Nigerians have lost money to similar Ponzi schemes in the past, the Nigerian government is still reluctant to go hard on MMM.
"When MMM eventually collapses, which will definitely happen, the exploitation of the citizens will continue under different names. This is going to be very harsh on the people of a country that is currently in recession," said Adigun.
For MMM, experts believe that its next task is to ensure that its community in Nigeria continues to be its firm advocate and the pyramid scheme is sustained for as long as possible while for the Nigerian government, restoring people's confidence in the banking sector is essential in addition to finding a way to ensure that activities of Ponzi schemes are regulated and protecting the funds of participants -- even when they act against government directives.
MMM Nigeria didn't immediately return a request for comment from CNN.

RomanceRe: 7 Reasons Why Guys Are Reluctant To Commit!!! Come In And Testify by lawrsmith(m): 4:55pm On Nov 05, 2016
importexpert:
The fact that guys are usually afraid to commit are due to several reasons. Women always want to know why guys are reluctant to commit to a long term relationship or to marriage. These reasons listed below will give you an idea as to why they have fears of tying the knot!

1. He does not want to lose his identity

If you are the pushy and demanding type then he could be afraid that once he commits to you, he will slowly but surely change into the type of person you want him to be. He is afraid of losing his own identity and changing into a lapdog who has to do everything to please you. This could prove very scary for a guy and therefore he is reluctant to make any sort of commitment.

2. He is confused as to what your feelings are for him

If you have not really been forthright and clear about your feelings towards him, then he will be cautious about making a commitment to you. The smallest doubt about you and your feelings will make him reluctant to take a step towards commitment. Only when he knows for sure that you reciprocate his feelings will he turn bold and take the initiative!

3. He hates the thought of being tied down

Most men have a morbid fear of being tied down to one woman all their life! These men are the types that want to enjoy dating different women before they make up their mind. They are generally those who are concentrating on just having a good time instead of being serious and thinking of the future. i know many Nairalanders in this category but i will allow seun and other audience to list the "soup testers" grin grin grin grin

4. He is not sure that you are the right woman for him

There could be a hundred reasons why he has certain doubts as to whether you are the ideal woman for him. He will never make a commitment unless and until he is convinced in his heart that you are the right one for him. Even though he has been dating you all this while, he could feel that there is something missing in the relationship and hence is not ready for commitment.

5. He is terrified of the financial responsibility involved

The very fact that commitment means a whole lot of new responsibilities make men nervous and reluctant to take a step in that direction. In case he is not really financially secure and feels that he will not be able to provide for his wife and family in the near future, he will not be able to commit.

6. He thinks that you have too high expectations

There is no way he is going to commit if you have been setting the standards too high or been having too many high expectations where he is concerned. See if you are the type of woman who has been very demanding, critical and a stickler for perfection in every thing. He is obviously scared of falling short!

7. He is unsure and insecure

If the guy is aware of his faults, failures and shortcomings, then he could become insecure and afraid of facing the future. He will naturally become less confident of being a success and making the relationship ideal. This insecurity will prove to be a huge blockage where commitment is concerned.

trueconscience:
hahahahahah another "WOLF CRY"!

Truth be told, I personally find it hard believing ALL this FULANI herdsmen stories. WHY?

The IPOB have been very poor in their propaganda. Whenever they have an issue with police or security officials, they are quick to say FULANI soldiers, FULANI police just to incite and create hatred of the Fulani ( because PMB is Fulani?). So, whenever I read stories of FULANI did this or FULANI did that, I am sceptical about swallowing it hook line and sinker!

The IPOB should be careful about crying wolf falsely because IF the wolf eventually shows up, it will be hard for people to believe them

My 20 cents!
this is type of comment that will be coming from one coward from Yoruba Region. so because it is now happening in the Enugu it is IPOB propaganda? where were you when Fulani herdmen attack Benue state Mr. skeptical? stop showing your foolishness in the public. this type of comment is why Nigeria will never be one no matter how we pretend. because we are always divided in all issues.
