skentelelady:Look at the videos of the “prison break” very well, there were no break-ins, only prisoners trooping out. If were truly a prison break, there would have a sustained onslaught from the exterior, broken windows, broken doors, fire, etc. But, what we saw in the video is that; the door and gate were open (not even broken) and people were coming out.....smell like an inside job. |
Passionate888:Speaking of the devil....where is Kemi sef? Since that her NYSC certificate saga and she resigning and going back to U.K., it appear she just dug a hole and hide. |

Dtruthspeaker:It is up to the Judge to hold them in contempt of court for lying under oath, most judges would not; they will simply toss the video out of evidence or toss their case out of the court. Regardless, even if the video is true; it does not proof paternity, so the case will still be tossed until a more competent evidence like dna is properly introduced into evidence. |
It is a court of law....it is not the position of the court to proof that, the video is doctored, that is for you to prove. You can attack the video chain of custody and authenticity, if you are successful; the video will be stricken from the evidence. The court may or may not hold her in contempt for attempting to introduce false evidence. The main question is, what is she suing for? If her intentions is to use the video to proof paternity, it will not work. The court would rather wait until she give birth and do a dna. If you want her to pay for presenting a doctored video, then sue her for defamation. But, before you do that, ensure that your uncle’s hands are clean and that he did not actually sleep with her. If your uncle actually slept with her, but because she did not have anyway to proof it and hence he doctored the video and it came out in court that your uncle slept with her....your defamation case will fail, because your uncle actually did perform the act she is alleging. Defamation cases are usually civil carrying financial penalties, unless she is trying to use the video to extort him, which makes it a crime for which she can go to jail. In that, you have to report her to the police and they will assist in prosecuting the case. |
ImpregnaTor:How come you know this...or are you speaking from personal experience? ....just asking for a friend. |
FarahAideed:Dude, dig into those job growth reports.....Manufacturing jobs has been declining. Manufacturing job growth during the first 30 months of Obama was 4.1% and in Trump's first 30 months it was 1.5%. The trade deficit is higher now than under Obama. America farmers are crying, there is no market out there for their goods because of Trump's trade wars, Trump turns back and print dollar and send to them as stimulus, that is only going to help for a short while....If the America farmers can't sell their goods outside, they are as good as dead. Deficit printing of money and giving them as tax cuts, for businesses to use it to pump up the stock market and hire a few workers here and there is not a recipe for growth. If those tax cuts actually helped the US economy, they would have been able to generate enough income and taxes back to the treasury to upset US indebtedness. The US indebtedness is rather growing at an alarming rate, telling that it is all fuzzy logic...this month, we learnt that, the US debt have outgrown the US economy. This the full video of Obama, he was talking of Jobs coming back as a result of automation and that has not changed, automation has increased and workers are getting displaced everyday, he also talked about increasing manufacturing base. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qo1C-nlcSqg During those rallies, he also talk about mining jobs declines, the GOP said they will come back, see the graph for mining jobs: The Republicans under a normal administration would not have allowed the Trump give aways...There is an extent to which one will keep printing deficit money to prop up a fa-sage. Remember that Bush did it, there was many tax cuts after another, then the economy crashed, before Obama came-in and it affected more blacks, many who lost their home have not recovered...we are seeing another more deficit money printing with no plan on how to pay it back, all these are going into the debt, trade gaps, etc...this whole balloon will come crashing down in not too long future and we will be here to talk about it. NAFTA was signed into law this year and not fully implemented, what you are seeing is deficit money in play and with US debt outpacing the US economy under Trump, this will not stand for too long. Now Trump is pushing want to pump another $2.2T deficit money printing into the economy, guess what? The stock market love it..who wouldn't? The Republicans in Senate and the House are pushing back for good reasons, unlike Trump they know that this craziness is not sustainable and has to stop...........If I have access to unlimited amount of money and can print it anytime I want, I be hiring people everyday, even if their productivity sucks and they are not adding equal value to the economy of my company.

