Today i have a major challenge in RN, I have an application called MatterMost it is the open source version of slack, it wasn't built by me, so I need to integrate it into our application. I have been going through the file and my issue is that my current project uses Expo while this uses normal npx react-native.

Mattermost also uses alot of React Native Modules meaning native code exposed to JavaScript, and also React navigation. The complexity is so much that I have decided to jot it down and study the intricacies around it.

Personally I want to move to Flutter because while I can use RN, the headache is so much.

I will update more on this as time goes on.

Calm down, search jiji and other market place, you'll get a good one. I bought my laptop 8gb ram, core i7 and SSD 256gb for 100k. It was like a steal, though it's from a friend.
I'll advise you be patient and do more search.

Javascript cannot run outside the browser meaning it does not run directly on your pc like other languages. Those other languages have compilers which compile the code to machine language or interpreters which intepret the code to the computer which is what you download before using those languages. For example if you want to code in python, u will go and download python. But you u didn’t download javascript before writing codes in it , so who is going to interpret javascript for your pic since u didn’t download any interpreter or compiler. You guessed right, the browser whether chrome or safari or any browser. So it’s the job of web browser developers to make sure their browsers understand javascript. That’s why you hear that some javascript features are not available in some browsers because the developers of that browser have not implemented it. Or that some features are not available in old browsers because when those old browsers where developed, these new features have not been discovered. The only way you can run javascript on your pc is by using node js

Get a code editor. I used it before I got a PC and still use it when I am not with my PC. It runs almost all codes efficiently. You can get it on Google play

Don't listen to anyone who is telling you some that u can't gain weight. It's a lie.

From experience, I want to tell u, skinny people build the best body.

This is what I did:

First make sure u have money for steady eating. If u are broke, then I recommend u suspend this for now.

Eat at least 4 times a day, register in a gym and work out at least three times a week if you cannot make it more

Focus on muscle building routines, forget running and cycling.

I did about 200 push ups every two days those day. You'll have to develop the habit.

Don't do 30 push ups and think u have done something. It's wasting of time.

Follow all the above and you'll gain weight fast in 2 months you'll be amazed.

The very first muscle mass I built, was achieved right in my bedroom during covid lockdown. It took about 3 months. Eat a lot of protein cause they assist in healing your muscles. Take some days break to allow your muscles to heal (this is actually when they get bigger)

Welcome to the world of bodybuilding. You'd NEED KNOWLEDGE to be able to 'gym' correctly and safely. Bodybuilding is a science. Go to bodybuilding. com or Wikipedia and read up on bodybuilding/weight lifting

Do more COMPOUND EXERCISES, like bench press, squats, pull up, deadlift, etc. They work more than one body part, allow you to lift heavier weights thereby making you stronger/bigger quickly as compared to ISOLATION exercises like bicep curls, leg extensions etc


Since you won't go to the gym, build your own gym. Get metal plates from mechanics etc. Weigh them with spring balance and write their weights in kilos on each plate. The plates are very important.

Build a bench press. Get 2 adjustable dumbbells. Get another bar for barbell curls etc

Have food around. Have raw beans, raw groundnuts, make groundnut paste, etc

Read on PROPER FORM on how these exercises should be performed. Very important.

4. Scroll down and you would see a download button.
5. Click on the download button and a torrent file less than 200kbs would be downloaded.
6. Download utorrent, install on your PC and then launch.
7. Click on the “add torrent" space and then upload this downloaded torrent file.
8. After uploading, click on download all. You would see the original file size of that torrent file you downloaded. It might be 10gb.
9. Wait for it to finish downloading and then you are good to go.
