Dart as a statically typed language is simple and similar to kotlin, and swift. If you have been writing vanilla Javascript before or any other programming language, it will be very easy to pick up. Plus you use it with Flutter. Flutter is a framework used for designing beautiful UI as everything is a widget. You use Dart as the programming language here.

I started with vanilla Javascript back then, them moved into Angular 2, then to ionic. Actually developed some apps with this. I finally decided to settle with Dart as I love the language with its features. I have done large projects using pure flutter with dart to design multiple platform applications. How long did it take OBJ to clear or debt and put our economy on the right path? Imagine what a Tinubu can do!
