1) America is not a church claiming that it is a place of eternal truth and morality. America is a country

2) American govt has been vocal about apologising about the atrocities of the past. (Even though there is still racism today). Compared to the LDS whioh maintains that blacks were cursed until God gave a revelation to change their doctrine.

3) America is a country and a mass exodus of blacks has too many logistical problems. Where would all of them go? 30 million people? How would they fit in to foriegn cultures? What about the hole left in America by their exodus? etc.
