Betafuture you’re story is soooo touching...you said, and I quote “ I found it difficult to rationalise it. I continued to find fault in my being and my personality. I know I am very attractive handsome young man. Despite showing I am married, ladies still flock around me. I am also a passionate lovemaker. I dress well and look neat. I don't seem to understand where I have failed.” You can’t rationalise it because it’s not logic it’s EMOTION. I will first of all tell you that being handsome, neat and having great lovemaking skills never ensured a woman’s devotion. The mistake you made is that you didnt notice she had become distant EMOTIONALLY. Women are all about emotions. In order to forgive her fully drop your ego for a few minutes a day and connect to your wife emotionally abeg. She will love you even more knowing that you forgave her for infidelity. Don’t make it too easy though, ask her difficult questions that will challenge her logic, like if she wants to walk away from the marriage? If she feels the marriage is even worth it? Etc You made the mistake of cheating on her and she “forgave” you. Now it’s time for you both to REALLY forgive each other. |

The way Sarassin will just be casually dropping some deep revs never ceases to amaze me. But seriously, most women (especially mothers) I know are much more sensitive to spiritual things or just have a stronger intuition. |

Programming / Re: Things You Can Learn From Mark Zuckerberg’s Past New Year Resolutions by LotusFan: 8:11am On Nov 23, 2017 |
#BeLikeMark This is deep. It’s inspirational that someone like him would still be trying to educate himself more and more. It’s funny how after school we don’t consider reading books as educating ourselves. On humility, I wish I could adopt writing thank you notes. Seriously, technology makes it even feel weird to be sending Christmas cards...Forgetting that you will treasure them in years to come...They help your u “remember the time when...” But shebi Facebook has “Memories” Educate yourself. You don’t need to travel to become cultured. Instead, use the resources around you to educate yourself. In 2015, Zuckerberg challenged himself to read a new book every other week in order to learn about different cultures, beliefs, histories and technologies. “Books allow you to fully explore a topic and immerse yourself in a deeper way than most media today,” he wrote in a Facebook post. Practice humility. In a world where we email or chat a quick “thanks!” to someone, Zuckerberg challenged himself to handwrite or email a thought-out thank-you note to someone every day of the year in 2014. “It’s important to me because I’m a very critical person,” Zuckerberg told Bloomberg. Making a simple expression of gratitude like this a daily habit will help you develop humility and authenticity. 1 Like |

The fact that some people have decided to outsource their spiritual development is a totally different matter entirely. |

safarigirl: Who said anything about liking the Kardashians Nana Otedola (their mum) owns Garment Care amongst other businesses. Yes, Femi Otedola is wealthy but they are not running around like Paris Hilton doing nothing but spend his money. Their mum has pushed them to pursue their interests and attempt to make an empire for themselves in the process. That’s good parenting. Cuppy has a degree in business and economics from Kings college and graduated from NY university with a masters degree in music. No scandals, or any other nastiness but hard work, focus and a perhaps a few strings pulled by Daddy. I know of several young ladies whose parents are not even as rich as the Otedolas but spend their time and money sniffing crack, doing plastic surgery, hopping from one club to another and one man to another. So please don’t hate, appreciate. 4 Likes |

I just love how Cuppy subtly but consistently promotes African art!!! We now have our very own Nigerian Kardashians. Of course the Otedolas (Especially their mum) have more to offer. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

SoapAndSponge: I totally understand how you feel. Why stand on someone else's crutches when you have two healthy legs? The spiritual walk can be quite a lonely one. If you feel it is unnecessary or not the right time, then there is no benefit in doing something that you are clearly not 100% comfortable with. 2 Likes |

LoJ: How kind of you to share your experience The best things in life are certainly free. After seeing two spiders weaving a web in my bathroom, a spider take up residence a few days later and then being invited to a dinner where a variety of shellfish was on offer I confirmed my petition would be granted. I remember asking Sarassin if he could share his experiences but now I have found it hard to share mine...Matthew 7:6 comes to mind... “Do not give dogs what is holy; do not throw your pearls before swine.” No disrespect is meant to the lovely members of this great forum. (But you know say, we fit fall persin hand) I just hope others who are in need of such intervention be encouraged and not afraid to petition members of the great Angelic host. 5 Likes 1 Share |

It’s good for kids to have a relationship and forge a bond with their grandparents while they are alive and sleep overs are a great way to achieve this. Mummy and Daddy can make gooooood use of this time also. I see nothing wrong with it as long as the grandmother does not smoke or behave in a way that would make you feel your child is not safe. Besides, na she born your wife, raise am, sotey you see am, like am, marry am. Abeg, no fear bros. 8 Likes |

SoapAndSponge: Hnmmmmn so many pertinent questions. The question is what is heaven and what is hell? Could they be opposite states of mind? I will share an experience with You. When my dad died I was 16 i had left the hospital with my brother and less than 48 hours later I was informed that he had passed On. Fast forward to about 3 days later, I had a "dream". In this "dream" I saw my Dad, I was shocked and accidentally blurted out " but I thought you were dead". He looked at me and asked in his characteristic fashion " who told you I'm dead?" Before I could reply he said " did you SEE me die? I'm here". He looked and acted exactly the same I didn't tell anyone except my mum. But after that day I was convinced that there was a place souls went that was not the hell described in church. I am of the opinion that some of us hang around here for a while due to our attachments after which we go on a long, long journey. Have you ever read Wondered in the spirit lands by Franchezzo? Some of the events recounted might be at variance with what you might beleive... But, you never know. 1 Like |

Dear Toby, Why are you focusing on c++, just a question? My advise to you would be to know a little about all of them but focus on what you love. Money will find you where you are hiding developing your games if you are good. Keep improving, never think you are good enough. In addition, try to have as much of your work in the public domain as possible (obviously I’m referring to the best of the best of your work). Reach for the stars! |
