On the issue of mental state although it doesn't in anyway justify rape but it's also something one should consider in such cases not all but most people that behave in an abnormal way usually have mental issues . That doesn't necessarily mean they will be predisposed to raping minors or anyone for that matter but certain illness twists the sense of right and wrong or what's actually happening.

Saudi minimum wage should be higher, it has only 50m people but export 10m barrels of crude daily. Nigeria's population is 200m but export less than 2m barrels of crude daily. Saudi main revenue is 400% higher than Nigeria's, while its population is 300% lesser than Nigeria's.

you mean like the way my elder brother's ex-gf came back to him after abandoning him for another man getting married and having 3 kids for said man. They've been dating for 4 years she just came to visit her one day and gave him her wedding invitation but Now she's that her marriage is in shambles she's wants him back (she left her kids with her mom).
