Andy's127ok please i wanted doing a petittion to the authorities. A lot is happening that is eluding these authorities. Between Nigeria and Burkina Faso or even Benin Republic, a lot is slipping through the cracks. This venture made me realise that people are ferried into Benin Republic even without passport. I went to and fro and no single check by the authorities on the water ways.
We need this to go into the mainstream media and social media. |

I was about to let the hurt and gross disappointment go but it seems this is happening to so many out there. There are so many persons departing the shores of Nigeria weekly if not daily to Benin Republic, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso and other surrounding countries on the false belief of going for a job only to be confronted with a reality that's a far cry from their expectations.
Even when the red flags were there i clearly ignored them on basis that i trusted my friend who lured me. |

Cos last year was a good one for beans sellers and according to a post which you schooled someone on he mentioned the possibility of too much supply in the market leading to crash in price. Then also considering the security situation up North i think some farmers couldn't farm and they may be some short supply in the market. I just want to hear your thoughts on the above or better still you can oblige me your contact and we can further this conversation offline. Thanks |

Instead of joining gambling or japa crew is much better you build yourself with monetizable skills then market it, earn some good cash and use part of the cash you earn to uplift the lives of your love once. uncleck: Innoson has no reason to fail again.
IVM has enjoyed massive patronage by government at different levels at different times. Peter obi paid upfront for hundreds of IVM products, Rochas purchased a lot of IVM vehicles. Many governors and even the federal government have given priority to IVM both in the past and in the present.
This gesture of governor Soludo will go a long way to boost demand for IVM by members of Anambra top echelon who would do it simply to curry favor from the governor. This reminds me of the increased demand for green cap during the brief reign of former governor Ihedioha of Imo.
I want to commend IVM for their steadfastness so far. I equally want to remind them that government patronage alone will not sustain them in business in the long run. They should also give attention to the needs of their non government customers. They can achieve this by bringing the specifications and price of their products to the public domain. Currently there are little or no information about their vehicles in public domain Just to add to that, they have a lot of working to do on the aeathetics both interior and exterior of their vehicles. Yeah its commendable for a governor to patronise their brand as that's one way to stimulate local growth. As a brand they also need to leverage on that free promotion to build better and bolder cars. The stark truth is that G60 is not pleasing to the eye at all. |

EastisBae: Lol, Pat Utomi never had any business with Peugoet rather it was Volkswagen, two different companies!
That said, you should be able to detect a blackmail when you see one. Nigeria had so many vehicle assembly plants in the 1970's and 1980's to early 90's before the military ruined the economy and they all collapsed. It has nothing to do with Pat Utomi. If you like bring the best technocrat to manage a sensitive industry in Nigeria, but it won't stop it from collapsing if the economy is not right for it. Peugoet, Steyr, Volkswagen, Mercedes etc. were all operating in Nigeria before they all collapsed about the same period, were they all being managed by Pat Utomi?
If he isn't good, why has he continued to manage LBS so successfully since inception? To further add to this, he also founded Pan- African University which is doing very well. |

The Shower is type whose size remains the same, whether flaccid or erect.
The Grower is the one that may appear small when flaccid and gets very big and long when turgid.
But, no matter how big your organ is, if you can not maintain an erection for long or last long during intercourse you may not be able to please, madam. I think i have a grower but i will still want to grow it some inches more. Any recommendations? I have heard stories of further growth not being possible, is it true? |

Phones › Re: 5G License Auction: MTN, Mafab Communications Win Slots For $273m by Ltherman(m): 6:53am On Dec 15, 2021 |
klas: MTN Nigeria shares have been available to the public before, but MTN Nigeria has never sold shares to the general public before because it has no need.
How? You may ask.
When MTN Nigeria was set up in 2001, it was a private company owned by South Africans and some high netwoth Nigerians like Col Bello, Pascal Dozie, etc.
In 2014, the South African group partly sold 12% of their shares to another South African company, but MTNN still remained a private company..
When MTNN went public in May 2019, it did so by “introduction” which means that it did not issue new share to the public but allowed existing shareholders to sell their shares to anyone they like on the stock exchange. Note that a shareholder in a private company cannot sell share to just anyone without the approval of other shareholders. That restriction was removed when MTNN go public.
The bulk of the shares of MTN Nigeria (MTNN) almost 80% was held by South Africans. During the “introduction” on the stock exchange, the South Africans sold very few. That is why, MTN shares available to the public called “float” is very few till now.
Now the South Africans have decided to sell more to the public from their holdings but because of the sheer high volume which Nigerian Stock Exchange is not yet matured enough to handle on the floor without significantly depressing the price of MTN, the novel way of marketing direct to the public by the owners was adopted making it look like it is an “offer for subscription” (I.e. new shares issued by the company itself and that the proceeds go the company) rather than “offer for sale” (I.e. sold by existing shareholders from their current holdings and the proceeds go to them). The current sale is series 1, there are still series 2 and 3 coming before they would be able to sell the total volume they targeted after which the the holdings of South Africans in MTNN will reduce by about 12% to just over 60% Absolutely brilliant. I guess you're a lawyer with a top tier law firm or you're an investment banker. I just so love that rendition @klas |
