4. PA House session ends on Nov 30, today is Nov 28. Even if the resolution is introduced on Monday, it dies that same day because the House will adjoin and end the session for the year that same day.

Mere writing a letter to the Governor will not accomplish anything.

Direct debit is different from standing orders so the above examples don't apply. In direct debit the payee(bank) executes the transaction to debit from you (payer) bank. Agreed with your position, these types of fees are standard practices elsewhere and are called NSF - Non Sufficient Fees.

In some situations, you even get hit twice; the person you present the check to, lodged it in their bank, their bank present it to your bank and when there is non sufficient funds, your bank hit you with NSF and reject the check....the person you gave the check to, their bank also hit them with a bounce check fees.

However, I think there should be strict rules; else the bank will abuse it and milk customers with this to their own advantages, even for issues caused by them.

Banks have abused this type policies before by:

1. Positing debit transaction first before credit transactions, for transactions that occur on the same date. This way, they can collect NSF on all the debit transactions before your credit transactions are entered into the ledger.....some can even criminally delay the credit transactions under some ‘investigation-verify’ farces while passing the debit transactions through to accumulate fees.

2. Some banks will first process your big debit items, before the smallest ones, this way they can generate multiple NSF.

I have a situation where a particular bank in Nigeria will not allow me to cancel a monthly salary standing order even 2-6 months in advance. I was tired of the standing order, and I set it up online myself, they have a button you can click to cancel the future orders that have not been processed, but for some strange reasons, the button would not work....the order was for a relative that was abusing ‘stuff’ and I got mad and wanted to be ‘done’ with them and in anger I wanted to cancel the order, but the bank would not....but I later kool off and let it be.

NMS is a secondary school, secondary schools are not qualified to serve NYSC, so NMS was not been given a special exemption.

If after NMS, one enlist in the military, and then obtain a study leave to go to the University, after graduation, they will not be required to server and it is not because they were NMS graduates. It is because they are in the military, other military graduates like them who did not go to NMS but joined as recruits and obtain the same study leave will not serve as well.

However, if after NMS graduate one go to the University instead of enlisting, you will be required to serve.

What this boils down to is, the fact that you graduated from NMS does not have any bearing if you are required to get deployed to NYSC or not...what matters is if you serving or have served in the military or Police for I believe 9 months or so.....so mere graduating from NMS does not cut it.

NMS graduates don’t get direct ticket to NDA. They join the queue like every other bloody civilians to write the entrance exam and if successful, they get called like any other bloody civilians secondary school graduates to NDA for their three weeks selection board.

And NMS graduates don’t have any special advantage at the NDA selection board beyond the usual ‘9ja factor’ that any other secondary school graduates could have. I have seen many NMS graduates tried NDA many times and failed to get in until they get tired or aged out.

The only guarantee for an NMS graduate is to get drafted into the military as private, just like any bloody civilian secondary school graduates can get draft after training exercise.

NMS graduates also have the options of going to the University, if they do and graduate within the required age, they must serve as NYSC. I have met many ex-boys on NYSC camps, they are most likely to be parade leaders, because they already have that skill mastered before arriving at the camp site.

If however you have a case and take it to court, a judge can order a recount if there is enough evidence behind your case. Trump is just disgracing himself, several judges have thrown out his case for lack of evidence.

You are half correct, each state have its own recount laws and the SC can not order the states around to count or recount against their own laws.

According to Wisconsin laws, if the margin of differences is 0.25 and lower, the State pays for it...if it is between 0.25 and below 1.0, the candidate requesting the recount pays for it....if it is 1.0 and above no recount is allowed.

The court has already ordered a recount by hand in Georgia.

This is fake news as usual by CNN to push their narrative that he has finally won Georgia.

No Court has ordered any recount in any state in US and certainly not in GA.

It was the GA Secretary of State that instituted the manual hand recount because of the razor thin margin.

After this manual recount is complete next week the Secretary of State will certify the results in his State on or before Nov 20th. After that, any candidate can ask for a recount, which will be a machine recount.

So far courts, have been dismissing all of the myriads of Trump’s law suits in the US. His lawyers have even start quitting on him.

Actually, the media only just projects who wins each state and from there project the winner.

They do this by looking at already counted votes and analyze if the yet to be counted votes will have any effect in making the no2 person over take the no1 person....at the point where the remaining uncounted votes will not have any statistical impact in dislodging the no1 person, they call that state for that person and allocate the Electoral vote numbers for that state to that person. When one person reaches or crosses 270 Electoral votes, they project him as the winner.

These projections are not official and they are not bidding and could change, but it is really rare...meanwhile each state will CB continue to count their votes, others will trigger automatic recount depending on the margin, in some states the candidates can request a recount, in some states, you can’t request a recount and there is no recount if the margin is created than a threshold set by state laws.

Once the count/recount is complete, each state will certified their results and choose their state electors base on who won the state or district.

Theses electors then meet on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December in each State capital to elect the president. This year, that will be Dec. 14th.

The President is then sworn in on Jan 20th.

Trump or the CIA does have access to ballots...the best they can do is to request their individual ballots from the states, which are uniquely coded by each county election office....let me give you a pick.....there are about 67 counties in PA each of these counties print their ballots themselves, code them themselves and mail them out themselves, the Governor of the State does not even have access to those ballots....now multiply that 67 across the 51 states in America and see how many agencies handle these ballots.

Also, Trump can just show up at the Supreme count and allege that there is fraud and wipe out a ‘secret watermark’....he must start that allegation and show proof and evidence at the states local courts, if they reject his claims, he appeal to the next and the next until it gets to the Supreme Court.

So far they have not alleged anything of such at any lower court, they just put that disinformation out there, hoping some low information consumers like yourself will believe and spread it.