FarahAideed:Trump did not reduce 'black unemployment'; there was nothing specific he did towards the black to reduce their unemployment; blacks unemployment reduced as a consequent of the reduction on white unemployment...Trump inherited an economy that was already in an upward trajectory have been turned around by Obama and Biden....common sense tells us, once a vehicle is in acceleration, it continues in that trajectory until it encountered an opposing force. Focus on the gap in unemployment rate between blacks and whites, you will notice that, it has been increasing, that is a better barometer to measure effectiveness towards the two groups, plus income inequality between them. The Prison reform bill you talked about, I believe is the First Act, was proposed by 2x Democrats and 2x Republicans Senators, it did not originate from Trump. Trump was initially against it, until he was pulled in, through the influence of his son in-law.....12x Republican Senators voted against it while no Democrats Senator voted against it....when it got to the House, again 36x Republicans voted against it, while no Democrats voted against it. If the same proportion of Democrats, voted against the First Act as did Republicans, First Act would have been dead in the waters. Yes, Trump signed it into law, but it is ingeniousness not to credit the Democrats who ensure it's passage against Republican opposition. Trump did not 'restore' funding for black colleges. Congress has been funding black colleges for years, they will propose findings in budget bills for these colleges each year and it has been so for many years. In 2019; two Democrats, Senators (Doug Jones & Chris Coons) and two Republicans Senators (Scott & Burr) struck a deal to make the funding permanent in the Future Act. The reason these bills passed congress this time around more easily than during Obama time is because Democrat compromised more than Republicans on these issues. If you look at the issue of the tax bill and funding for the economy, Republican shutdown the Government multiple times over the US debt ceiling increase during Obama's time, then they claim the US debt is too much; Trump is projected to add about $8.5T to US debt at the end of his first term compare to Obama's $8.9T despite inheriting a growing economy and Obama an economy in recession....Plus with current Trump's spending, the US debt is now more than the US economy....The Republican will crying red blood, if a Democrat did the same...now debt ceiling increases are approved sometimes with voice votes, with no opposition from Democrats. Trump was not the first President to honor Tuskegee black Airmen, in 2008 Obama honored the Tuskegee black Airmen, where they were honored by Congressional Gold medal awards presented by Democrats and Obama invited and gave them recognition at his inaugural. Throughout his Presidency, Obama continue to honor the Tuskegee Arimen in one occasion or another and awarding medals....Trump only honored the "last surviving Tuskegee Airmen"...President W. Bush and other Presidents before him has also honored Tuskegee Airmen...history is your friend, don't rewrite it. Other Presidents have also appointed Firsts people of color or black, when the opportunity comes, etc...Obama is know to have appointed more blacks men and women and also more people of color. If there was a black man in line of succession, Obama never passed them over; He was a President to all Americans and not to black Americans. |
FarahAideed:I cited specific references and not sediments, I do not know of any Republican black Governor today, if you know any; please provide a reference and I will apologize. I do not know of any policy that Republicans in the Southern States have enacted that increased access to the polls by blacks in their community, given their unique disposition compare to the whites, if you know of any, please provide a reference. Now, to the rest of your quotes regarding history; it appear you are still stuck in the last century politics in America. It is time to hit the history books and learn-up. Politics have moved on since then; Today's Republican party were the Democrats of the century that you mentioned. Republicans have since moved far to the right and Democrats have since moved from the left towards the center. Back then, Republicans were, generally, a party of Northerners and Democrats were, generally, the party of the South. Republican President, Lincoln, tried to hold the union together after Southern states, led by Democrats, seceded...If you look at the landscape today, that have shifted. The Northern States are now Democrats and the Southern States are Republicans a cue to that...George Wallace, a former Democrat and a segregationist won five Southern states in the 1968 presidential election....also Texas was once a Democratic stronghold in the century you quoted, we had Texas Governors that were Democrats...These are the 'Democrats' that opposed the 13th, 14th and 15th amendments you credited to be done by Republicans....Go back and look at that same Texas and the other Southern States today, these old century Democrats are now Republicans, Texas is a republican state today and is one of the leading