He might decide to strengthen his attack and feel confident that he does not need more defensive midfielder but needs an extra attacker. A change does not have to be position for position.

Sexual harassment does not have to be physical it can be verbal, in fact some verbal harassment can cause more harm than physical. For example when you are in a fight with someone, sometimes you feel more pain if the person uses curse words on you than if the person slaps you. Pain is pain whether emotional or physical.

I was on a bus to my place of work this morning. I sat at the back and other passengers joined. Seated beside me was this teenage girl, quite pretty, simple dressing in a blouse and skirt that ended well below her knees. Despite the fact that she didn't wear any makeup, the Good book will say "she was pleasant to look at."

Her harassment started from the park. The conductor kept on making rude, intimidating remarks at her, whether that was his method of 'toasting' I don't know. The driver offered to let her drive for n50 less than the normal amount. That was a nice gesture, true, but purely unnecessary. It clearly made her uncomfortable. Keep in mind that this girl was well dressed, wore a pink gown with frilled short sleeves and a collar that hid her average sized boobs very well. Her bum was nothing to write home about later. It was her face that was more than averagely beautiful.

After about 20mins driving in traffic, we got to a popular bus stop and passengers from the front alighted. We waited a bit for more passengers to fill the front seat.

All of a sudden three guys who were passing by the bus stopped. One of them reached in and pointed directly at the girl, as in, in-her-face pointing at her and said "See fine gyal!"

I was shocked, as we're others on the bus. It looked for a moment as if he literally wanted to drag her out of the bus to 'admire' her. She on her part shifted quickly away from his reach while those of us at the back shouted on him. He laughed and went on his way with his other laughing buddies.

Na wa oh. Don't we as men have self control again? How would you feel if someone did something like that to your sister? Made her feel uncomfortable and threatened that way? That girl couldn't have been more than 15 years old and the men around her were just acting like animals!

Please guys let's have some self control. The reason why there is a feminist movement in the first place is because the oppression and misbehaviour by irresponsible men was becoming too much. Let's salvage our leadership and become leaders once more, men that women would want to respect, love and cherish.

As a Christian, even though you believe in miracles and you believe that God can do the impossible, miracles do occur within reasonable believable event. E.g, will you believe a miracle where a man's head was cut off ( clean no nerves attached) and suddenly a new head grows back? If you understand what a uterus is, then there is NO way a uterus can grow back ( akin to a new head growing ). In fact it is so impossible that scientist have been trying to do a successful uterine transplant since the 18th century. It was only in 2011 a successful transplant was done. In 2014, the first live birth from a uterine transplant was achieved.

I have read/heard so many 'womb was removed but gave birth' testimonies and am amazed at how many people lap them up ( I believe Nigerians are smart ). Just like how you won't believe if someone told you they don't have a heart ( and the person is not a vampire) but he/she is standing before you and is breathing/pumping blood, then you would know the 'no womb' stories are bogus. A uterus is needed for an embryo to implant and then the placenta is formed where the baby gets nutrients from its mother. When implantation happens outside the uterus (ectopic preganancy) the mother can die, such baby is not viable. There is no other organ in the body that can support a living/GROWING embryo for NINE months.

Why are these testimonies common? 1. Embellished testimony: Probably, she was indeed diagnosed with infertility, where the doctor said she will not be able to give birth ( it happens a lot) no partial hysterectomy was done but to make the problem seem so insurmountable that only a great God can solve they added 'jara' after all only a pastor can qualify for such great miracle.
2. Cover up: surrogacy is still very much a stigma in our culture, so to prove she is woman enough to birth her own child and not use a 'rented' uterus ( even though there is nothing absolutely wrong with it) they concocted a cover story, a story so often told in 'testimonies'
3. Something more sinister, baby factories exist because there is a market for it.
4. Or worse a kidnapped baby.

A doctor with a rifle hidden under a lab coat has shot dead a female physician and seriously wounded six other doctors before trying to set himself on fire and turning the gun on himself at a Bronx hospital.

Dr Henry Bello, a family physician, opened fire at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital where he used to work at about 2.45pm on Friday.

The 45-year-old gunman was hiding a high-powered assault rifle under his white medical coat and had his ID card on him when he started the shooting spree on the 16th and 17th floors of the hospital, police sources say.

Police Commissioner James O'Neill confirmed that the shooter died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound inside the building.

The shooter had tried to set himself on fire prior to fatally shooting himself. He staggered, bleeding, into a hallway where he collapsed and died with the rifle at his side.

The body of the female victim, believed to be a doctor, was found next to the shooter on the 17th floor. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Five of the victims were seriously injured in the shooting ramBello had been a family medicine physician at the hospital. Law enforcement officials say he was allowed to resign from the hospital in 2015 amid sexual harassment allegations. The details of the allegations were not immediately clear.

CBS New York reported that Bello was fired two years ago for harassing an employee. He reportedly went to the hospital to find the employee before opening fire on his former colleagues.

Witness Dione Morales, who has been a patient at the hospital for 17 years, told CBS New York the shooter had threatened to kill people back when he was fired.

'He was let go because I guess they figured he was unstable. He said he was going to do this,' she said. 'He said he was going to kill people, two years ago when he was let go - two years... and now look what happened.'

Details about Bello's criminal past emerged following the deadly shooting.

In unrelated cases, the doctor had been arrested in 2004 on a charge of sexual abuse after a 23-year-old woman told police Bello grabbed her, lifted her up and carried her off, saying, 'you're coming with me.' He was arrested again in 2009 on a charge of unlawful surveillance, after two different women reported he was trying to look up their skirts with a mirror.

According to New York State Education Department records, Bello had a limited permit to practice as an international medical graduate to gain experience in order to be licensed. The permit was issued on July 1, 2014, and expired last year on the same day.

A former colleague described Bello as a problematic employee.

Bello 'was very aggressive, talking loudly, threatening people. All the time he was a problem,' said Dr. David Lazala, a family medicine doctor who said he trained Bello at Bronx Lebanon.

He said Bello, who worked at night as a doctor, sent him a threatening email after Bello was fired.




'The shooter killed himself but not before doing horrible damage. Our hearts go out to the family of the doctor who passed away.

'This was a horrific situation unfolding in a place associated with care and comfort.'

Authorities described a chaotic scene at Bronx Lebanon Hospital as gunfire erupted, spreading terror throughout the hospital as employees locked themselves inside rooms and patients feared for their lives.

Shortly after receiving a 911 call about an active shooter, police officers went floor by floor, their guns drawn, looking for the gunman.

An FDNY official told the New York Times at least three of the shooting victims were doctors.

Unfortunately since Adeboye's income is not made public we don't know for certain how much he gets from the church or if he can use the church's financials to get a personal loan. Yes! A church is A business, it is an organization that has in flow and out flow of cash. Redeemed Church has lots and lots of assets worth millions of dollars. Also, a loan is NOT given based on just your present net worth but also your future income. All the bank needs to see is if you have the means to meet your payment plan goals . So even if Adeboye has just 39-65million net worth today, I am sure it is safe to say adeboye will earn more millions in the future as the head honcho of Redeemed Church.

Net worth = Assests - Liability. So it is very much possible he has a net worth of 39-65 million dollars and owns a 65 million jet. It just means he took out a loan to buy the jet, so possiblyhe has only 2 million dollars equity in the Jet and has a liability of 63 million.
