The real shocker was Barca had no shots @ goal in the 2nd half. That told the whole story. |
This can be compared to the remake of "Dr Who" or "Miami Vice". And quite like so many movie remakes we are currently witnessing (e.g "Total Recall", "Exorcist", etc, etc) As you said, times have changed; so I expect the script to change a bit too (more edgy, etc). |
FBS: homie dont get it twisted, we've moved on. Just pointing out those throwing stones in a glass house. geddit?Um...is that not an indictment on Moaninho? I can remember he's the sore loser always crying over Barca getting help from UEFA (how pathetic). Where as he usually gets a lot of assistance from refs who have either been bribed or are indeed scared of him. Dunno which. This same ref who we are speaking of here (with the ridiculous slicked-back hair) called Muniz Fernandez was also the same at the center when Barca visited The Bernabeu in 2010; and who ensured Moaninho was not humiliated home and away on his first season in Spain. The match ended 1-1 after he'd overlooked several penalty calls in favor of Barca (especially one that would've seen Casillas sent off). |
The NRC also had fuel tanker carriages that are now lying fallow in their train yards across Nigeria. The same people that insist on having trailers prowl our roads also killed the NNPC pipeline project with redundant relay stations dotted across the country. This same group are so powerful that any meaningful progress on railway project is frustrated by them. These are the Bafawaras and co who own on average over 2,000 trailer truck heads. Currently there are more articulated vehicles plying our roads than normal vehicles and these trucks cause a high proportion of accidents on our roads. These trucks are usually driven by inexperienced young drivers high on codeine, glue and weed and will not hesitate to drive you off the road. The most dangerous stretch of road network is the Minna - Jebba -Ilorin route which is pox-marked with portholes and dangerous trailer drivers.
How many have you destroyed today? |
Sweetapple007: what hav i said wrong, if the guy was faithful ad responsible such thing wldn' hav happen to him. THINK!! Would a responsible guy date a mad girl!. I just wish u ad ur sister's what u wish me. Back to curser.Ha...but he's not cursing you na...he's only telling you what to expect being a sweet apple n all. Actually he has your issue figured out. |
doctokwus: Our things always dfferent& always we appear not to know what to do.Why disembark frm d transport aircraft wt guns @combat positions;d rebels were dfinitely not @ d airport.More organised settings disembark wt guns far off sight& begin to prepare demselves @ d campHe he. Have you ever seen videos of soldiers disembarking on D-Day - June 6, 1944 (WW2)? |
I don't know why I think Iker Casillas treatment at Real Madrid had something to do with his decision. Maybe he doesn't want to wait till he's relegated to the bench (quit while you are ahead philosophy). |
dayokanu: I am waiting for you to show me 4 clubs that have more than 6 youth team players in their first teamYou are on a long thing. You better go for a walk and come back to sleep. |
ogusbaba1: the lady was beaten to stuporThat's all that mattered. |
Lesson Number 1: Never start a game against a worthy opponent with Thiago; he may have scored against Malaga over the weekend but he is still immature and tends to play too much to the gallery. Playing him as a sub makes him play better as he wants to prove his worth. Lesson Number 2: It is time to handle the Alexis Sanchez problem. The number of sitters he has missed over the past 2 weeks is quite alarming (including one in which he already had the goalkeeper beaten but still managed to slip and mis-kick). He has always appeared clumsy; but not this clumsy. Lesson Number 3: Never allow a victory over Malaga on their own turf to lead to overconfidence. That will be making the same mistakes Guardiola made all of last season; leading to losses to "weak" teams. |
lynpetra: no it isnt....and am not because the kiss, affection and Bleep gets even berra now |
I don't even understand where all these EPL lovers suddenly sprung from. From my early days in watching football, I would not be caught dead in front of a T.V with a match from England playing. Granted it has greatly improved over the years. In Europe, after Spanish League, the German League was always the most entertaining (speaking of skill). For a brief period, Italian League's profile was pushed up by the likes of Maradona, Ruud Gullit, Marco van Basten but it's gone back to its dull self. |
stolen stone: Thats why its called "ex"Were you into bestiality (dating a monkey, goat or dog)? |
Dayo, be ready to lose Alaba to Barca. ![]() |
Maybe the poor people are dying off. |
Real Madrid should just throw their weight behind the Champions League; but even there they may come up against Barca. |
aribisala0: Whilst there may not have been borrowing. It smells a bit fishyNot just fishy; crabby. You should know any deal done by ANY government in Nigeria cannot be straight forward. Somebody must make some wild profits. Anyway, as long as the money was not embezzled and they did use it to do something. |