states in limiting access to the polls for blacks. Yes, it was the Republicans that enacted the 13th Amendment abolishing slavery, enacted the 14th Amendment, giving Black men citizenship, enacted the 15th Amendment giving Black men the right to vote....note that, they did this under heavy protest and civil unrest...plus they were the ones who created the problem in the first place, it is like applauding the IGP for disbanding SARS; without first noting that, he was the one that creating them in the first place. Fast forward to today, in the 60s Democrats enacted the Civil Rights Acts, it is the Republicans that are fighting against it, Barry Goldwater was against the Civil Right Act in 1964. Look at black people access to the polls in the Southern States vs the Northern States; the Southern States are enacting policies everyday that increasingly limits the Black people access to the polls, while the Northern States are opening up these accesses to the Blacks. In the century you quoted, the 'Republicans' abolished slavery, today Republicans are opposing fare wages to labor, opposing fair working conditions, opposing access for workers to seek redress against their employers in courts, opposing unions, etc...which are all signs of repressive workforce without a voice, which was the epitome of slavery, and it is the democrats that are fighting for these....In the century that you quoted, the 'Republicans' grant citizenship to Blacks who were mainly immigrants, today they are the ones limiting legal immigration, limiting abilities of citizens to petition for their immigrant families especially from African countries, etc....Also as indicated above, though they granted blacks the right to vote in the century you quoted, now they are limiting and taking those rights back and they use statistic to do it e.g. When statistic shows that, a disproportionate amount of blacks gets felony records, they enacted state laws to block felonys from voting....this law is still in many Republican States and propositions to remove it by citizens especially in Florida were watered down by the Republicans....when statistics shows that, more blacks then whites are more likely not to get driver licenses or own guns....driver license, gun permit were inserted as requirements to vote in Republican states...Now in Texas, dropoff ballot boxes has been limited to one per county, the reason? Blacks live mainly in heavily and bigger counties and since most don't have access to cars and work long hours, they are more likely not to return their ballots... Don't buy that limited view of History that, the Republicans are trying to sell, look at the politics today as been played out in America; Republicans are hostile to blacks and are daily limiting blacks access. |
FarahAideed:How many black Republicans Governors are in the USA?.....by my last count, it was zero, naughty! Most successful black politicians are Democrats and that is why BLEXIT is sponsored waste of money, you can’t seat blacks at the same table where you give KKK and the Proud Boys prominence....92% blacks are on to this trick, hence they don’t back the GOP. And it is hardly impossible for 92% to be wrong vi-SA-vi a few irrelevant 8%. |
Is this a question? Artificial flowers are fake flowers, please do try giving to ladies especially in the west or educated ladies. I tried it once, when I saw a very beautiful flow and the response I got was....you gave me a fake flower? |
muykem:You are right that, USA will decide the nomination. As a US dual citizen, she will appeal to the US and if the nomination is done before the Election, Trump wouldn’t not pass on the opportunity to side with her to appeal to the black vote. But it appear that, it will not be finalized until after the Elections. |
ayandesamuel:I can see, where you are going. “Biden doesn’t get up to 50 attendees in his rallies?” Bros, just believe that run with it. Trump does not even believe, hence he is ignoring Doctors advise to stay indoors and rest, so he can heal properly. Instead, he is commanding his Doctors, to keep pumping him with daily dose of steroids, so he can hit the campaign trail. The below is from FEC filings, I know facts don’t matter to you, but there are others on this forum who still deal with facts.... these are August FEC filings, you can pull those of September and October once published, they are public info...They all show similar pattern. Biden that “don’t pull much crowds” have more small individual donors than Trump that pulls millions of Crowds....You measure a man’s commitment by where he puts his money and not by the loudness of their applause. I don’t engage in these pointless internet banter, because they are meaningless, let’s seat back until Nov. 3rd. It is truly a show of the highest weakness on Trump’s part, Slow Joe, a man very old and not as bolstering and energetic as Trump is leading him Nationally by up to 14 points and leading in a plurality of battleground States, all beating him on fund raising, and also beating him on the number of people that donates despite his ‘big crowd rallies’ and ‘Slow Joe’ less than ‘50 Attendees rallies’. Please, make sure you send your donations to Trump, he needs the money.

