@OP yes o, it is perfectly normal, in short with me it is an everyday occurance, I see them every where, at work, when coming home, when going to work early in the morning, faces looking sollen, with grim and ghoulish smile, barely making it through, some are as tired as f..k while others are just stoned from drug abuse. Well, aw about we look at ds from another angle,Nigerians are generally rude and what you ditch out is what u get, some customers are also very rude with the way they adress these people, because you have paid for something doesn't mean you can treat them like trash..(No one would take that) bleep dt "customer is always right sh..t"..it is just a circle of rudeness dt keeps going aound, I for one hardly have met a rude and agressive customer care person because even when am vexed about their services, I still manage to be polite(the cute smiley face helps) with my manner of aproach..botomline is respect is reciprocal

Except from bn an hotspot for wifi connectivity, a nokia E5 can do virtually all u listed here,pdf files conversion, word and all dt good sturv...aybe you should check the phone out...I have a bb too though.
