EmekaA125:Yes, I hear they like and marry the South East women a lot. More than I can say about myself. Don't just go there only when it's time to marry, go there also to succeed and find new grounds. Dominate the earth my South Western brothers. |
Tinubuwins2023e:Hausas and a host of others do. But you wouldn't know cause you're cozy and comfortable under mummy' wrapper in Daddy's father's compound. When and if you finally are ready to be a man and f*ck out that village you're in you'll know. Right, Bamidele? |
I am going to give my unapologetic, unbiased opinion about this topic of discuss based on my knowledge and observations about human interactions and relationships. I'll be brief. Let me start with this personal example, experience. Some years ago when I got registered in the gym I entered and saw what caused me to be afraid, intimidated and doubtful if I can even do it at all. I saw big and muscular guys in the gym lifting big and unimaginable weights, I was demoralized and thought of quitting many times over. But my mind is stronger than my body and I refused to stop, refused to be intimated and daunted by the negative criticisms. Today every gym I go I am soon called "heavyweights", people sit and watch in amazement when I hit the gym. 1.| The first reason there aren't many South Westerners in the East is cause many are afraid to compete with the Igbos and are already intimidated by the high hustle spirit of these other people. They subconsciously ask, "if these people can come to my town and outdo me do I even stand a chance in theirs?" Just like me some years ago in the gym, they are afraid of competition and are intimidated by the high hustling spirit. But Unlike me, they never even try. 2.| This second reason is one I tried to talk about some time ago with a video reference from Thomas Sowell from YouTube. Unlike the Igbos and even to a small extent the Hausas, the South West are not into the practice of the MIDDLE-MEN system of wealth building and accumulation. And I dare say there are more Hausas in the South East and South South than there are the South Westerners. You have to be ready and willing to leave your comfort zone and start new and fresh in an unknown place to succeed in this kind of system. The Igbos and to an extent the Hausas can, not very much the Yorubas. I talked with a Muslim lady who did her NYSC service in Enugu State. She and family were doubtful of her going to serve there but after it all she said she made a lot of friends and even after she returned they still keep in touch and would have visited them but what would she say to family she's going to do there again? Maybe all it takes is a little courage to take a leap out and about. But at the end of the day "LANDLORD TRAVEL AND SEE"! ![]() NOTE: I am not Igbo and have never been there, by the way.

BlakKluKluxKlan:Your ignorance still hasn't told you Peter Obi is out for more than the win right? Dey play, soon na jail your Tinubu go land join. |
What these Tinubu people are doing now is an overtime job, after defending the stealing criminal before elections they are trying to also convince people to let the thief go free. But this theft is existential and will never be let go, hear me APC urchins, you will cry at last and cover your heads in shame after deactivating. |
EmekaBlue:This is one of the exact thing I said to someone today. Tinubu, Buhari and a host of others are trying to kill Nigeria cos of the ambition, greed and evil of a few. |
I thought Reno Omokri and the Tinubu supporters are blaming the parents? It is funny that this Reno doesn't get called out for tribalism and extreme level hate and disdain for a people but he himself has been calling those people and their principal out for the same things more than can be counted. Even though they're absolutely innocent. |
BloomingDale:Yeah, they've taken it down. But what is the name of the video? |
BloomingDale:Pls can you share with me the name of the video and it content? Your video isn't available again on YouTube. Thank you. |
OBIDIENTS aren't easy to "gaslight" cause they are a formidable, united and intelligent people who are very aware and current on things. Can't easily manipulate and bend these kinds of people. |
As they can't get to Aisha Yesufu to get to Peter Obi to get to the Nigerian people, they are trying to get to her husband to get to her to get to Peter Obi to get to Nigerians. Quite foolish and stale. |
frozen70: Tokskob2008:Good one and the best said so far! The woman's here seeking sympathy from single old feminists who are sure to take her side like Kobojunkie, Mindblog and even single confused children like Goodlady and Iyaebethegreat and co, when her solutions are out there with sane normal people. I suggest the OP asks Bukatyne on what to do, that is the most intelligent and sanest even sincere woman on Nairaland. And she is married too, for years. Not PTSD "feminist" wannabes. |
Banilla:What do you mean, I don't get what you're saying? ![]() |
Eazzii:In all of my being on Nairaland I have come to observe that it is an act of cowardice to delete a post. You might not rant offline, Nairaland gives you that opportunity as a faceless forum. It is not his post that is the problem but his character and the shaping of it. Think about a post before making it but after making it own up. If you're wrong and regretful apologize in the said post, but leave it for future reference and self-learning. As humans we all make mistakes. I see you have a lot if your posts which you've deleted and made obsolete. You will still make mistakes in the future, then what? Don't build yourself as a timid and directionless, unassertive person, it's wrong. Stop running from your mistakes, learn from them. But how will you learn if you keep denying and running from them |
