Agreed with the first portion of your post about people not wanting Hillary or a woman to be the President - though not yet.

But, the other portion about Electoral College is not true.....Going into the Electoral College vote, Hillary have only 232 electoral votes after all real votes have been counted and certified by each state, less than the 270 needed to be elected.

Trump has not been able to flip any State that Hillary won in 2016, it is the reverse that is happening. So, Trump is not going to flip NV, Biden is leading there and as more votes are counted, his lead is increasing...I get the sense that NV will be called for Biden today, they are waiting for the next batch to come in.

FL in 2000 was different; Gore was leading with about 200 votes when the the legal battle stated and the fight was in one state and Trump cannot just walk into the Supreme Court and ask for relief, he have to start from the lower courts in each state, so far nothing significant has materialized except in PA for late arriving ballots.

With Biden leading and on the verge of winning AZ, GA, PA & NV and only need one or two to win...Trump have to mount legal battles in four states unlike just one state in 2000.

And in PA where they might have a case; the total ballots that may be tossed if they win is about 3k and Biden is currently in the lead there by about 13k and increasing.

So, Trump have no chance Secret Service have increase their presence around Biden, the Airspace around his home has been restricted and currently under 24/7 monitor.....Trump is history!

Biden can still win if he gets more states in the event that Pennsylvania is cancelled. At least 290 college votes or else he will fall short of it when the 20 college votes is awarded to Trump.

Though they also have a case in Nevada..According to Nevada law you must have been resident in Nevada at least 3 weeks before election..But it was discovered that those who have been away more than 3 weeks voted massively for Biden according to Trump camp.

He is also challenging Georgia and has ordered for a recount in Wisconsin cos the margin of defeat is small...

His hope now depends on his justices he has appointed into the USA supreme Court for the past 4 years...

Fox News and AP have already called AZ for Biden, which puts him at 264....though AZ is still count and Biden is leading.

With this, Biden only need one state to get to 270....He is leading in NV & GA...Hillary won NV in 2016 and there is no chance in Hell Trump will win NV in 2020.....unlike 2016, all eligible voters in NV were sent a ballot and Biden is winning those ballots heavily.

Trump is done stick a fork in it....at the end of the day, Biden will get as high as 306 EV, the same number Trump won by in 2016 and don’t be deceived, the US Supreme Court will not over turn the results because Trump appointed three of them and is crying.

Us supreme Court will decide the winner of Pennsylvania presidential election and utimately the election in general..for 2 reasons

1) Philadelphia election officials are ignoring an earlier Court ruling to allow Trump's camp to observe ballot counting

2)The Pennsylvania supreme Court unconstitutionally overuled the state legislature by allowing ballot votes up till 3 days after elections..Only the state legislature can decide Time, when and where an election is collated.
So the USA supreme Court might nullify votes that came in after election day(Tuesday till Friday)

Biden has won this election but Trump claims to have so much evidence and the US supreme Court is filled with conservatives....

The only legal argument that Trump will have before the US Supreme Court is your number 2 point.

Your number point has been dismissed, both parties have 60 observers in the room within 6th; Trump want his observers to be in the face of the counters & more than 60, it is not going work.

On the number 2 point, the ballots postmarked by Election Day, but allowed to be canvassed unto today Friday by PA Supreme Court, even if the US supreme count toss those ballots, in total those ballots are not upto the lead that Biden will have over Trump in PA....you know some of those ballots will be for Trump, so his current tally will reduce as well.....plus with GA, AZ and NV are currently in Biden column, so Biden have many paths to 270.

Trump have seen the handwriting on the wall, he is in the denial phase now.

Trump told his supporters not to vote by mail and to show up on Election Day, that Mail-in ballots are fraud and they throw away his ballots....and his supporters followed his lead and abandoned mail-ballot.

Biden on the other hand told his supporters to trust the mail-in ballot and to vote by mail. He told them that, it is more healthy this way they can avoid exposing themselves to COVID-19 by staying long hours in lines to cast a vote on Election Day and his supporters obeyed.

Anticipating millions of incoming mail-in ballots, Democrats fought so that the USPS should get more money to efficiently process mails on time, Trump and Republicans opposed and refused. Meanwhile Trump imposed Postmaster General was busy dismantling automatic mail processing machines, which would have speed up mail processing, he also cut back on mail delivery time and overtime by mail workers.

