OBJ instituted the UNEP report and it has been implemented by PMB and even Yar'adua has more input in his short term when compared to the nil input from GEJ

Gas flaring was first addressed by OBJ before he got distracted by third term agenda , Yar'adua maybe due to militancy did not address it but again GEJ done nothing to implement the UN and G20 agreements to end gas flaring and it has only again been addressed by PMB with implementation of new legislation underway and hopefully PIB once the NASS get their house in order and all this new NDA wahala.

So when people speak of GEJ and introduce lies to boost his ego and make claims of things he never did and never had any intentions to; I curse them in my soul. Because all these things have been discussed in NL over the years .

Buhari may not be steaming ahead at the speed Nigerians expected but GEJ was nothing short of a grand failure and a great curse on this nation

For the so much talked about UNEP report implementation, it's on record that Gej tried spreading the clean up to the whole Niger Delta but was too lazy (slow) to start any work... As per Buhari implementing it, nothing is being done yet..there is nothing on ground yet to show that the process is on,apart from that political gathering that was tagged "flag off" of oGoni clean up

Again this is a fight against the Nigerian state and it's govt.. it's getting more momentum these days mayb because pple are more enlightened ...

On the other hand, Buhari is borrowing over 2 trillion Naira to find the 2016 budget.