Eazzii:No he shouldn't, I saw how she tried to shame and insult the guy in the other thread. I had to come online for this one. These females are bitter, shameless and highly disrespectful, they don't know how to talk to men. Funny only one man can take on all these females alone to the extent you're asking him to take his work down. Shame on you! |
Philgafauto:There's one thing I discovered and I advised someone about here, it goes..... "Do your best to avoid elongated discuss with women on Nairaland, avoid them if you can". Reason for this is I have noticed that too plenty of theses females come on Nairaland to divert from their sorrow and loneliness. They have deep conciousness issues they're dealing with. As men we come here to seek knowledge and say and do what we would even offline. Men are free, down to earth and level headed, you have probably had discuss with Dangote here and you wouldn't know. Women on the other hand are highly insecure, afraid, unsatisfied, pompous, arrogant, uptight, financially oppressive, broke shaming and otherwise. And because they're highly insecure and the rest, they come here to want to show-off that they're better. They come to want to offload the many toxicities they carry on a daily basis to some man here. E.g, the single mother shaybebaby, and many others here. Take my advice and save your sanity by avoiding a lot of them, it is for your mental good. |
[quote author=LegendHero post=121686690[/quote]You're so agitated and so much in a rush to comment about anything Peter Obi you are making comments back-to-back in the same post, consecutively. Tell me who's desperate! |
The writer of the post is an unintelligent and lazy stooge. If he was anything else he would have studied the productivity and opinions of the US citizens on the two Presidents before making his poorly constructed post. Even the Democrats that brought Biden and voted him are ashamed of him, which will be proven when he looses the primaries soon. His ratings as President is one of the lowest in a long time in America. GRV being compared with Donald Trump is a compliment and a very honorable and admirable one at that. Trump redefined American politics and after his only single term many citizens of the US even people around the world wait for his return. Go ask CNN how they're fairing with the highest level boycotting by viewers all over the world especially in the USA after all the propaganda against Trump. But I do not expect an urchin to know this, after all an urchin is an urchin. |
HydraFeeds:These things you mentioned fall under the standard of living, which we all know Nigeria is one of the last in. BUT so is the USA, and many of the "world powers", which places like Netherlands, Denmark and many smaller countries are better at. Still the USA, UK, France and many of the larger Western countries will fall among the most "powerful". So why not Nigeria in that case? |
What does the OP mean by "powerful"? Seems like a joke to me here. Is it by passport, investment and business, political influence, military, manpower, currency, economy, livelihood. What is most "power" cause going by what I see here even the USA and UK will fail the ranking used by the post if Nigeria fails the one in Africa as they put it. See Mauritius and Seychelles there, countries that 98% of the world can't even point to on a map. |
9gerian:Hahahahahaahahahahahahahahaha hahaha You guys are very delusional and ignorant aren't you? Everytime Lagos this, Lagos that! How did you manage to come at your own conclusions sef? Tgats why I avoid you people, your ignorance and agitations are on another level, like rats. |
Aldol:Have you joined Amotekun yet? I hear the bandits are also dealing with you there. |
Aldol:When everything goes up in flames the military will not have time to defend and help the herdsmen, then you will hear from us. |
Felabrity:Thank you! I have never seen a bigger criminal politician in Nigeria's history like Tinubu. Abacha was a thief, Tinubu is a thief, a killer, a drug dealer, everything bad in society is associated with him. And this is the same man fronting as the face of the South West. |
YorubaSamurai:That is my problem with you people. You should have asked me where I am from before jumping to conclusions. I am from Kaduna State and it was us who fought in the civil war against the Igbos. Now this is me telling you times have changed, as you continue to wallow in self delusion as you are Nigeria is changing and soon it is the Yorubas that will be at the receiving end. You people are already clearly pushing and setting up the stage for that. Again, this is no threat, just a warning for your own good. Make unna calm down and smell the mood! |
YorubaSamurai:I pity you, if after two weeks of the elections Nigerians are still angry and gloomy then I promise you only justice will bring everything to normal. In the meantime, I really pity Yoruba people nationwide. One of my long time friends right from school is Yoruba from Kwara but you people are trying to push Nigeria to see how low it can go. Be careful! This is not a threat, it only a humble warning about what you're cooking. |
BombAttack:I really pity innocent Yoruba people, this place they're taking the nation will consume them. Not even the Russian military can boast of a full blown power to tackle it revolting people. |
YorubaSamurai:I really pity you people about where you're pushing Nigerians to. Are you blind and deaf? Can't you see the mood and atmosphere of the nation? |
Tinubu's gra gra will put him and his supporters in trouble. They should smell the mood in the nation and calm down oh! They should read my post and understand what is coming to them soon..... https://www.nairaland.com/7606626/those-heating-up-ethnic-tensions |
Peter Obi is the only person still giving Nigerians joy. That is my only President for the next eight years there! |