While the above was happening Lawmakers in FL, OH, PA, WI, MI, GA, etc hurdle together and Democrats proposed that, given the anticipated volume of ballots that will come in, they should allowed Election officials to start counting mail-in ballots before Election Day, OH, FL, TX and a few others agreed and implemented that, that is why when the polls closed, Biden was way ahead in heavily red TX and other tough states like OH and FL, the reason is simple, the mail-in ballots were already counted...but when the in person votes start coming in, Biden start loosing.

But, in PA, GA and other states Trump & Republicans pushed back and refused to start counting mail-in ballots until on Election Day and many counties in PA they did not start counting mail-ballots until the evening of the next day. So in these states the in person votes show Trump leading, but as they start counting mail-in ballots, Biden start increasing his margin, which was the exact opposite of the trend in OH, TX, etc who were allowed to count their mail-in ballots before Election Day.

The other stupidity of ‘fraud’ is, GA have a Republican Governor and a Republican Secretary of State who is overseeing these counts, they are strong Trump supporters, but Trump was leading in GA, but as they continue to count the ballots, Biden have overtaken Trump there, these Republicans must be in on this ‘fraud’ against Trump.

Also, Democrats so far have lost 1 Governor seat and about 10 seats in the House, they lost seat in the senate as well and Republicans appear to retain their control of the Senate....if the Democrats are orchestrating a fraud, why are they loosing these seats?

Also, AZ was called for Biden on Election Day by Fox News and AP only....CNN and other media houses have not called it for Biden....as they are counting more votes there, Trump is eating into Biden’s leads, just the same thing happening in PA and GA but on the reversed side....I guess in AZ, Trump fraud is happening because ballots are ‘magically appearing and majority of them are going to Trump’.

Also as these ballots are been counted, each ballot contain vote for the President, Governor, Senate, House and other down-ballot questions...as they count each of these ballots all the other things on the ballot are not breaking for Democrats, many are breaking for Republicans. E.g look at GA ballots, despite Biden leading there, the Republicans Senate candidates are ahead of their Democrat counterparts....Biden won Maine, but Susan Collins on the same ballot that Trump lost won her reelection....that tells you that, each voter as they complete their ballots voted differently for each item...some voted straight ticket, many split their votes...if it was a Democrats fraud, it would have been straight vote each ticket.

The State Supreme Court have shot down this argument before and they will do it again.

This filing excluded the fact that, those votes must be postmarked by Election Day for them to be counted, so it will not make people vote after the close of Election.

The SCOTUS will entertain this suit and rule on it merits....but Trump might end up shooting himself in the foot here....these will be late incoming mail-in ballots and late mail-in ballots in AZ are favoring Trump and reducing Biden’s lead, but no one knows how far they will help.

I see much posts that total number of votes in Michigan and Wisconsin exceed the number of registered voters by hundreds of thousands. If this is true then it is fraud. Votes might be recounted or Trump will fight in court.

The same thing happens in Texas a Republican state and there are valid reasons for that and it is not fraud....

'Registered voters' is what they have o their registry months or weeks before the election day.....Each state in the US have their different Election laws, each state controls it's own Election by their laws.

In Michigan and Wisconsin, you can show up at the polling both on Election day like yesterday, register the same day and vote the same day and many people took advantage of this and since the turnout is high this year, those votes are going to be high too.

Any candidate can request for a recount.

Yes, now about 18k Biden advantage in MI.....The irony is Trump never count on WI & MI flipping, their focus and court battles have been piled up against PA, it is not obvious that PA is irrelevant and the Trump team have to play a catch-up with with their team of Lawyers in WI & MI.

AZ is gone to Biden, so Trump's next best move now is to start preparing his legal team to ask for a recount.

This is where the Democrats have to be very careful and not repeat FL 2000...Had Democrats requested a statewide recount in FL from start, they would have won the Election, rather they requested for recount in certain counties where they think they would do well.

The best route is, if Trump request any recount either a county or district level recount, the Democrats should counter and request for a statewide recount....reason been that, some of these states by their laws, will still process and count ballots postmarked by Election day, but arrive few days later and those ballots favors Biden.

