Bros, if this is remotely true fire for done burn everyday throughout Lagos, you know how many empty plastic bottles litters our streets? I have also seen thousands of plastic bottles drift across oceans under direct sun light before removed, no single burnt mark. |
rentAcock:How did sh flee? Many current and past Nigeria Senators, Reps, ministers, etc are US or British citizens as well as Nigeria’s. It does not stop her from contributing to Nigeria at any level except the President & Vice, this just open up her chances. |
hmmmm, If your story is true, the vibes am getting from you is that, none of these relationships is a long term one...i.e. leading to marriage and I also doubt if your gf is not also cheating on you. You should be careful with the ‘feminist’ it will be very difficult to get ride of her, when you are feasting. She had waited a long time for her ‘catch’, plus age is not on her side, so she will do everything under the sun to keep you against all odds....basically you done enter one chance, enjoy the ride. Those are kind of girls that will take your picture to babalawo, buy love portion from that instagram witch girl, compromise the condom so that you can gather their kids, etc, she is desperate....be careful my brother, constantly look over your shoulders and most importantly start plotting your exit strategy. |
MajorOvakporaye:He is a cross dresser and not a transgender, he have opened up in one of his interviews that, he have a girlfriend and even ‘do it’ as a man. |
sbashir10:Which bilateral agreement do you have with China? Bros wake up! It’s a one way street, all roads in those agreements leads to Beiji. |
cooooooks:Bros don’t under rate parents when it come to that and the OP should never bring that before them as an excuse. They will just tell him not to worry and arrange one willing bride for him over night, that is if they don’t already have one waiting. |
I dey come, make I go ask Ogun. |
So, why is Gift still in custody? |
hmmm |
Go do farm work, that is the God given natural remedy! Thank me later. |
Basically, from both of their accounts, while still in Dubai, the guy told the lady that, in other for both of them to get married, they must come back to Nigeria to Synagogue church for deliverance obviously from the spirit of prostitution and the oath she took before traveling to Dubai. And the way these things work...they met a church worker on arrival who must have screened them and get their background info and their intentions....why then announce it in open church as if it was a prophecy? When the “prophecy” came the guy immediately knew it was “their prophecy” aka cue to get up and approach the alter, but the lady hesitated to see if some other people will respond. They should have called them out for their deliverance prayer and the informmercial question & answering session straight away and skip the “prophecy” part. |
What crime will he be charged with now? Am still lost at his crimes, unless madness is now crime. |
shadeyinka:Am somehow drawn to this thread, especially because of the moderate tone....there appear to be a lot to learn and disagree on peacefully... Taking on your last section above, what do you say about Bible verses that explicitly said, God harden the heart of some people in order to bring about a particular result? In those situations, it appear that the literal reading of the scriptures declares that, those individuals did not have a choice aka 'freewill' on the matter and they have been predestined to act in the sinful way, they did....e.g. Ex 4:21 The Lord said to Moses, “When you go back to Egypt see that you perform before Pharaoh all the wonders which I have put in your power; but I will harden his heart so that he will not let the people go. Ex. 7:3 But I will harden Pharaoh’s heart that I may multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Egypt. Ex. 14:8 The Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and he chased after the sons of Israel as the sons of Israel were going out boldly. Deut. 2:30 But Sihon king of Heshbon was not willing for us to pass through his land; for the Lord your God hardened his spirit and made his heart obstinate, in order to deliver him into your hand, as he is today. Am almost tempted to say...'poor Pharaoh/Sihon, they appear not to have a choice in the matter'. Am still very much on the opinion that, despite what we all claimed to have known about God and how He works and his attributes, there are still a lot that we do not know about Him and as such, it will be highly erroneous to think that we can perfectly categorize Him as something or define 100% that he works this way and not that way....He himself said, He is Almighty and can do and undo and not subject to any. |
On average, wetin Pastor wives dey bear marriage no bi here oh! especially in Nigeria, Bros no bi here oh! Before this lady opened her mouth and even went to social media, she must have visited hell and back multiple times over. Pastor’s wives are the most secretive women, when it come to the bad & ugly stuff in their marriage. They will forgive, pretend as if they didn’t see it, cover it up, etc. That is why all these ‘Big Girls with Big God’ love to have a Pastor as a sugar daddy, because ‘mummy’ will be in compliance, so that everything will stay under wraps. |
You should do neither! N1 mil, no bi moni, that is like $2,300.00. If you must do either, I will advise you buy the land as an investment....moving out, when there is no need to, is an unnecessary expenses. Finally, double hustle. |
WandaMaximoff:Most times, especially with NK they need that many as a ‘bragging rights’. Ultimately they wouldn’t use them, they need them to forestall US aggression, as a tool to bully the West to ask for food, Aid & money and also as leverage to be seen as ‘equals among the greats’ and be given a seat at the table. |
How dis come follow be news? It is norm for a Yoruba man or lady to prostrate when greeting elders.... |
