Denoh68:You're right! Thank you. |
Denoh68:Be careful, he who you call "Sir" might be younger than you. But thank you to you too Sir! |
Please, read on.... There's this new rave and trend among a group of people, for example, an Ahmadu Bello video is making rounds online, one of him saying things about the Igbos of Nigeria, that with many other such gimmicks. Now, what many of those people heating up ethnic and tribal tensions on SM fail to smell and understand is that Nigeria today is different from Nigeria of more than fifty years ago. More than fifty years ago there was apprehension and distrust by Nigerians from all regions for Igbos. I have listened and heard stories about the issues of old from those who were alive then, I have compared them to the ones we have now, and they are entirely different. Let me demonstrate.... Some months ago when Peter Obi started his campaigns and awareness for his Presidency the most biggest question and even humor was "how will Nigerians accept and vote an Igbo man?" Some joked others laughed at the prospect. Yet this man kept going, he kept believing, he kept pushing and communicating. I remembered making many a post rallying Northern Christians to an Obi Presidency. See here..... https://www.nairaland.com/7236884/northern-minorities-what-next-it Little did many know Peter Obi will eat deep into the North even among the Muslim North, doing something never seen before in Nigeria's history with a small, unknown Political Party. Peter Obi won many Northern States and those he didn't win he did very well in. There's a feeling in Nigeria today, there's also a shift, a demographic and Consciousness change towards the Igbos of Nigeria. If you go through my posts maybe you might see I put many predictions together and they don't fail, except in SELETION type conditions we're met with. ![]() A war or quarrel in Nigeria today targeted at the Igbos will not turn out the way the instigators are planning. The only "Igbophobia" in Nigeria today as it is is mostly in an isolated part of Nigeria, championed by Social Media warriors. You who continue to think Peter Obi or the Labour Party is an Igbo project is still leaving in the past and are in an isolated part of the Social Media market. When you finally push the madness to the streets you will be disappointed at the response from Nigerians in all regions. The South South, Middle Belt, parts and parts of the North, Nigeria is different now and it has unfortunately left you behind. Be warned dear friend, it will definitely not turn out the way you think. You will get burned and very badly you shall!! @LocalStandard is Gwong by tribe from Southern Kaduna, so come at him as he is! |
ednut1:They didn't beat anybody in the SELECTION and you never really wanted an Obi win. If you had any love for nation and a stake in the country, you as well as the vast majority of Nigerians, will be in mourning. You ignorantly claim some people are crying but my question is who is even celebrating? Answer that question first, if you're on ground in Nigeria you will know! EDITED: Just as I predicted, you hide in a foreign country and talk nonsense. Only an urchin or a foreigner will spew your level of crab. Get out of Nigerian politics discuss, you know nothing on ground! Except you're a Tinubu urch*n then carry on. |
Moh247:Your small mindedness as a people in general is funny yet appalling. Can you people ever have an intelligent and cohesive discuss without bringing in your now obvious tribal, bigoted loads? |
Muhammadu Buhari is finishing his eight years of rule as President. After eight years of his Presidency and all the biased, nepotistic, one sided, concentrated appointments to a section of the country, tribe and religion the people of Daura, not even Katsina State and definitely not the entire North are not having it any better than the people of Makurdi, Masaka, Nnewi, Osogbo, Oyigbo or absolutely any part of the country today. The thing about elected or appointed offices is it does about nothing to better the lives of people in general. It's mostly just for show and for bragging rights to FEEL(note keyword) important. After the outcome of the generally fraudulent and rigged Presidential elections we can see that the North Central are far enlightened and aware about our political capabilities, and it was Peter Obi and the Labour Party that showed and opened us up to that reality. For the first time in Nigeria's history the minority Christian Northerners of Nasarawa, Kaduna and maybe more Northern states are having the chance and opportunity to present Governorship candidates for possible wins. These gains are by far more beneficial to the people than a Senate President ticket. It is about self-identity, self-preservation and self-actualization here. An Idoma politician of Benue State, David Mark, held that