HallaDaTruth:Are you now some expect on Covid recovery? His Doctors are not saying, he is still receiving daily dosage of the yet to be approved steroid. If he has fully recovered, his Doctors will not still be giving him Covid-19 medications. Mitch even disagreed with you and he have refused to visit Trump at the White House, he insisted that all business must be over the phone. The White House have daily protocols and distancing from Trump as they conduct daily business. Pence no longer visits the White House, he has been keeping his distant when in DC. When he returns to DC tomorrow to oppose Pelosi’s Commission on the 25th Amendment, he will be distant if himself as well. |
crackhaus:In the pre-Trump Republican party, Mike Pence would have make those in-roads you spoke about. He is a decent man, his problem is trying to navigate the Trumps' lies, for Trump it is easier to do, because it appear that he is some how disconnected from facts....So I expect Pence to deflect those lies and that is where he will start unraveling, plus the fact that he does not possess that characteristic of Trump that make him to talk over his opponent and don't allow them to also air their viewpoint. |
Hope he gets the same top notch medical treatment that Trump received and continues to. |
Coronabirus:I think we are saying the same. China have about four and adopted Mandarin as their official language and that is the common media their representative uses to communicate with them. India have about 22 and they have officially adopted Hindi and that is what they use. In Nigeria we have about 250 or more and we have adopted English as the official one, our representatives should be required to communicate effectively with us using that language. Now, am not opposed to Nigeria adopting another language as the official one, but we both know it is not to happen....which one are you going to choose? That is where the wahala will come from...for me, my language is a minority, but we no go gree if dem no adopt our language as the official one, else we go break away from 9ja... ![]() |
Coronabirus:Nigeria is a multi-lingual country unlike the other countries you have mention, therefore our representatives should be able express themselves in a common language that we can all understand. It is pointless adopting a local language just for the seek of it, if it is not the common lingual that is understood by the people. |
This should only be news, if the comparison is strictly within Ondo state, because they are very educated and more than able to produce someone from among themselves that is able to express themselves better. If the comparison is with politicians in general from Nigeria, he is far better in expressing himself in English compare to some current crop of politicians representing us. |
PORNeliusHUBson:You are almost close, but wrong...delete USDA, Food and Nutrition Service in the US, backed this up in their WIC program, which stands for: Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). |
Ovie56:The mask does not prevent the spread, not even n95 masks, they reduce the spread of worn properly. The medical advise is to wear the mask and still maintain social distancing and not either and was no social distancing between him and the two secret agents in the vehicle who have now been quarantined for 14 days observation. Doctors advise is, if you come in contact with an infected individual, you quarantine for 14 days....much more if you get infected.....it is just common decency to others and public health. |
Ovie56:He was sharing a confined car with two secret agents, who will now be forced to quarantine themselves after that jolly-ride with the possibility of contracting the virus themselves and the likely attended consequences. I believe if the agent is your father, brother or close relatives, you may feel differently. |
ayandesamuel:calm your temperature, no need to get hype over nothing......I know many who voted for him and wouldn’t dis time around, he only won electoral vote by about 80k votes and lost the popular vote by 3mil. By this time in 2016, Hillary was only lead Trump by 3-4 points and they were all within the margin of error....this time around, they are above the margin of error. Except he did something fast, he will lose and will in a landslide. In any case, I don’t care either way; wouldn’t affect me one bit. I made more money under Trump, but am not a single issue voter. He got my pass mark on the economy by bulling, but none of those wins are permanent because, he could not get congressional laws behind them. I consider multiple issues before voting, I was first registered as a Republican because of my deep spiritual beliefs, but have since switched to independent. I get my news from a variety of sources and love the conservative channels because of their emphasis on entrepreneurship and self-reliance and hate progressive channels because of emphasis on reliance on Government....I come to find out that, the Republicans takes more from Government than they let out....they borrow from China than Democrats look up US deficits Obama bs Trump first four years. If you look at the balance of the issues, Trump is losing and he deserve to lose, but that is not the point of my response to you....I mainly responded to this post, so I can bookmark it against Nov 3rd. |