shadeyinka:Agree, it is far safer to assume that, foreknowledge came before the predestination, moreso it is far easier to explain freewill and SIN from that viewpoint. However, looking at it the other way, that is predestination before foreknowledge (or predestination and foreknowledge happening at the same time and on the same single frame from God's perspective....i.e. like time, predestination and foreknowledge exists as a single point) will lead to the concept of pre-determination with no freewill. I think, am seeing it more from the later, i.e. the viewpoint of pre-determination. If you look at the later part of verse 31....<i>"If God be for us, who will be against us?"</i> It is a rhetorical question, whose answer has been pre-determined as a resounding 'NO'.....'regardless of any outcome, variables, freewill or SIN, etc." Please note that, when I say 'SIN' above, I don't mean the concept of one continuing in SIN perpetually and still believes that God's Grace will continue to abound, I meant that...'after all in all, at the end of the day, etc'..because of His pre-destinationation, SIN will be overcame by those he has chosen. This viewpoint also support the fact that, God still actively play a role that alter the course of life, events, etc everyday, and can do and undo things....the other viewpoint of foreknown, before predestination seem to suggest that He just seats back and watch with no active participation and allow our freewill to determine every and all things. I know, this is a complex topic....it is like the chicken and the egg story.....which came first?...and whichever way you look at it, there seem to be some merits...but maybe understanding this fully from our limited human perspective is like; a 1-dimentional mind trying to describe the properties and beauty of a 4-dimentional object. |
Blabbermouth:Off-course He does, to Him the past, present and future and condensed into a single frame. |
Blabbermouth:. |
shadeyinka:I get your analogy about the Election and Cassandra Syndrome, my only concern with those is that, you are looking at them or trying to explain them out from the viewpoint of humans, we are not omniscience like God, so over viewpoints are very limited, myopic and finite and as he tried to explain, we are also limited by time. But, from God's viewpoint as someone/or you have explained before, there is no concept of time. Everything to him is in the present and all world's events have been condensed into a single point. One question for you on the equation of foreknowledge equating predestination from the viewpoint of God...which I believe to be true, but truly open to other logical explanation...What do you think of Romans 8:30 - 31; the rendition of those three verses from the Berean Study Bible states: Verse 29: For those God foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brothers. Verse 30: And those He predestined He also called; those He called He also justified; those He justified He also glorified. Verse 31: What then shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? Don't you think the above verses equates foreknowledge with predestination from God's omniscience and omnipresent viewpoint? Thanks. |
Why are you asking him to suspend the wedding until he has finished his investigations. You should be the one, putting the wedding on suspension. You can’t get marry to him, when he believes and trust his ex over you. You can’t open your eyes and still fall into a wide open ditch. Tell him the wedding is off until he start trusting and respecting you and have completed his unfinished business with his ex. |
shadeyinka:Interesting topic and logic here.... Let’s use your analog of the James Bond movie for a second here. Your knowledge of the movie is finite and as such not as near as that of God, therefore your foreknowledge of how the movie will end does not equate to a predestination. Let’s step back and look at that movie again, from the perspective of the Movie Director, just like you he have a foreknowledge that James Bond will survive, his foreknowledge also equates his predestination, because he was the one that wrote the script and predestined James Bond not to die, nothing James Bond would do will make him die, because the all knowing Movie Director has predestined him to survive against all odds. Unlike you, the Movie Director’s knowledge about the movie is infinite, just like the knowledge of God about the universe, everything and everybody. |
jesusjnr2020:Witch wey dey fear Coronavirus come dey wear face shield, that one na witch? |
ProfAmaben:Any good lawyer, will thank God for the charges and focus on the sentencing phase so as to find ways to reduce their sentence. The law already acknowledged that, it was a mistake hence they are only been charged with negligent conduct while causing danger to person and property....had it been, it was intentional and not a mistake, they would have been charged with murder 1. Because it is a mistake does not mean, it is not a crime. |
No body gets $2,000 disability check, the max for 2020 is $1,300. Cuck and bull story! |
Ovie56:Can you elaborate on how he contained Iran’s threat? Under his leadership, Iran have driven all International Nuclear monitoring agents from their land and no one have visibility into what they are doing at the moment. They even boasted of restarting their Uranium enrichment. I wouldn’t be surprised if we wake up one day and Iran is a Nuclear power because of Trump’s actions. |
Wey d music, wey d video, abi dem no dey sign music for musical video again? |
abbey621:Being in jail and ‘awaiting trial’ is different from been detained in DSS cell. Those who are awaiting trial must have been arraigned before a Judge for a bail hearing and the Judge ruled denying their bail, hence they are in jail awaiting the conclusion of their cases, which could be years....if not, any lawyer can get them out, by bringing their case before a Judge and force a bail hearing, then sue for violation of their rights to speedy trial. I mentioned the Ooni here because, in cases like these, you sue everyone that may be vaguely connected and it is up to the Judge to decided....the rumor says, it was the Ooni that order his arrest and continued detention, and this could be false and misleading, but you want to include the Ooni if there are any chance it were true. If many people languishing in Nigeria jails ‘awaiting trial’ know their rights and have access to even the least knowledgeable lawyer, many will be walking free. |
abbey621:That is the law, yes I know in practice that is not the case. Nonetheless the detained guy have a case against DSS for abusing his rights. Even a charge and bail law can have him released by taking DSS to court and as in most cases, that will be the end of the case and he can then turn around and sue DSS and Ooni for violating his rights. |
klas:You can only detain someone for investigation for 48hrs and not weeks. You must either release them within 48hrs or approach a court to grant you the right to hold them beyond that. |
