Career growth comes with challenges, ability to withstand those challenges is what that guarantees swift upliftment. People always think marketing job in Banking industry is hard nut to crack, but the truth is, some have found solutions to it and have climbed the ladder very fast leaving their set in operation department behind with like two to three steps. As per loyalty, it is criminal to be loyal to an employer. What you owe an employer is honesty, hard work, commitment and trust.
