ONNYX:
So sorry Sir for delaying this response. I have really been up to my ears with work.

This is compounded by the fact that I am preparing my detailed handover notes as I quit paid employment finally on Friday 14th December 2018. i will take two weeks off and then will hit the road as a full entrepreneur in January 2019. I intend to take my bakery and the related businesses to heights that i dare not even mention here. if I do i will be considered a charlatan but believe me it is possible.

Meanwhile, I promise to dedicate some time and finish this thread before the end of the year. Please put up your questions and I will respond to them (only as it is convenient for me).

From January, i will still attend to the thread at least once a week just to provide some guidance and respond to inquiries posted here.

And No, I do not have a stand at the Lagos Int. Trade Fair. I was just a very keen visitor who decided to get as much information as possible.

God bless u always

He has nothing to be scared about ..

We don't know the type of freezer if its the standing or deep one

But children are involved in lots of activities that are harmful die to their curiosity..

My son @ age 3 was always going to open the stand freezer then close the door against himself but thank God his body was a wedge preventing the door from shutting properly ..

It became a habit for him ..

Till his mother had to start using the freezer key

Now he loves sleeping on tiled floor when ever he is hot..

I have complained to doctors but was told its his comfort zone..

spinna:
Children play I guess. You can see the dog is a puppy.. They should never be unsupervised.. Parents should always be prayerful because it's not easy to always watch.. After all as in this case... One must sleep. Little ones will go str8 back to heaven

ONNYX:
Thanks for the defence.

I have actually been very busy.

I just finished setting up a bakery for one of the faith based Private Universities and it was quite tasking. This was a most rewarding experience. I learnt so much about the reason behind certain purchase decisions.......very sad. I may share as we progress.

I am now participating in the current Lagos Int. trade-fair. very instructive I must say. I wish I could write about every opportunity I see here.
It suffices to state here that this is a platform where Billions change hands. Everyone who can afford to should visit the trade fair grounds. Its simply a worthwhile experience.

Do u have a stand at the trade fair was there last weekend and intend going there tomorrow Saturday ..

Pls if u have one let me the hall or pavillion

Let him take his time

Don't forget he has other stuffs he is engaged in.

This is just pathetic. And the Government isn't showing any serious sign to stop this senseless killings.

Besides how was it possible for them to kidnap a whole king?? That can't happen in the south here, especially in Yoruba Land. The kings from the south are highly fortified against any attack both spiritual and physical e.g Ooni of Ife, oba of Benin, Alake of Egba land, Awujale of Ijebu etc. You can't just kidnap these kind of kings anyhow, fear sef go catch the kidnappers.

Oniba of iba was kidnapped

High profiled citizens and traditional rulers north east west and south are been kidnapped

Oyibos too are not left out

We only pray not to get kidnapped

Make money supplying cakes

ONNYX:
Interesting questions.

I intend that we deal with some of your questions subsequently as we progress. We will treat pricing, sales strategy, distribution network building/sustenance, retailers profitability.

I cannot approach all of them at the same time and again I do have a very demanding day job/responsibilities.

Under pricing we will get the volume of bread that is the expected output from every bag of flour.
On profitability, I can tell you that there are very few businesses that have the profit potential as bread and the bakery business.
there are however intrigues that come into play. It is these intrigues that determine the success of one bakery and the failure of the next one. We will also attempt to examine these variables as march on.

God bless u and give you the strength to strength to
update this thread.
