In the mean time, a state of emergency should be issued in rivers state and hotel owners association should be put on red alert, a swift adjustment of their check in and checkout procedures should be redesigned to at least make things difficult for his next move. Before anyone checks out from any hotel or motel, a service personnel must be mandated to confirm the state of who they checked in with.

From my small CSI movies I have watched, here are my contributions
1.The dead girls should undergo an autopsy to confirm if it's same cause of death for all of them. That establishes a pattern.
2.Even if we don't have finger prints database, they should still run DNA sampling for the dead girls so as to serve as confirmation for when they have a suspect in custody.
3.If they can establish the mode of meet up the suspect had with the girls, if it's through social media then there could be a lead.
4.For the room attendant, officers should establish who reserved the rooms, of the girls or guys. If it's the guy then thorough questioning of the attendants could yield a primary description of the suspect. Even if the girls made the reservation, the guy must have come to meet the receptionist to ask for the rooms. This will help officers get a rough idea of who they're looking for.

It's really sad that until this person or group of persons are caught they may continue doing this
