I'm in peril right now...
My ex boss has taken all the joy and happiness in my life...

I recently got a job in a small law firm as a secretary with a small amount of salary for startup..
Just 2weeks ago, I noticed that my boss started growing cold towards me...
I searched myself several times to know if I had offended him in any way.... I was always punctual in my place of work, courteous to visitors, and always polite....
He went away on a trip, and sent a letter for me through mail that my services won't be needed any more that I shouldn't bother to come back...

I was shocked perplexed and everything bad thing you can think of...

I am so sad... He hasn't paid me my 2months salary and he has said he won't be able to pay because of recent downturn in revenue in the office.. The first month he said this I continued working because I felt he will eventually pay... Now he has retrenched me, I'm hopeless....
I have borrowed things on credit hoping to pay when he pays me... Now I'm severely stranded...
I am so vexed right now....
I know I can't afford a lawyer to sue him but Karma is surely my strengthhold...
I'm really tempted to expose the firm.. But you will never know when it could come back to haunt you...

In this life I will surely make it against all odds... Nevertheless all enemies of progress like my former boss and plenty more that are coming

Just imagine that one day, your father that talks too much had a stroke and he wasn't talking anymore. Days past, weeks past and months past but he still wasn't able to talk. Bro, you will be the one wishing he could start rapping like Bone thugs.

Don't wish for what you can't handle, I am talking from experience. This your father that you insult for talking too much, one day, you will need him to even say one word but he can't or he would not be there and do you know what you will do? You will cry and weep like a baby.

You have 24 hrs in a day, spend at least 2 hours in talking to father. Make your father feel special, he deserves it. Your own time will come and will wish your children could talk to you.

By God's GRACE in Good Health you WILL live much longer than your dad. I wish mine was alive talking none stop, I would still be proud of him.

In western world it is hard to get a job in the police department, fire department, government offices, etc - they are families, relatives, friends and neighbors. If you label what our friend did as corruption - it means you don't know the definition of corruption.

Sentimentality is a huge factor in corruption, especially when it comes to relatives, friends etc getting undeserved favours. The 500 likes for what the guy did, shows we have serious problems in this country in terms of our attitudes to probity and professional integrity, so vital to catapaulting the nation to the next level. I think the best we can hope for is a reduction in corruption, not an elimination. Not with our mindset.

Sigh... I just finished reviewing 63 job applications for my employer... many of whom were Nigerians. To be honest, i basically hit the "delete" button for every Nigerian application without more than a 5 minute glance.

Are you saying the lifeless body on the ground was after they brought him back from hospital or even at the hospital?

Common sense would tell me that after being confirmed dead, he would be taken to the police station (I see no policemen) or most likely to the mortuary.

Does it not seem likely that pic was immediately after the incident? If after the incident, who confirmed the child dead at that point to make CPR irrelevant? Is CPR not meant to possibly increase the chances of reviving the victim when the professionals eventually arrive or when the victim gets to them?

I write this epistle to make your mind work a bit. And because we have a country of very intelligent but poorly enlightened people who instead of learning, blissfully believe they know it all.
