Jay Sean ~~~ Down.
TV/MoviesRe: Twilight: Is The Movie Worth The Whole Noise? by maedan(f): 2:22pm On Nov 26, 2009
Very correct, @ randy E; it's made up of hot chicks and guys and that's the main pull. The storyline, the dialogue has been tagged "corny" by some. But even worse films than this have got more hype, more money, and more fame for its actors.

@iice, et tu?? grin
TV/MoviesRe: Twilight Saga: New Moon by maedan(f): 1:48pm On Nov 26, 2009
oh lawd, ibro911 that review link was funnnny cheesy. People would make fun of anything angry. Not fair. I may be female but I'm sure even the hardest-hearted males would enjoy the movie too. Geez.
FoodRe: Banana Vs Orange by maedan(f): 11:28am On Nov 26, 2009
Soo true, @ VENUSS; so much effort for such a little fruit smiley. Bananas taste nicer too, and fill you up easily wink. Besides, I really just like them, no reason grin.
FoodRe: Egusi Soup Vs Obgono Soup by maedan(f): 4:13am On Nov 26, 2009

LiteratureRe: Hello? Mills & Boon Anyone? by maedan(f): 1:54am On Nov 26, 2009
LOL @ Sisi_kill & Myne White, Betty Neels was indeed annoying-we only read her those days, if one was desperate! Lol. Penny Jordan, Carole Mortimer, Anne Mather etc were d general faves.
And no, Danielle Steele never wrote M&B.
Music/RadioRe: What Are You Listening To Right Now? by maedan(f): 1:47am On Nov 26, 2009
Fallen Angel - Chris Brown
EducationRe: Mathematics Versus Law by maedan(f): 2:48pm On Nov 25, 2009
The question should have been, which is harder to pass tongue?? Because judging by even the entry-level maths used for uni's all over the world, numeracy is far harder to overcome than the other theoretical skills.

And PS, whether in Yale, Harvard or AAU Ekpoma, Law is law and it's a fantastic course but far far far easier than Mathematics!! QED tongue.
TV/MoviesRe: Twilight Saga: New Moon by maedan(f): 2:42pm On Nov 25, 2009
Yepppp, @ iice, Spawn was a looker, and he did things with his cape that could get a girl to---well, you get the general idea grin. But I do find Snipes tres sexy as Blade, esp in those skin-tight all-black costumes.

But @ topic, Vampire vs Werewolf etc--------to me, Edward is the sexiest of them all. I mean those eyeszzzzz. . . .anywayz, he takes the belt anyday wink.
TV/MoviesRe: Twilight Saga: New Moon by maedan(f): 1:53pm On Nov 25, 2009
Lol, @ comrade. But sexiest so far what? Vampire? And I was thinking about the battle at Isengard. Maybe I don't know my LOTR, but I have to confess that lately I've taken the time to sit down and watch a few, and they were great. I just have a soft spot for Van Helsing, is all.

But if you were talking about the sexiest vampire grin grin grin----then in my humble opinion tongue, it'll have to be Blade. W.Snipes is fit, and he gets the job done grin!!
LiteratureRe: Hello? Mills & Boon Anyone? by maedan(f): 1:35pm On Nov 25, 2009
Thanks for the website adds, but I do hope they're really free to read! Maybe I'll find those old faves of mine - and you're right, they're far better than the latest versions!
TV/MoviesRe: Twilight Saga: New Moon by maedan(f): 1:29pm On Nov 25, 2009
Oh okies grin. Now I remember. But the aggravator tongue was more Shola09 than you wink. LOTR is cool, it's just not a vampire movie and that's my forte grin. I loved the Two Towers LOTR though, a lot of battle scenes which my second forte grin.
FoodRe: Egusi Soup Vs Obgono Soup by maedan(f): 1:22pm On Nov 25, 2009
Not only chickened, I guinea fowled cheesy cheesy. Instead of you to help garner more votes for the better soup, you're gallivanting with ur baggages looking for a free lunch grin.

EducationRe: Mathematics Versus Law by maedan(f): 3:26am On Nov 25, 2009
When one says "degrees" you should understand it's not always in the literal sense. Though I have a physical degree in one of them (I'll leave it to your curious mind to guess which tongue cheesy), in the other, I have at least studied it to a respectable level. That's what I meant by "varying degrees".
FoodRe: Banana Vs Orange by maedan(f): 3:17am On Nov 25, 2009
I can't believe I'm actually contributing to such a topic but---- grin grin

Bananas. It's just so easy to eat; roll off the skin, and you're good to go. Oranges take a bit of time to peel - and I'm not crazy about juicy fruits. But if it came in a bottle, freshly squeezed, then maybe. . . . undecided.
EducationRe: Mathematics Versus Law by maedan(f): 3:11am On Nov 25, 2009
I have studied both in varying degrees and can safely say that Mathematics is definitely more difficult. This may be annoying to some, but anyone can study law and pass if they put their mind to it. But as for Mathematics (at any level) the case is far from the same.

LiteratureRe: Hello? Mills & Boon Anyone? by maedan(f): 2:27am On Nov 25, 2009
Yep, they still exist!! I think they just celebrated their 50th anniversary---or is it 100th tongue?? Anyway, for the true fans, you might be happy to know that those favourite writers of yours like Emma Darcy, Carole Mortimer still write even today - tho' I'm sure they must be in their 80s at least cheesy. Can't stand to read one now, but in those days, hmmn. Well letz just say it was a craze. It was fun while it lasted sha cheesy.
TV/MoviesRe: Twilight Saga: New Moon by maedan(f): 11:28pm On Nov 24, 2009
lol @ iice --- I don't remember us having differences in the past - we sound like we have the same kind of tastes, it seems to me (eg an inordinate fascination with vampires grin) No one can say any evil against R-Patz/Twilight/New Moon to me, IMO. He/the movies can do no wrong tongue cheesy.
TV/MoviesRe: Come Dine With Me by maedan(f): 12:52pm On Nov 24, 2009
Didn't see that one, @shushu, but we get all sorts on the CDWM show. I think I like that linking it idea, so you call watch the full episodes instead of in bits like on TV. It's very enlightening but more importantly, good for the laffs cheesy.
LiteratureRe: The Cyber Lover by maedan(f): 12:19pm On Nov 24, 2009
frank 3.16, I think I know what adebayo201 means by "mistress" - he always calls me that, I don't know why grin - but I guess it's a sign of regard and not what you think wink.

this one you're saying "the end is near, very near grin"----we never said we wanted it to finish quickly, just that we can't read it as fast. smiley
EntertainmentRe: Your Daily Dose Of Odd News! by maedan(f): 8:51pm On Nov 23, 2009
The Mowgli bird boy story was cute, but after that paper-skin report, these stories are getting too odd even for me grin. Nice idea though.

Don't Forget About Us - Mariah Carey.
TV/MoviesRe: Twilight Saga: New Moon by maedan(f): 8:24pm On Nov 23, 2009
ok, ibk/twinkle2 wink - noted.

I hate to sound too gushy on NL, I notice it's an unbecoming trait grin - but if in the book they went on about the gorgeousness tongue of the male lead, then Pattison did his part well to a Tee. The best parts of the film was watching him avoid, chase and fall in love with her - while she fell for him from day one. I know people say he looks like a handsome corpse with parkinsons disease (some pple are wicked o) grin, but to me he was the definition of "hot" in the first movie. I'd like to see Lautner top that in New Moon - if he can tongue cheesy.