Ruling a country is very complex and it is impossible for a single individual to have the answers, so good leaders just give visions and direction and entrust his or her professional lieutenants in key positions to do the heavy lifting.

They then seat back and monitor the vision and direction and things are not firing or misfiring in a particular area, they fire that lieutenant, pick another one and move on.

He threatened Iran and pulled out of a multinational Nuclear deal with Iran that prevented them from enriching Uranium with international observers on ground in Iran....once he pulled out of the deal, Iran chased out the international observers from their land and started enriching uranium and on track to get the nuke.

Trump later went back through the UN to try to use them to still enforce penalties on Iran and UN rebuffed him saying that US can’t do that, because they have backed off from the deal.

I truly does not see any impediments to Christianity if a sinner decides to commit three sinners instead of one.....or if a sinner who use to commit 100 sins, reduces them to just one. They are still considered sinners.

Also, it is against the Bible to teach the law before Grace. The Bible say, sinners will sin, because that is their nature, so enacting laws to forbid sin is not Christianity, otherwise we should also enact laws and penalties for fornication and adultery.

Yes, there are sound arguments about the needs for these laws for social harmony in society, but where should we stop? How about outlawing fornication, sex before marriage, adultery, lies, women wearing men’s clothing and vi-sa-va?

Christians today, will tell you that they are living above sins not by their power; but by the Grace of God and the enablement of the Holy Spirit that live in them....it is then an insult and disregard to the supernatural powers in the Grace of God and the Holy Spirit to expect sinners who have not experienced that same Grace and power of the Holy Spirit to somehow live above sin.

Preach the Gospel to them first with love and care, when they become born again; the Holy Spirit will convict them of sins and empower them to live above sin....to do otherwise and push the law into their face, is like erecting a stumbling block in their path to knowing God.

Ladies forget that, the ‘spec’ thing in marriage goes both ways.

No matter how good, beautiful and intelligent you might be, just like you have passed over many because they are not your ‘spec’; many who in your eyes are your ‘spec’ have looked and passed over you, because you are not their ‘spec’.

No Doctor will attend to the patient until you buy card and put money down for treatment and you can’t dump the patient there and leave, they will block you from leaving.

Wait until the Police shows up, they will invite you to the station to give statement and you will not get off the hook until you pay yourself out and in the process you would lost at the minimum a day or two work and in a country where people live hand to mouth you can’t afford to lose a single day of work.

The lawmakers should look into this and amend existing laws to make it easier for Good Samaritans and mandatory for hospitals to accept accidents victims. In the western world, once you are able to take an accident victim to the emergency room, you can walk right out and go about your business, they will take over and you can even refuse to give them your name or information.

I know that civil union is not material.

The whole contention about marriage and why the LGBTQ community are in arms about it, is because the Government stepped in and elevated marriage in civil society, gave it special tax considerations, special rights and privileges, special treatments, favor, etc.

Had the Government stay away and instead treat all citizens equally, give them all equal rights and privileges as individuals; no body would really care if they are married or in a civil union.

Marriage should have been left in the Bible, Quran and other religious books where they belong and serve their relevance and blessings to those groups who decides that is what they want to do.

You can see that, no one outside the religious circles who observes Holly communion cares if they have received one or not and there are no court cases of non-believers fighting their ‘rights’ to receive one or part take in the other religious rites like baptism, Ash Wednesday, etc......but, if tomorrow the Government steps in and say, only those who have been baptized will be able file as couples on their tax returns and get a higher tax deductions as a result, many people will be in arms to get baptized and if you tell them no, they will sue you.

That is why I say, there is no difference between both, it just have different relevance and importance to select groups of citizens and Government would have left it so....instead, Government stepped in and tipped the scale hugely in favor of one with huge financial consequences and lost of rights & privileges to the other.

They were constituted to investigate what happened at the toll gate that night.

They need to talk to the soldiers, a more preferable way is to do it confidentially, the soldiers have to come and testify under oath about what happened, what they saw, etc.

If anyone is sincere about getting to root of what happened, the soldiers need to testify, otherwise they should just forget the whole thing and move on.
