I will be very sincere. I was induced in my first pregnancy cos they doctor advised so. Its always better to do all you can to ensure u have natural labour except the doc advices u to come in to be induced. The sad part about being induced is that u are stuck in one place. You cant move around to help ease the pain( this is where breathing technique/ day dream comes in). You will just be there on the bed from beginning till u deliver. Now u will be told it can go another direction ie you might be wheeled in for a cs if things don't go as d doc planned. To be sincere it is painful!!!!

Just keep taking your long walks, it will helpo kick start labour. Natural Labour for me is very painless. My last baby I was busy gisting away nobody knew the level of pain I was experiencing. People around were shocked when I came out with my baby. Lol

Hahahahahahah story of my life. My baby sucks too, I'm not planing to stop him o. E beta he suck thumb than his mouth. You realise some babies suck in the womb so try till 2019 to stop them for wia, they wiull look for something else to suck. Keep giving him sucker( it didn't work for us). Try big supermarkets for the product.

I have not been able to post since yesterday.

My 11weeks old baby discovered his thumb last week and started sucking it aggressively,. He used to be cry cry that I have to carry him while doing house chore but since last week that he started sucking his thumb, his cry has reduced.

Some people told me to leave him and others said I should stop him. My Mil said I should use plaster or sucker. So I used the plaster on Friday. He cried throughout the night, he even woke up 3 am and refused to sleep.
So I gave him sucker yesterday but I don't know how safe it is.

Will the sucker stop him or should I plaster his hand.?

Pls mamas, what should I do to stop him? .

He is in recovery. The boy is a fighter and he will make it. Their bills are still there, so many unplanned stuff came up. It is well

Abeg make I come in as old mama consain. We tried this last year, one mama suggested it. So a whatsapp group was created, it was A huge mistake. Everyone shifted to the group, nobody bothered to postr here, nobody was available to answer questions etc. Then a lot complained about battery draining etc. Drama plenty juo. It nearly distabilized the thread. So they all came back and we started building our family again. Lol

Nne abeg no vex I was in a hurry typing it. Its baby oil but in a lotion form. When I get home I will check the name and let you know. The container is white, the oil is white too. Its a US/ turkey product.

Yes not washing hair with shampoo. I don't even allow water touch my Lo's hair when bathing him except on hair washing day. Which maybe twice a week but more of weekly. I use johnson no tears shampoo. If the hair is tough try to get cream oil. Its oil but looks like lotion. It softens d hair so its easy to comb

Dear mamas in the house, just thought I should intimate/remind us that we should always go for BPA free plastics or feeding bottles when buying stuffs for our little ones especially. BPA is the name of a dangerous chemical sometimes used in the manufacturing process of children's bottles and other products. A lot of reputable companies have stopped using it while others have not.

While shoppng for baby things esp feeding bottles, sippy cups, plates, pls ensure they are BPA free. It's always boldly written on the products' labels.

Thanks ma'am I hope the breast pump works well for me too. Yes feeding bottles are needed too, can't be carrying boobi out anyhow in public. The secret of getting good bargain is to go to a store that has loads of things( wholesales). Their things are always cheaper than the smaller stores! Plus don't buy everything in a place especially when your instinct tells you they might be cheating you!

Yes it will work. I usually avoid feeding baby with the side I want to express. That way the bossom is full making it very easy. It didn't make any sense to me buying manual/ electric pump since na my last baby. I gave out all my baby stujff thinking I don close oven. Lol

You need at least two. Abi u go de bring out ur factory anyhow for public? Sometimes u need to express.

@Ifelumi. I know d bossom pump I used it too. Its easy to use, that one no get name na chinese product. Once ur bosom is full it expreses easily. You got good bargains dear.

Thanks everyone, his on a routine already and once its meal time and I don't feed him, he becomes rily cranky.
I've tried to increase it but he throws up after taking extra.he doest even lyk snack sef just cheese ball and his favorite drink is water.

I know people who have their washing machines in their bathrooms. I dont want mine in the kitchen because it means having to remove sone of the fitted units in the kitchen and there is already more than enough space in the bathroom for it.

Also There is water in the kitchen too naw

The other question I have is does the washing maching heat the water to the correct washing temeprature or does it just use cold water.
