A perp can be accused of emotionally, psychologically pressuring girls to sexual acts against their will without any physical contact. It is 20th century thinking to believe you need to physically force a girl before sexual assault has taken place.

some of them have choice...They party all day in school and travel from one location to another location with hotel pix and fail to even attend lecturers and at the end of the day they don't want F... The unilag Dr and pastor failed woefully and his case is different from the Ghana lecturers that is what I meant. There is enough evidence against the pastor but you cannot say the same for the Ghana lecturers even though I understand the emotional sentiment towards such case

Redemption is hard. Everyone that has passed through University in Nigeria has a story about sex for grade. Both students and lecturers are culpable. Students are prepare for corruption from primary school to higher institutions. Not all students and not all lecturers engage in this practice however the few that do cause significant damage. Ghana should carry out it's own investigation instead of outrightly dismissing the claim. I will say BBC should have delve deeper though to have proves beyond doubts.
