He is not even vast on sport matters. He's a disgrace to this country after calling USA United State of Nigeria. He should be sacked now and a sport oriented person should be appointed immediately. You don't know anything. Is deregulation not better than currency devaluation? The truth is one of the two must happen for this country to survive the crash in price of crude oil. A lot of manufacturing companies are using diesel for manufacturing which had been deregulated since Obasanjo era, hence its only cost of distribution which can still be managed that will increase. Meanwhile devaluation of Naira will affect all sphere of our economic in a very devastating way. Please let's wise up.

You are right, and the truth is that your decision to leave Bank A is a perfect one because if you didn't move, you would still be on same level. Career growth comes with challenges, ability to withstand those challenges is what that guarantees swift upliftment. People always think marketing job in Banking industry is hard nut to crack, but the truth is, some have found solutions to it and have climbed the ladder very fast leaving their set in operation department behind with like two to three steps. As per loyalty, it is criminal to be loyal to an employer. What you owe an employer is honesty, hard work, commitment and trust. A lot of organisations nowadays only reward performance and neglect loyalty.