Kevinsamba:He is already losing, even a common Sleepy Joe have opened up a 14 points leads over him from 7 points, since the last debate. The polls that are out today shows that 60% say they disapprove of the way he is handling the pandemic and his disapprove are now 57%, up from 53% in September. Trump is truly in desperation at this time and time is fast running up against him. He truly hope to get get a bounce from the Supreme Court nomination of a woman, which he actually got, but all that fizzled into negative territory after his debate malformanance and his current Covid-19 infection, so far more than 15 members of his administration have been infected with the virus and a notable death of Cain. Most Americans now realize how dangerous this virus is and the fact that, they don’t have quick access to testing like Trump, quick access to hospital like Trump and access to unapproved experimental drugs like Trump, so if the survival rate is just 3%, at least 3,000 Americans die every single day from Covid, just like today.... When you play the number games, you might think that is a small number....but, if it hits home or close to home, you know that, it is not just number and gradually it is hitting close to home for every American in terms of a very close friend, a father, a mother, uncle, cosine, sister, brother, etc dying of Covid.....but Trump and his family because of their privileged access that they are denying every other person are not having the same outcome or odds. |
Na wao, gone are the days when thieves use to spare Pastors, Men of God, Reverends and churches. Very soon now, we go hear say...thieves break into Ogun shrine and cater away with valuables. |
EdmundChidera:It’s top notch nothing! Since the last debate he has been in the news, Biden has increased his lead over him. He has been in the news for all the bad reasons and it is turning away independents and objective voters. |
BestGospelMusic:bros, this is the heart of a woman oh! but, I get your drift...I just finished watching a Netflix reenactment of a real life story, where a man killed his pregnant wife and their two young daughters, so he can start ‘afresh’ with his new girlfriend. Well, as in most cases; it didn’t go as planned and got three life sentences! |
olioxx:I don’t think he was saying there is no electoral college, he was just disagreeing with your assumptions that the electoral college could deviate from the results of the election. Before now, there was a believe in what is called faithless electors. But the SCOTUS put that to rest recently therefore each elector in the electoral college are bonded to vote for the party who designate them to be electors and that is usually the party that won that electoral vote at the state level. After the election, each candidate get apportioned electoral votes based on the laws of the state....in some states, the winner of the popular vote in that state is awarded all the electoral votes available in that state....in some state, it goes by districts, the winner of the district take the vote(s) apportioned to that district and the person that won the popular vote take an additional vote(s). Before now at each Party’s convention, they have selected those who will serve as electors at the electoral college from each state and these are usually party die-hard faithfuls...eg Trump have already selected 29 electors from Florida and Biden have selected 29.....if Biden wins Florida, his 29 electors will be activated and given ticket to the electoral college convention, Trump electors will be deactivated. The same process above will happen in every state, it is then these electors that will vote to elect the President, the 29 electors from Florida are bonded to vote for Biden, none of them can deviate....there are always standby electors and a candidate can toss and replace a faithless elector anytime any day. @PoliteActivist |
MrTAnonymous:him talk March 28th, him tell you which year?... ![]() |
abbey37:NYC and NJ got hit hard, because they were the frontline city and state. At that time everyone is still learning the best course of treatment, everything is stabilizing now. They now have a lower infection and death rate compare to the GOP states despite their purported use of hydroxychloroquine. Trump the advertiser of the miracle hydroxychloroquine is not been treated with it....if it was such a miracle pill, Trump would have gotten infected because he said he has been taking it for preventive measures. Leave the science people to do their work. |
PoliteActivist:Mike Pence is also campaigning on behalf of Trump, the VP debate and Presidential debates are all still on schedule for now. |

? Biden that doesn't get up to 50 attendees in his very few rallies, most of whom are unenthusiastic??
