AndroBlaze: The most sensible post so far.
I don't know why Nigerians must always justify criminality with another criminality and these same people will go to Church / mosques calling for justice. What manner of God do you people actually worship? You are one of the problem because your brain cannot comprehend the damage of selective justice...we should just go back to dictatorship or military rule |

oz4real83: you are one of the problems we have in this country. These people are deceiving the rest Nigerians, whether Atiku, obj, pmb and others. They unite when stealing from Nigeria. Why will u, who has never been a beneficiary of their thiefry, take side with any of them whenever karma catches up with them? Who would have even expected obj to have taken money from Atiku? Ganduje is a criminal and one day, karma will also catch up with him but must you use him to justify another criminal? Na wa for you oooo. no body is justifying anything....The problem with ppl like you is that you don't understand the gravity of selective justice. |

Tinubu is a private citizen, not holding any office. What crime did he commit when the Bullion Van drove in and out of his residence? - No record money was in the van. - No money seen being offloaded. - At no time did we see Tinubu carrying or giving out money.
What is the crime? lol Obasanjo is not a private citizen right? You cannot see records when you choose to look the other way...or wait are you not aware of this? If you are not aware then your hypocrisy is on another level |

CoolAmbience: Oga, values is what we are talking about.
Families, communities, schools and religious organisations are more culpable. Please, keep government at the corner first.
Job creation has nothing to do with this.
You think I am not making sense?
Ok, wait. Why are people who are gainfully employed still involved in fraud, theft and corruption? Including people in politics, generals in the military, top executives of oil and gas, banking, telecommunication, manufacturing companies etc.
Tell me why? Is it because they do not have jobs or earn well? It is because we do not have a system that truly punish crime without been selective. If a politician steal and he is sentence to death or 50 years jail term and the rest politicians see that you cannot enjoy your loot after stealing, what do you think they will do? In US for instance if you park wrongly they will tow ur car and you will pay fine for every day the car stays at their office. So automatically you will see ppl trying to avoid parking wrongly. If you bypass electricity and you are caught you pay heavily and can even do jail time..so automatically you see ppl avoiding bypass... If you disobey traffic laws and you are caught you pay heavily so you see ppl trying to obey the laws... The next time you visit the country you see everybody trying to avoid breaking the law. |

Xisnin: First of all, government is not in the business of employing people. Your post just shows that envy and jealousy is the root cause of internet fraud.
There is no rule against flaunting wealth. If Dino doesn't flaunt his wealth, Davido, Psquare or even Mayweather would. What would you do about, go to their house to lynch them because they flaunt their wealth?
How about we all sell our cars and start trekking so Yahoo boys can be happy that everyone is equal?
The greedy fraudsters are thriving because Nigeria is too soft on them. Trust me, if the government is ready, most fraudsters will flee from Nigeria.
They are not the first set of youths. Even students who schooled in extreme poverty back in the day did not become criminals to live above their means. There are a lot of artisan skills they can learn quickly to start making money. We have carpenters, bricklayers, drivers, and roadside mechanics that this "unemployed" youths can emulate.
EFCC is just scratching the surface, the day of the Yahoo boys are coming. First of all government is in the business of creating jobs. In a country like the US the government claim credit when the unemployment % drops in fact it is widely use in campaigns, unlike in Nigeria when you know you just have to rig elections without having nothing to show. You can equally buy the judges in the court to uphold your rigging... Crime is crime it doesn't matter who commits the crime. You cannot come and tell the youth crime doesn't pay when we have ppl that have looted the country and still looting the country walk freely and enjoy their loot. The greedy politicians are thriving because Nigerian is too soft for them trust me if the ppl are ready to stand up to politicians the way they do in outside country most of them will run. If only you can channel this hate and energy to the ones who are stealing the future of every Nigerians. It is morally wrong to be selective when fighting crime. In your post it is clear you don't have problems with looting politicians but yahoo boys. |

If they so much love money, they should have enrolled for artisan apprenticeship and not waste their time in a tertiary institution. . when politicians like Dino flaunt numerous expensive cars on social media and the Efcc do not go arrest them and ask source of wealth or the marketable skills that they have...lol. There is alot the government can do. Afterall this nonsense started with their constant looting of the country. The refinery that would have created jobs and also reduce our Forex on fuel import is not working, Why? 3.People do bypass well well (and in some instances get away with it. Kanade21: And that's a big part of why DISCOS and GENCOS cannot raise funds for power in Nigeria.
Nigerians don't want to pay for power. They want it for free. Hence the bribery and corruption Do you know the process to get a meter? Are Nigerians supposed to pay for the meter you want to use to measure and charge us? You think white ppl like to pay bills? If you meter ppl and they by pass and you pay a huge fine do you think the next neighbor will bypass? The problem is the system |

Guyman02: E be like this border closure follow dey pain IMF, even though I don't like Buhari but the fact that western financial services are worried means that there could be something tangible coming out of this harsh decision coupled with his visit to Russia and handing over Ajaokuta Steel to them.
Let's hope that Boko Haram does not deploy new tactics soon, when America failed to topple the Syrian government of President Assad using ISIS Al Nusra, FSA etc because of Russia sudden intervention, Trump came out openly recently to declare that US is in Syria for her oil. Meanwhile Obama, CNN, BBC etc have been telling us for years that it is to bring Freedom and democracy to Syria.
IMF destroyed our economy by convincing IBB to do Structural Adjustment Policy (SAP) now they have been hovering around again. Buhari should stand his ground on this one. the economy was destroyed by this same buhari before IBB came into power |