same Senate position for the most part of Nigerian democratic years. How far have their fortunes changed? Making and taking such benefits is only serving to take us back to the status quo, which is all about a Nigeria based on "sharing sharing" type system with no real benefits to the people and nation as a whole. My dear fellow North Central, Middle Belt and Christian North, as we have made this very important leap in Nigerian politics with the Labour Party let us refuse and reject any cajoling and enticements made to reverse us to yesterday Nigeria. Let us stand firm and stand fast with real progressive and holistic intentions for our good and Nigeria as a nation, and let us work for real and lasting even true results. Better to stand with truth, justice and rightness than wine and dine with fraud. |
JAMO84:I've made a personal promise to not read, answer or entertain comments and engagements with you people cause you all assume everyone supporting what's right and good is Igbo. You are blind and confused about reality so you and the rest of you do not deserve my attention. Tell the rest! |
JAMO84:It is actually the other way round. But your bewildered pain is on the way, Tinubu will loose Lagos State and still loose the fraudulent certificate of return. |
muykem:He can make him the finance commissioner of Lagos. Ops sorry, Lagos State won't be vacant for him after the Governorship elections. He should take him to Iragbiji. |
Reverse psychology is a technique involving the assertion of a belief or behavior that is opposite to the one desired, with the expectation that this approach will encourage the subject of the persuasion to do what is actually desired. This technique relies on the psychological phenomenon of reactance, in which a person has a negative emotional reaction to being persuaded, and thus chooses the option which is being advocated against. This may work especially well on a person who is resistant by nature, while direct requests work best for people who are compliant. The one being manipulated is usually unaware of what is really going on.In short it is a method of getting someone to do what one wants by pretending not to want it or by pretending to want something else. Reverse psychology is the propaganda plan of the APC to have the Labour Party to get dispirited, loose confidence and abandon the ongoing fight against the 2023 fraud of an election. Creating and funding new lies and propaganda with the aim of pointing the fingers back. This Presidential election is probably the most rigged election in Nigeria's history. What made it even more so and very disheartening is the fact hundreds of billions of Nigeria's scarce funds were put into the development of a technology that should put Nigeria, the most important country in Africa, in per with other even smaller countries on election transparency. After much talk and deliberations even celebrations, just when we thought we've left that level, INEC, the APC together with a greedy few decided to take us back, in this case leave us all behind as we were. After telling us to go to court and we did, they're now very jittery they have decided to use the reverse psychological method of getting us to abandon the idea and fight and to just "take it as it is". Nop, we won't!! They're now doing everything possible to tell us and make us believe rigging is done from all sides. A lie! The Labour Party went to the elections believing in the words of Muhammadu Buhari that it will be free and fair. They went With most unsuspecting Nigerians to TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY. Nigeria most be free from corruption and vandalism of truth, Justice and outright theft and lies, and Nigeria most get Justice. We know who we voted for in the elections and that impostor is not him!! |
Don't leave him alone! |
OdogwuMoney6:I just watched your entire videos.👍👍👍 I love all of them, these are the types of videos that get some of the most views and engagements on YouTube, not sexual and "gist" BS by most Nigerian YouTube(ers). Try and do the proper and in-depth research before putting up these kinds of videos cause YouTube people are by far some of the most intelligent people on the internet, we see smell and call out b*ullsh*t. For example, that one you did about the richest Nigerians seem like crab to me cause many of the so-called "billionaires" are not known or even recognized as such. Many are obviously bull crab cause Nigerians measure "wealthiests" by hearsay, extravagance, bravado and show-offs. As such I believe many of those figures are completely false.Unless you're making your videos to the average ignorant Nigerian and not targeted at the more vast global viewers, you should go back and do a real research based on real facts and authentic figures and adjust that one video. Maybe I am wrong though. |
OdogwuMoney6:I like your contents(haven't yet watched the videos though), these are the kind of contents that get lots of views from people all over the world. With 20 Subscribers and over a thousand views of each video you're on your way to something big. I've Subscribed, thank you! Now compare your subscribers to video views ratio with that of Reno's own channel and you know what I mean, even though yours is still a new channel. |
OdogwuMoney6:No it's not! He only gets about 10k. I said hardly reaches 30k, which is poor for such a high number of subscribers. Even if he gets 30k on a normal video it's still very very poor for 200k+ subs. |
BluntCrazeMan:I take that post back after the elections. Buhari is the biggest failure, fraudster, bigot and deceiver of modern Nigeria. |
Go and check Reno Omokri's Channel, the guy has far more than 200k Subscribers but hardly will you see over 30k video views. Personally I just subscribe to Nigerian YouTube channels to support them but almost never watch their videos. Too unintellignt, boring, sexually motivated, and they spend about 20% of the entire videos introducing themselves and their boring uninteresting channels. With very unimpressive voices too and rushed up contents. |
I am just going through a lot of the Labour Party Candidates from all over the country. Their average age seems to range from thirty to forty-five(30-45yrs). What got me thinking is the high level of older and aged people fronting and dominating the other major parties. Many are so old they can't sit down for interviews and can't stand for debates. What is even more funny and weird is the high number of younger people defending and fighting on their behalf Online and off. Do you know that Nigeria is more than sixty years since Independence and it has never had a President and Vice born after the Independence? Figure that one out! Do not bring up that old stale tale of "Nigerian youths are not serious" crap. Big Brother Nigeria, Nigeria's most popular realize TV show aired twice within three months during the Presidential campaigns and it seems as if such show never even existed. Almost all public and political analysts predicted Nigerian youths will be very distracted by the TV show we would forget an election was coming up. Big Brother Nigeria aired the first time and it was a flop, they went even further to air a second spin-off in a short time, featuring South Africa. Even with the over the top marketing and larger than life hype, the second show is heading to an even bigger flop. Nigerian Youths doesn't seem lazy and uninformed to me, but rather disenfranchised, deprived and highly denied the opportunity to get involved and be involved. They rather have us begging for crumbs, singing their praises and being used as tools for their self-interests. Just as we seem to be doing right now! Yet their children are all exclusively schooling, living and making waves outside the country, cause they can!

https://www.nairaland.com/7598251/did-buhari-just-oversaw-biggestI made the above post some days ago trying to put together this Buhari's government most popular and recent heists(they're too plenty to put all together). Just days later we are woken to probably the most potent and most profitable, self-serving one yet. DONATION FOR SO-CALLED NATIONAL CENSUS. A country's elections are probably the most popular yet most delicate activity of that nation. Make the wrong move and the entire country is put in a very problematic quagmire, even a very destructive chaos. A government should show its credibility and incorruptibility by organizing a free, fair, credible and secured elections. Was it? It was Buhari that engineered and introduced the BVAS system of voting in Nigeria. It was Buhari that approved the budgeting and spending of hundreds of billions to the new system. It was on his watch that the compromised INEC abandoned the BVAS in the last minute and bluntly lied to our faces that the multi-billion Naira project is not necessary, not important and therefore a complete waste. Hundreds of billions wasted! Now if they failed woefully in something so important and major what else can they ever get right? It is the same Muhammadu Buhari administration that oversaw the refusal by States to release the public and privately given, absolutely free palliatives to poor, starving Nigerians. I mean, has the Buhari's administration ever introduced and supervised a policy or project to a successful expected end? Please share if you know what we don't. Now they're on track for a very unnecessary indulgence worth almost a trillion scarce Naira! With plenty borrowings yet nothing to show for it, o yes, I dare say this administration is on a new pathway to do us a big, big last heist. Then at the end they write and put up any numbers they see fit in the so-called census.

Very true! I was working the other day and this topic just pop into my mind for hours. I continued to ask and Pierce through the benefit of a woman to a man's life. More and more people are starting to boldly ask why a young physically active male like person is never seen with a girl. Everything a man will "gain" from marriage a woman benefits double that. Yet there are plenty a woman benefits that a man can not and doesn't gain off of. Before it used to be worth it cause women where taught how to handle a man and how to be with a man. They're encouraged to stay virgins to further dignify the marriage union. Now all that is thrown out the window. They seek to learn how to suck and ride any male only now. I pray the extreme sexual energy sorts itself out with time so person go fit do away with these women. Peeping into the future and I get disheartened and disappointed about where society is headed. |
Tissaia: KillMNKnow:I see both you ignorant species are females. For your info men of all race have more in common than women of same races. Even among male animals Are you saying we as men should also start caging and breeding you females for sex and offsprings exclusively? Cause we men are by far more superior in physique and mind. I mean, even sitting in same buses with a woman is almost an insult and degrading to some men really. I mean, let's start with the fact you bleed all over the place(who does that?) and can't even as much as survive in an environment alone. |
Tissaia:Let me try and educate your deficient mind a little. When species are called different it means they share completely different DNA, an as such their can not be cross breeding between them. Even if there manage to be, there are always plenty complications. All humans are same species and even race cause there are always, always same cross breeding. Apart from skin colour(not even that is enough) all humans are very much interchangeable. Males and females have far far far more differences than Black and Caucasian or Asian. Should we also cage all women and or separate ourselves from females cause we're far different from them than two males of different races? You answer! |
I am appalled by you people's complete ignorance and cheap bigotry. You mean to tell me the only way you can rally Yoruba people is only by always putting in Igbos in the discuss? How can an entire people be so *******? Everyday Igbo this Igbo that, aren't you people ever tired? We're seeing a new dimension of an average Yoruba person. May God not allow Tinubu climb that seat or else finally Nigeria will end. We're watching you from over here in the North oh!! |
Toneypen247:Don't be a liar my friend, he didn't say PDP spent the money. He was talking about the money spent on the BVAS technology. Why don't you show the video for people to watch? Just cause you know the average Nairalander is dumb doesn't mean you should use their minds like this you know?! |
Any OBIdient in the house? These other people have made sure they sleep on Nairaland so as to always overrun every OBIdients' posts to derail, pollute and undermine. We most ignore all of them, always! |
Someone out there is going to say, "what did I just read, how comedic"! Let me explain now. There can only be one President in a nation, right? Well I disagree! The first biggest disappointment is not declaring the choice of the people as the winner of the elections, the second is if the choice of the people leaves and abandons them to their unfortunate predicaments. You can twist and force a leader on a nation, but you can't force him into their hearts and minds. Buhari and INEC may have forced and cajoled their own choice on us, but it is us who will choose if we see their choice as such, the President. It's obvious we haven't and definitely won't! That is where Peter Obi must fill in. See, Peter Obi has started something in Nigeria. They call it a MOVEMENT, I like to call it a "FOLLOWING". I believe Peter Obi is the most popular and influential Nigerian today, he remains in our minds forever. He should not take the kind of path Atiku Abubakar is very much known for, leaving and only appearing on election seasons. Peter Obi should remain and fight for his mandate, and as he's on that he should be a part and get involved in the affairs of Nigerians. Peter Obi should build his Party into a real lasting movement, into a FOLLOWING. One built ON TRUST, PATRIOTISM, NATIONALISM, SERVICE TO NATION, INCORRUPTIBILITY, COMRADESHIP. You can bribe and force your way into the Villa as President, but you can not do same in people's conciousness, only the real leader massively voted by the people can call himself President in the people's minds. And I very much know we all know who it is! ![]()

stxrlight:Let me explain something to you here.... You have no right or authority to curse or swear to anyone, it doesn't work. Instead what you do is you make your own life more miserable, confused and unhappy. When we were coming up it used to be a taboo for girls even women to exchange words with a male, not even a grown up man. I don't know you, but you seem to have no manners and proper upbringing. Take my advice and calm down, stop the bad-mouthing, you're not helping yourself and funny it doesn't take anything away from the other person. Okay? But how old are you fess? |
stxrlight:Why don't you tell me, or do you go about mentioning people just for fun? |
yom2:If they leave only you here will you still call it a forum? Don't worry that is surely on the way soon. |
stxrlight:Who are you, where did we interact? |
The chief mod is watching this post right now. This is the same narrative they're pushing on Nairaland and you can't do anything about it cause they own the forum. Say too much and you get yanked off. I have not seen a more contemptuous group.

But thank you to you too Sir!
I wanted obi to win but he didn’t. So life goes on. If Tinubu appoints the right people and has a good cabinet he will perform better than Buhari.