This will not work in 9ja. If they all survive for 30 years, the space where they took the picture won't have survived for 30 years (na one gigantic house owned by one politician go dey sit on that space right now). |
medjai: That was robberyValencia didn't do themselves any favors either; especially Jonas. |
3 wrong offside calls against Valencia...and a hand-ball goal by Higuain? Hmm. |
nwando: Yes in the USOff tangent (on Lorena Bobbit). The only places you will find 90% of domestic violence against women are countries like Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, India. You can't even find such figures in Nigeria talk less of the US. On Lorena Bobbit, I agree she was provoked. Just like all those psychotic men who beat their nagging wives to death were provoked. She's a hero to psychos on both side of the gender divide; I can assure you. |
nwando: DAyo don't even go thereWhere? In the US? You made that figure up didn't you? Did you exclude the FALSE claims of violence? Face it; these days no man who has NEVER been to jail will assault a woman in the US. |
dayokanu: Ronke is simply trolling usShe didn't start out to troll; that I can assure you. That's just the easy way out. |
ronkebp: Story.story!!!!!! i won't be that crazy to stop my ex-hubby from visiting his kids, unless he has psychological problems.LMAO. It's OK. I knew you wouldn't get my post. It wasn't for you. |
nwando: Is it a full moon?LMAO. More like f00l moon. |
ronkebp: You are suffering from the same disease, why should the poster ask on his behalf if he should fight for the kidsJezuz save me! Why should Ronke ask on her (the wife) behalf why the man had wine in his fridge? That must mean Ronke is the psychotic woman in question. My logic is superb. Standing ovation please! |
ronkebp: I think you are the one not reading in- between the lines here. He had to ask the public first if he should fight for the custody of his children, when he has everything in his laps to fight the crazy woman he married with...who does that??Excuse you? You just proved beyond reasonable doubt that you are dyslexic. For your information, the OP (that be 'original poster' for your sake) is NOT the man in question. Please ask Dayo to call you on the telephone and read the post to you. |
ronkebp: i thought the lady that posted this in the first place, said the man in question was not restrained from seeing his children, he chose to restrain himself.Excuse me, if you are not dyslexic or something, how does the quote below compare with what you said above? Fellow Nairalanders is this man right in what he is doing just to avoid a confrontation or custody battle, or should he retain a lawyer too to fight for shared custody of the kids? |
dayokanu: So how would he get into the kids life without getting into jail in the process?Ol' boy, there is no better place to bond with your children than the yard of a prison in the US of A. I tell you! There you can picnic and roll on the prison floor with the kids. Heck, you can even teach them how to respect fellow human beings without saying a word; all they have to do is watch how tough inmates kick your butt and fvck you in the a$$. |
ronkebp: So to you, sending money to your children will make up for those little times you spend with your children? especially having the opportunity to watch them grow? the money will be the listening ears they will need when they have one complaint or the other? the money will take them to games and even a time to roll on the floor with your kids? the money will be the one to scold them when they are wrong? the money cannot take the position of either parent in the life of those children, so no matter the millions that was sent, it would be acknowledged by their mother only, all the kids want is their father or mother.Once again, does sending $1000 a month as child support sound like "abandonment" to you? Spare me all that "blah blah" you wrote up there. Yes or no please. Once you answer, I will paint the true picture of "abandonment" for you. I hope you have an artistic mind. ![]() |
ronkebp: If a father or mother thinks he or she has the right to abandon his/her kids because of a row, he/she should be ready to be abandoned by those same kids when they are grown. it is what they sow that they will reap. The kids have eyes,do you think they would leave their "insane" mother who took care of them for a "sane" man who was not there for them?Paying $1000/month child support sounds like "abandonment" to you? Can YOU afford to pay anybody $1000 every month without you drinking garri without sugar for the rest of your life? Yes, the kids have eyes and hopefully they have brains to process too. When they are grown, their father will not need them for anything except he's using the Nigerian Welfare System where old people depend on their children. So if they use their brains well, they will determine who the problem is here, at best. At worst, they turn into men-hating psychotic b!tche$ and join the burgeoning ranks of such a club in the US of A; and they will fit very well into "society". ![]() |
