Is not like they don't have the money to do this, but they will rather wait till the old parents drop dead. Immediately, they will start rebuilding the house trying to complete a 1 month construction project in just 1 week before performing the burial.

Is the CMD responsible for operating the lift or has it been established that the government released money for the replacement of the faulty lift and the CMD misappropriated it?
