Before 20th of the month, all the foodstuffs would be consumed, i will have to go on to borrow money to eat before the end of the month
Now the issue here is that My parent do ask me every time if I'm suffering from spirituality complications why i don't save for almost 3 years now I've been working, i tried to explain to them that the money is use to buy food
Note i live in the company's apartment, hence why I'm not living with them, and I'm 26years and have younger ones living with them
Now the help i need from you guys is how can you enlighten me how i can live on the money and still saving out of it, cos im not getting younger anymore
And in Nigeria where there is no job security,they can fire me from work anytime, how will i leave work without no saving and will still go home eating mama's food
This is the reasons why i don't have gf,friends or visit them at home thinking it will save me more money to save

with the present economy, it's hatd to save because of the exorbitant prizes of foodstuff. My advice to you our is to think of a better job with a better pay or perhaps learn a handiwork that pays better.

Evercurious: My dear naa so ooh. I even had to buy food specifically and specially for his inmates in the cell to beat him to pulp. He cldnt even walk for 2 days... I even wanted to make sure he is tried and jailed for his actions since has never been allowed to bear the consequences of his actions. My parents had always been preventing that... My mum had to beg and cried for me to withdraw the case so he wont be tried... So he was made to sign an undertaking... I had to even make my parents understand that they shld be ready to wait for another version of that guy if not worse if they tried to favor him far above the other siblings cos he is the first son. But for now, I have cut them all off my life so I can concentrate . But I ve made my point and they know what I can do. Worse case scenario, I burn down everything. I cant work and then contribute to the growth of the family, financially, emotionally and otherwise a riffraff that calls himself my brother will be feeling and acting so entitled cos he is the first son.I ve told them told them to rather give me the present value of all that I ve invested and entitled if they dont want trouble in that house since they feel females dont ve any say when it comes to inheritance. Well my dad isnt taking sides with my mum shaa. I know I can only relate to with my dad for now and NEVER my mum

Nobody tell am, he left the house by himself . If my parents like, they shld re admit him again.. That's their problem. I have even cut off from them all

Mybrotheralso: He's the first born out of 5 children. He's doing his PHD and has his own business. He still lives with our parents. So he does not pay for house, food or water. But can you imagine this brother of mine who makes money from his business doesn't contribute to the house for the same food he eats, when he makes money he goes to hotels and sleep over with women and prefers to train and help outsiders than bring something to the family. Recently, he had the effontry to reject my mummy's food on the ground that it was served late. I simply asked my mom to stop putting food for him.
Honestly this brother of mine has never brought joy to my parents and siblings. He has had several accidents driving carelessly, yet my mom still takes care of it all and she has even stayed over in the hospital when he had the last accident and became unconscious.
They're just the kind of brother one will have and you wished you never had a brother , my brother is exactly that kind of brother anyone will wish not to have. Not to talk of his dubious nature, you can't do simple business with him without him cheating on you. I once was rearing one animal and had to send him money for feeds but can you believe he was billing me in excess. I need your candid advise on these matters that touch the heart. I got married last year to the mother of my beautiful daughter sometime in August last year during the COVID lock down. The marriage was against my wishes and due to parental pressure. Prior to marrying my wife, I was doing a good job by making sure I take good care of my daughter and the mom. My daughter just turned 2 in July and has already started going to school. My wife and I met online and started dating immediately after our first sexual encounter. Along the line she got pregnant and we started having misunderstandings. We both decided we will keep the baby because I made a vow with God not to abort any child with any woman I impregnate.
However, to cut the story short we both agreed we won't get married and her parents were cool with it as long as I take care of their daughter and my child. Then came COVID and during the events of the lockdown, I entered into a relationship with a Chemical Engineer that earns a 7 figure monthly salary. The relationship lasted for months but my mom never supported the relationship and did everything to make sure I break up with this lovely lady in a bid to marry my baby mama. I was against it knowing fully well that she is very quarrelsome and dramatic. I had inner peace with my lockdown girlfriend. Till now I still miss her and want to be with her despite being married to my wife who is always looking for ways to suspect me for one thing or the other. She has even threatened that if she catch me cheating, she will cheat back.
My marriage for the past 1 year has been full of problems, drama, and even attempted violence. My wife just graduated from Uni and is about to go in for her NYSC. I am even praying she gets posted out of Lagos preferably the North. This marriage has drained me of all my resources and has taken away a lot from me. My wife doesn't appreciate the good I do for her and my daughter. She is always quick to judge me and criticize for every small mistake I make. She nags all the time and always want to pick a fight for bullshit reasons. I met this girl few months ago and we started talking, ended up asking her out, we started dating, at that time she told me she was single, honestly me too I was.
Fast forward to somedays back, she came to visit and we were cool and all suddenly she started having mood swings and all, I was worried, kept asking what is wrong and she always said nothing, surprisingly someone texted me on whatsapp and was telling me that she was dating her and many other talks, that night i almost had an heart attack. I was beyond surprised till now I am yet to recover from the shock.
When I asked her about the guy she first said that she doesn’t have any other person, when she knew it was very serious she then opened up to me, and told me she and the guy had issues and he broke up with her and that now the guy wants them to come back.
