Overrated or not, seeing the prominence given to Benin Art & History in museums I have seen in London, Paris, Berlin and elsewhere, the Binis must have done a great job to have brainwashed the Europeans into doing so.
Prior to having internet access via mobile phone & google search, etc, many had no idea of history whatsoever.
You don't expect that people who argue here so blindly have ever picked a proper history and actually read it if not for NECO/WASCE.
If anything, the Binis don't emphasize their history enough.

People like Odenigbo and Shymex seem to focus on discrediting Benin history instead of educating us about their own "illistrious" history. A hint of envy there?

Even though I am a yoruboid Edo, one cannot claim that Edos are Yoruba people.

Considering their proximity to each other geographically, no doubt there was migration and mixing between both over millenia.

Even if we assume that Izoduwa/Ododuwa & Oranmiyan were pure Yoruba(which is most unlikely), the Benin royal family descending from a Yoruba dynasty does not make all Edos Yoruba.
The Swedish Royal Family is French but all Swedes are not French. The Windsors/Saxe Coburg Gotha are Germans but all Welsh/Irish/Scots(the English being mostly a mix of Angles/Jutes-Danes/German saxons/Normans) are not Germans. Examples abound.

Some crucial details are missing in your advert: how many rooms per flat? Are they ensuite? Are all the fees already paid for c of o in progress? Are there tenants/occupants in the house?

You may say why can't you find out these things with a simple phone call BUT putting everything upfront will inspire a measure trust.
