I was just thinking , why dont u put forward what role or section of the company you will like/prefer to work in.
I think some people want "returnees" but they have to think of where to put them, so you can be a bit forward as to what role you will enjoy doing or where you will like to be so that you can develop more and also use your experience so it will be a win-win situation, you dont want them to put you in charge of staff kids do you

I think that more damage is done when people have no answers and instead resort to unethical means to pass a point.
