These guys were known for their crazy drving, only God knows number they kill on the streets. and to my friends in the category of Slowly but steady, Motto/Osahan, the only guy that drove a 1930 vw that the sound system was worth 4x the price of the car.
I wonder where these guys are today and how they drive
Tolu Junaid(fiddo) is in Ibadan,Motto works in Benin, Osahon has been back in Naija since 92,-works in Ibadan somewhere
Rem Bodurin is somewhere in Yankee,Charles is in Lagos/lLondon.Anyways i was youger then but these names were among the BADDEST boys in IB.DEM RULE, DEM CHOP LIFE, DEM TRY.Those were the good ol days

I happen to know this-my grandpa retired from UI .UI has got the best faculties in Arts-Kongi ie Wole Soyinka is an alum,Niyi Osundare, Femi Osofisan, Isidore Okpewho are uitesI n case the names sound foreign they are GREAT literary icons who studied, taught at Ibadan before coming to the states.Also shes got the best Social Science faculty in Nigeria made great of course by Akin Mabogunje(townplanner extraordinaire),late Ojetunji Aboyade,Tunji Ayoade,late Abumere.
Veterinary Medicine,Education and the Sciences too are unrivalled.The faculties of medicine has produced many doctors such that 2 in 5 docs are Ibadan products.The beauty is the scholarship of its academic staff and also years of collaboration with its staff and other schools.So its funny to read people mention other schools modelled after I badan- ife,Ilorin ,Jos, etc which are equally sound but not equal to IbadanIt would take years for Babcock, Convenant and other small schools to reach I badan -i hope you know that University education involves postgraduate pursuits also

To say lots of people like to yarn without proof is just laughable. Proof that? Proof of ?My family
have been living in lagos for over 200 years. Ashiwaju wouldnt budge as hes deluded that BAT is

academic background.Issue of his origins are still debateable.However that is an issue for another day.
I know that majority of those who live in Lagos know that more can be done and that people of that state and indeed Nigeria deserve more from those elected to public office.Iam not some arm chair analyst and if you care to know i

Someone once said show me a fortune and i will show you a crime.At least Mike has employed

The problem with us is that we are a funny people.If you read Forbes or Fortune magazine
the profiles of the billionaires are for all to see-how they started. their first break .etc.How did O.K.
make this "money" and countless other nigerians. I have just read Turakins(Atiku) account of his money
trail and could not help but laugh.That is a discussion for another day. O.K.is a mediocre period.

I applaud you are really amazing.I happen to have colleagues who work in the General Hospitals you seem so proud about what has he done please enlighten me.It took ages for them to ratify the appointment of a neurosurgeon, the first they have had(at least some credit) and the poor guy was practically without a standard theatre and tools to work with.He had to resort to general surgery so justify his appointment.How many roads has he refurbished? Precisely how many new kilometers of road has been done. Yes he did something about a high way so what?
How many students are on state scholarship?I mean real Lagosians. Rivers receives more in allocation from the federation account but Lsgos makes more from internally generated revenue. And what is this thing about paying who?
Who did he pay? Granted someone was arrested in London, someone went to jail after 17 billion was found in his account so?Are u telling me hes not like them? Abiola Ajimobi, hmmmm what has he done in the senate.?How talsmany graduates and young school leavers in his
senatorial district have been gainfully employed by him lobbying for them?I was with a delegation of S/E friends who were in Abuja at the instance of their Senator to meet some oil big wigs who claimed the particular area didnt have qualified people-they didnt know the senator and they were not children of big people.I have also seen with my two eyes senators sending lists of those qualified in their districts to government parasta, companies and the like when vacancies arise.This is not nepotism or tribalism it just showed people taking their peoples mandate seriously, If Ajimobi can come and address the people of Oyo state especially the youths on what he has done in 3 years for them fine.
Adedibu,Ladoja,Lam.Ajimobi,Akala are all the same-egocentric selfish people. Dont be deceived its not yet uhuru for Oyo people and indeed Nigeria

seems as if you are an apologist or better still drowning in some inexplicable denial
that your namesake as nothing to show for the allocation from the federal purse.You know that states do generate money from taxes and levies-imagine your state
with the numerous companies and businesses and the cash flow from this combined with the federal allocation.
I happen to know the expectations of a people in any democracy and i expect you do also,and when i see incorrigible and pathetic politicians who have misused and abused the trust of the people to deliver what you call the dividends of democracy and
