A Brazilian Michael Jackson superfan used acid to lighten his skin and spent about £2,000 on a series of cosmetic procedures to look like his hero.
Antonio Gleidson Rodrigues, 32, the self-proclaimed number one Michael Jackson impersonator in Brazil, has had rhinoplasty in order to imitate the King Of Pop and spends around four hours each day rehearsing his dance moves.
Gleidson Jackson, as he likes to be known, had his first operation five years ago when he had his nasal septum corrected to allow him to reach higher notes when singing. He said: 'I wasn't able to reach notes like Michael before but after surgery I can now sing some notes in falsetto.'

Following his first bid at surgery, Gliedson, of Fortalenza, continued in his mission to imitate the world famous pop star by having hyaluronic acid injected into his face, which had a whitening effect, and botox injections to enhance the area under his eyes.
The former drama teacher also had surgery to close the gaps in his teeth and his eyebrows tattooed. Gliedson is now hoping to raise enough money by imitating Jackson to have even more surgery. He was encouraged to become a Michael Jackson impersonator when he was just 19 after his drama students suggested he looked like the pop star.

Health › Re: Ebola: Nigeria Reaches Out To U.S. For Experimental Drug; NMA Sets Up Committee by LilPeezy(m): 2:39pm On Aug 06, 2014 |
dsonofmaan: As more people who came in contact with the Patrick Sawyer, the first Ebola fatality in Nigeria begin to show symptoms associated with the virus, the Nigerian government said it has reached out to United States health authorities for access to the experimental drug used to treat two American volunteer doctors who were infected with the disease while treating Ebola patients in Liberia.
The Minister of Health, Onyebuchi Chukwu, told Journalists that Nigeria government is in consultation with the U.S. Centre for Disease Control, CDC, to acquire the “secret serum” used in the treatment of American doctors, Kent Brantly and Nancy Writebol. The experimental “secret Serum” is said to have had an almost immediate effect on the doctors and their health improved considerably.
Though it reportedly proved effective in the treatment of primates, the Americans were the first humans to be treated with the drug known as “ZMapp,” and developed by a San Diego-based biotech firm, Mapp Biopharmaceutical Inc.
“We are in touch with the Americans. Yesterday, I spoke on telephone with the Director of the US Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, Dr Tom Freiden. We spoke at length, and we have exchanged emails. Yesterday, I inaugurated the Treatment Research Group and one of its terms of reference is to collaborate with similar working groups across the world. Now that they have started work, they will get in touch with the Americans and understand what they are doing and whether we have access to similar opportunity,” said Mr Chukwu.
The minister added that he has confidence in the committee of medical and health experts constituted by the government to develop a drug for the treatment of the virus.
“Nobody says that new, fresh ideas cannot come out of Nigeria. We should not underestimate the intelligence of Nigerians. I do not underestimate the intelligence of our professionals, I believe something positive is going to come out.”
Meanwhile, despite being on a five-week long strike, the Nigerian Medical Association, NMA, has set up a committee to combat the spread of thr virus. Speaking at a press conference to sensitise the public of preventive measures against the virus, the Chairman of the Lagos chapter of the NMA, Tope Ojo, said a team of doctors from the state have already volunteered to help patients at the Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba, Lagos.
“Strike or no strike, we must respond to emergencies. Our doctors are at Mainland Hospital, Yaba, where isolated contacts are being monitored. There are seven committees working on the management of the disease at the centre in Lagos and our members are part of the various committees,” he said.
“When there is disaster outbreak, you find out that there will be response by NMA. The issue of strike will not affect our involvement. The NMA is a responsible body and I can assure you that in as much as we don’t pray for natural disasters, NMA will definitely respond. We worked all through the night trying to find out who should be here or there today. It is not a question of if the hospital is on today we work more than what we have been doing. “But the committee where we are having challenges getting volunteers is case management. This is the people that work directly with confirmed and suspected cases.
“Look at the protective measures that doctors in Liberia and Guinea wear. They are well protected, yet some of them still caught it. Our doctors are worried about the danger it poses to their lives and they need to be reassured. We understand their fears and we are making moves to confirm the level of preparedness of the government for doctors.” Mr. Ojo also added that apart from the doctor who is confirmed to have Ebola, a matron at the hospital is also showing symptoms of the virus.
“We know that the infected doctor is stable, however, the matron is now showing symptoms. But everybody including the experts from the World Health Organisation are doing all they can."

donsmall94: Howard Webb has ended his 25-year refereeing career after being appointed technical director of the official referees' association. Webb has officiated 500 Premier League and Football League matches and the 2010 World Cup final. The 43-year-old began his career in 1989, progressing through the Northern Counties and Football League to become a Select Group referee in 2003. Webb was involved in nine major international tournaments, taking charge in the Champions League final, and also officiated in every major domestic final. During this year's World Cup in Brazil, he took charge in the Group C match between Colombia and Ivory Coast and the first knockout match between Brazil and Chile. "The current Select Group are the best referees this country has ever produced and I am thrilled that I not only get the chance to continue working with them but also the opportunity to help develop the next generation of Select Group officials," he added. Foreign Affairs › Re: Liberia's Ebola Bodies Abandoned On Streets by LilPeezy(m): 6:53pm On Aug 05, 2014 |
eunisam: Monrovia - Liberia's Ebola death toll was rising dramatically, the Health Ministry said on Tuesday, while abandoned bodies were lining streets across the country. A total of 268 people had died of the virus as of 2 August, said Assistant Health Minister for Preventive Services Tolbert Nyenswah. On 28 July, the Health Ministry had recorded 181 deaths, a week earlier 130 deaths. Among the dead were 37 health workers, according to Nyenswah, and 2 497 people were suspected to be infected with Ebola. Dead bodies were meanwhile lying abandoned as Liberia's authorities were struggling to cope with the Ebola outbreak that killed hundreds across West Africa, witnesses and local media reported. Numerous health facilities had to shut down across the country after health care workers were threatened by locals who believe foreigners had brought Ebola into the country. The World Health Organization is warning of possibly "catastrophic" consequences in West Africa - in Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Nigeria - which they say is the deadliest ever. As of 31 July, the WHO had recorded 1 323 cases confirmed or suspected cases of Ebola in West Africa. Of these, 729 people have died. Two doctors treating infected patients have died of the disease, one in Sierra Leone, the other in Liberia. More than 60 healthcare workers also lost their lives, according to the WHO. A US doctor suffering from Ebola is being treated at an Atlanta hospital after being evacuated from Liberia on Saturday. The outbreak has been caused by the most lethal strain in the family of Ebola viruses. Ebola causes massive haemorrhages and has a fatality rate of 90%. It is transmitted through blood and other body fluids.http://m.news24.com/nigeria/Africa/News/Liberias-Ebola-bodies-abandoned-on-streets-20140805 y dem dy include naija among d countries wey ebola dy serious!!!!!abi dem hear say pple 4 here dy suffer of d disease!!!!!na wa o, jux askin |

lalasticlala: These Nigerian celebrities are virgins and they are proud of their virgin status and they don't hesitate to tell anybody who cares that they are still virgins. Check them out.
ADOKIYE

She made headlines when she offered her virginity toBoko Haram in exchange of the Chibok abducted girls. The Beautiful and provocative singer, Adokiye Kyrian, who only turned 23 few months ago, in a recent interview opened up about her virginity. Talking about love, singer Adokiye, who is also UN ambassador of Peace, tried to explain why she doesn’t believe in love.Adokiye said:
“I really don’t like love. I’m a career person, what I have for everyone including guys, is Agape love. Love is wicked and there is no real love, I’m young and living the life. Until I see one, I’m happy like this.” When the singer was asked about being cheated by love, she said: “Frankly, no.” But she continued that she has seen enough of fake love around her to be cautious to whom she gives her heart. She stated that she is in a relationship with her career, that architecture is her husband and music/movie her boyfriend. The rising star confessed that she does not understand why a young girl would need sex, also adding that she is still a virgin.
The Love You Better and Kulumo crooner further said that
“any man that buys her mum the private jet wins her heart.”
CHIDINMA
The Nigerian Singer had reacted to her alleged sex tape scandal by maintaining that it wasn't her that people saw at the sex tape that went viral and as a matter of fact, that she's still a virgin. Her words below:
“I didn’t make any sex tape o, I have no idea where that tape is from and I am still a virgin o!”
ANNABELLA ZWYNDILA
27 year Old Annabella is a product of AMBO reality TV show and she tells whoever cares to listen that her virginity is still intact despite massive sexual harassment in the movie industry. The Adamawa State-born actress even boasts that nothing would make her lose her virginity to another man except her husband. Read Excepts Of her interview.
Have you been heartbroken before?
Heartbreak is something that has to do with an individual, if you think your heart can be broken then it can be broken.
When did you start dating?
I started dating when I was 23-years-old, but it was a queen relationship. It`s not something based on mundane things and all that, it was just a matured relationship but I am not going to say much about it.
Did the relationship last for so long?
Not really long.
Did you have sex during the relationship?
I am still a virgin. I lost my guy to the cold hands of death but recently I found someone else and we are getting married soon.
How were you able to overcome sexual urge while in the university?
(Laughs) Listen, my dad taught us good morals. My father is an army officer, so I fear him a lot. In fact, I respect him a lot. He is not everywhere but he keeps his eyes on us. Even when I went abroad, he was not there but I didn’t misbehave. While I was in the hostel he was not there with me but the good morals he taught us have kept me till date.
As a virgin, how were you able to cope with temptations here and there?
Actually, that side of me is dead until I get married. Aside avoiding pre-marital sex, I am also a born again Christian and I fear God a lot. I can remember while we were growing up we had that lesson about sexually transmitted diseases and the fear of all those things really kept me away from sex. So, if I must have a relationship we must enter into agreement of no sex. It has to be a smooth relationship but if you feel you can’t wait and you’re so much in a hurry or your body is inching you, then propose. I have all those things in mind but thank God I have found someone who proposed. So, as a married woman, I’ll be free to do it and know I am not committing any sin.
SEYI HUNTER
A Performing Arts, Industrial and Labour Relations’ graduate from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Seyi, born of an Igbo father and Akwa-Ibom mother, started out her career in the Yoruba sector and has since featured in close to twenty films in both Yoruba and English language movies.
She recently declared that she is still a virgin in an interview:
Are you in a relationship?
Yes. I was attracted to him because of the fact that he’s born again, spoils me with gifts and puts my needs before his own.
Sex and money, which is more important to you in a relationship?
I know nothing about sex, I’m a virgin. Money is more important to me in a relationship.
DAMILOLA AGBAJOR
She emerged Miss Nigeria in 2010 at age 19. In one of her interviews during her reign, she insisted that she is a virgin.:
You have a boyfriend?
No, I don‘t.
Why?
One of the reasons for such is that considering my age, I think I‘m too young for that and also I really don't need one now. I still have more time to make the right choices.
So if she has lost her virginity, you know she lost it after her reign but she hasn't said she has lost it.
TOOLZ Nigerian curvy and sexy presenter had said that she is still a virgin and that she's keeping her virginity for her future husband. She said that while answering questions from her fans via Twitter.
