Make out your will before you watch that one. There's a very real danger you just might expire laughing.

Lol Cruz is so great. Bardem too; so understated and yet smoldering. I liked that there was no way you could predict how it was going to end. And the venture into unconventional relationships,thumbing a nose at the ironclad Boy-Girl marriage and insisting what was missing from Cruz and Bardem's tempestrous love was a person. Bandits explored that theme too. I liked that it didn't work out for Scarlett, who has artistic pretensions about what she wants, but all she wants is what everyone else wants. I had a good time. I just loved the performances and wish someone better had played Cristina.

Of all Bond photos one has to look at Lazenby's? Dalton can't act? I take it you hail Lazenby's acting chops or OHMSS wouldn't be your fav.

lol I wasn't aware I had a deadline. It was good, you know Woody Allen; none of his dry wit here tho. I was really impressed with the girl who played Vicki. Allen got great stuff out of her. What's with the director and Scarlett tho? She was in his last movie as well: Matchpoint. She's not hat good an actress.

It’s hard to believe Blomkamp is just 29. When aliens crash landed in Jo'Burg they're restricted to a govt camp called Distrcit 9. Their population grows until they're over a million and the place becomes alien slum quarters. MNU is charged with relocating the horde to another camp. Given SA's history, the allegory is obvious. Copley plays an MNU agent who's part of the relocation effort, but when an accident spills alien goo on his face and starts altering his DNA, his loyalties and priorities change. This is one hell of a good movie, you have to give it to SA; they're holding their own and making world class movies now. I can't say more without adding spoilers. But this is a muts-watch; one of the fresher and more original sci-fi stories to emerge in a long while. I give it 80%.

lol we all read Nick Carter, we all know Hugo and Wilhemina; it's a skeleton in everyone's closet.

My fav's, of course, Casino Royale. Great Bond, great script,great cast,so-so villain,great action,great dialogue,GREAT Bond Girl. After that, it's From Russia With Love, Live and Let Die, The Spy Who Loved Me, Goldeneye and Goldfinger.

Lazenby ruined OHMSS for me, and it was a hell of a good script. Loved Live and Let Die; the hoodoo atmosphere, so diff from other Bond flicks, and there was a black love interest for Bond. I think Moore's the only Bond to go multi-racial that way. There was that freaky weird Grace Jones in the one with Christopher Walken as the villain. All the other Bonds went WASP. I hope to see a memorable black Bond girl; Halle doesn't count.

lol If you liked Coming to America you'll definitely like Kung Fu Hustle. It's crazy and hysterically funny.A friend of mine was knocking The God Must Be Crazy 2 but I love it. Man,but there are some funny movies.

Yeah, Craig's Fleming's Bond. Fleming's writing is snootily imperialist; you'd think the British Empire was the greatest invention after gullotines and cutlery. I always want to take a sock to him. Much prefer the master, Le Carre, and mature Alistair Maclean. I'll never get what people see in Tom Clancy and his danged submarines.

Though I grew up watching him as Bond,Roger Moore is a terrible Bond. I got all the Bond films months ago and spent a week watching them all. Connery and Craig are the best, and for depth of character, I give it to Craig. Lazenby is a joke; his awful acting ruined a perfectly good script and made them go crawling back to Connery on their knees. Dalton had the worst scripts, worst supporting cast and weakest characters.

Moore made some good movies; The Spy Who Loved Me , Live and Let Die, but he doesnt come close to what a spy is. He's ridiculous and very hard to take seriously. Even Nick Carter better pass am.

The SA filmakers make one doubly embarrassed about Nollywood, a do-nothing,know-nothing bunch who are eternally beating their chests. Anyways, I tried but couldn't expend two hours on the International when I didn't enjoy it the first time. From that viewinf, I give it 40%

Roger has brown hair. He wore it natural in some Bond outings, eg, Live and Let Die, and lightened it several shades in others, like Octopussy. He's not blonde. I saw reruns of reruns of reruns of The Persuaders as a kid, his drama serial with Tony Curtis, where he plays a genteel British Lord. Not very different from how he played Bond.His real hair's dark brown. Craig, bless the cold blue steel of his eyes, is the first blond Bond.
