A little back story.
I am a 36 YO guy with no university certificate, was too wayward to finish school in FUTO then, left school in my 2nd year for a 4 year course.

Tried my hands on business years later and currently have 7M naira saved.
Now, I want to go for degree and eventually start a family .
I am considering seeking admission in a UK or Canadian school. Luckily, I have sponsors .

For a guy of my age , looking to study IT related course or physiotherapy and eventually seeking residency, would you recommend UK or Canada?
Please I need supported answers.

Hello guys I will like to advise us on job change
because I was so frustrated with my recent job, after going for interview with another it took them time to reach back and told me to resign from my current job to process my new job.
After resigning, 3days before I went to the new company I was called that I will be trained for 2yrs which was the second red flag.

The first red flag is that all the top officers of the company were women which I was uncomfortable with.

I got there yesterday to pick up work tool and all I saw was a turn off
1. IT guy asked me to turn on my data to set up the laptop they will give me
2. We will be working from home till Corona clears out. No power (Gen) support, I asked for data and the hr guy said I will reach out to Admin.
3. No pension, hmo, housing scheme, transportation, I was already boiling inside of me
4. He said I am resuming as a contract staff and they will make me full staff at their convenient time. That I just heard that day.
4. I will work one year before I am entitled to leave. I will be under supervision for 2yrs and cannot leave the company within that period
5. Most annoying part is that he said it is a Christian company I nearly slap the guy.

These and many other red flags I saw.

So guys do not resign from your previous job before taking another offer. If the new offer is not good enough turn it down and continue with the old job till a better one comes.

I think the offer shd be out, written in black & white signed and submitted for your digestion before you make your decision to sign. And you only resign after you have reverted with your signature on the offer of employment letter. Nobody wise o but take good steps to safeguard yourself, many wolves are out there.

My brother, I actually feel same too. Like at least one of those guys is alive or was alive at that moment. our system should start taking science seriously. Affected accident victims need to be certified clinical dead by professionals before taking them to mortuary. And this shd be attended with sense of urgency to take them to hospital, maybe someone could be saved now or in the future, not displaying them out as if they are dead already.

I have not installed or used Prota before. But I'm sure we can get around the limitation although as a software person I should not be encouraging software piracy. I know that buying legit copies of these kinds of software cost an arm and a leg

There's a 2019 version which is the most recent I can lay my hands on. So what exactly do you want to accomplish. Looks like you installed a trial version and uninstalled it after the time trial expired planning to reinstall it again to get another 14/30 day trial. Not gonna work. When you install software in Windows, some entries are made into somewhere called the Registry. Uninstalling using Windows does not delete the entries made to the registry. You have to use specialised software for a clean uninstall. Since you have already previously uninstalled it I don't know that the crack would work even if you do a clean uninstall. My advice would be to clean your registry, then download the 2019 version with crack and install and crack it.

I actually installed a cracked version of Prota Structure 2018. It has three suites embedded. Structures, details and steel. The first two are working. The steel work the day o launched it but expired 72 hrs after.
Now I wanted to use the steel designer. I could not. I uninstalled and reinstalled,yet not working. I downloaded revouninstallerpro to clear the registry yet after reinstalling it, the steel designer still didn't work.
I am so tired. I don't even know the way forward again.

You're right, my brother. The reason why people act like this is what many fail to think about. Nigerians understand the society perfectly and how it runs that's why they are recalcitrant. They know their is no government, it's a Banana Republic. You can go away with whatsoever. We have bad people in government as examples. Judiciary is subservient to Executive and Legislative. So nobody to look up to for justice that's why they take law into their own hands and await fate and stubbornness to be their only judge.

Also I have an issue. I uninstall a software and install again but pc still reads it that my system has used the software before.

Advice needed pls.

I've been with this guy for close to four years now and its not really been a perfect relationship. Lots of ups and downs due to what I can term insecurity. At some point we're cool and the next minute issues arises just like every other relationship.

He's a good guy to some extent as he showers me with love ( my thoughts)and a lot of times he gives gifts not money though. I've had to give financial assistance to him alot of times, he returns some if he deemed it necessary and doesn't return if he so wishes. I've never complained about this and still always willing to help him out whenever he is in need. Pls note that we're both financially ok.

This gesture of me offering him financial help stopped when I realise he doesn't do same to me. I've had to test him on serval occasions that I needed financial help and he has never for once helped out on those request despite knowing he has. I never needed the money though, I made those request to know if I could actually fall back to him if I'm in need.

Last year October, I told him about my plans of getting a new car as I got tired of the one I was using. Pls note that I did not request him to buy for me neither did I ask for any support whatsoever. I contacted my source in the US with my budget and spec, was able to find one in a short time and I paid for it. All of this moves were known to him. By December, the car arrived and cleared accordingly with every expenses incurred payed by me. He gave some moral support though.

A week after getting the car, he called me one morning and started apologising for not supporting financially in getting the car which I told him I had no issues with that. I told him I wasn't expecting more than moral support from him since I could afford getting the car on my own. I also made him realise he doesn't owe me no apology as I wasn't t his responsibility since we weren't married and that even if we were married, ill always want to get my stuffs myself as long as I can afford it. The next I heard was him ranting on phone that he doesn't expect less from me, said I'm a proud and that he knew I wasn't going to be a good wife. He said he has always known I wasn't going to be a submissive wife and a whole lot of other derogatory words despite not having issues whatsoever prior to that time. I ended the call as I was so surprised he could say those mean words to me.

All through that day he didn't call back and I did not as well cos I was expecting him to realise I was hurt by his actions. A week pass and still no call from him so I decided to call him and he didn't pick. I'd sent a lot of of messages to him and has not replied to any. I'd gone to his house to check up on him and not met him too. Its been three weeks now and we haven't spoken and seen despite all of my effort to talk to him and or see.

Guys please I'm confused and do not know how to handle the issue. Pls advice.
