mustymatic:In ancient Israel it was customary in the Synagogue for a common Israelite to read from the Torah on the Sabbath Day. On this particular day in Nazareth Jesus stood up to read and chose Isaiah 61 as His reading portion. He made an amazing statement: "This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears." Luke 4:17 and the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to him. Unrolling it, he found the place where it is written: Luke 4:18 "The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, Isaiah61:1 The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, |
sample042:during that time the law against incest was not given yet, human was in the state of perfection, there is no genetic defeat in human,if you observ, adam, eve ,Cain seth,Noah e.t.c all died at the age of 800years upwards but when human began to loss the perfection, the genetic defeat in human began to show effect,Abraham,Moses ,Isaac,Jacob all died at the age of 200years downward meaning human are loosing the perfection in them, so God command Moses to number isreal and then set the law of incest. |
omanifrank:someone ask this same question today and I answered it; The assumption seems to be that Cain and Abel were the first two children of Adam and Eve. Although Cain does seem to be the firstborn, the text is not clear that Abel was the second born, but only that he was the second son. Later, the narrative indicates that Adam and Eve produced "other sons and daughters." So, it is possible that Adam and Eve produced daughters between the births of Cain and Abel. It is also likely that others sons and daughters were produced after the birth of Abel. We don't know how old Cain and Abel were when Cain murdered his brother, but they seem to be at least young adults, since they are both engage in a trade for their living. The second thing one notices is Cain's seeming paranoia about being found and revenge being taken against his for killing Abel. The only way this makes sense is if the brothers and sisters of Abel were upset that Cain had killed their brother. Although the period of time between the birth of Cain and the death of Abel is not given in the Bible, it would seem that this period was probably over 100 years, since the birth of Adam's next son, Seth is said to have occurred when Adam was 130 years old. Adam and Eve could have produced many daughters during that period of time. So, the Genesis narrative suggests that Cain had other brothers and sisters when he was exiled by God. One of those sisters married Cain (or more likely had already been married to Cain when he killed his brother), became pregnant and gave birth to Enoch somewhere east of Eden. Many people will say Cain practice Inbreeding. However, all of these events happened before the law was given. According to the Apostle Paul, when there is no law, there can be no violation of the law or sin. So, since the law against Inbreeding was not given until thousands of years later, there was no theological problem with Cain marrying his sister. for the Law brings about wrath, but where there is no law, there also is no violation. ( Romans 4:15) After man became to loose the perfection in them which causes man to die below 200,God notice the genetic defeat in man and He command Moses to number isreal and after that he set the law of Inbreeding: Leviticus 18:6-18 "'No one is to approach any close relative to have sexual relations. I am the LORD. Do not dishonor your father by having sexual relations with your mother. She is your mother; do not have relations with her. Do not have sexual relations with your father's wife; that would dishonor your father. Do not have sexual relations with your sister, either your father's daughter or your mother's daughter, whether she was born in the same home or elsewhere. Do not have sexual relations with your son's daughter or your daughter's daughter; that would dishonor you. Do not have sexual relations with the daughter of your father's wife, born to your father; she is your sister. Do not have sexual relations with your father's sister; she is your father's close relative. Do not have sexual relations with your mother's sister, because she is your mother's close relative. Do not dishonor your father's brother by approaching his wife to have sexual relations; she is your aunt. Do not have sexual relations with your daughter-in- law. She is your son's wife; do not have relations with her. Do not have sexual relations with your brother's wife; that would dishonor your brother. Do not have sexual relations with both a woman and her daughter. Do not have sexual relations with either her son's daughter or her daughter's daughter; they are her close relatives. That is wickedness. Do not take your wife's sister as a rival wife and have sexual relations with her while your wife is living.'" |

Rilwon:I ask you to explained to the op using the quran and you say I am disgracing my self? Delude dude. |
Rilwon:this is what the op ask: If Jesus's body rose from the dead, where exactly does his body physically exist presently? I've heard he is physically in heaven, but how is that so? It would imply heaven is physical, for only physical things exist in an area and thus take up space and thus have mass. Where is his body currently? And the op seems to agreed Jesus is in heaven but how is it possible with his physical body?which I say his physical body was glorified and refined, the body we have here is not the same body with Jesus physical body in heaven, it is only when we all made it to heaven, our physical body will be glorified like His(Jesus) and we shall be like him. 1 John 3:2 Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. The simple answer to the op which you fail to grab, yes, Jesus body was in heaven and the body was glorified,"a refined by fire" Are you afraid to give your explanation? Because I may notice your lies? |
Rilwon:dull muslim full of insult, were is Jesus body right now? Are you doubting the quran? |
Rilwon:the op ask were is Jesus physical body? And I say in heaven, I support it with biblical explanation and verses. Because the quran has shot your brain, you cannot comprehend simple explanation. Jesus ascend physical to heaven and his body was glorified in heaven in Revelations 1:12-18 it says; 12 When I turned to see who was speaking to me, I saw seven gold lampstands. 13 And standing in the middle of the lampstands was someone like the SON OF MAN . He was wearing a long robe with a gold sash across his chest. 14 His HEAD and his HAIR were WHITE LIKE WOOL, AS WHITE AS SNOW . And his EYES WERE LIKE FLAMES OF FIRE . 15 His FEET WERE LIKE POLISHED BRONZE REFINED in a FURNACE , and his VOICE THUNDER LIKE MIGHTY OCEAN WAVE. 16 He held seven stars in his right hand, and a sharp two-edged sword came from his mouth. And his face was like the sun in all its brilliance. This verse indicate his body was glorified"REFINED" the word refined mean the physical body on earth was refined in other word glorified, and when we see him, we shall be like him. I want to read your explanation base on the quran, where is Jesus right now? |
Rilwon:the quran say Jesus is in heaven, Allah raised him up bodily into his presence. But you say "you are still on course to know where he is" meaning you are beginning to doubt Allah word in the quran. |
Rilwon:are you doubting the quran? Dint the quran say Jesus is in heaven? |
Rilwon:are you dull? Is everything copy and paste to you? |
mustymatic:the bible does not need to say "it's perfect" this will sound like boastful,to who God is boastful too? Human?. But the bible say every word spoken by the prophet and apostles were inspired by God ,they were moved by the power of the holy spirit.meaning it was perfect from the BEGINNING and the word of God needed no perfection. |

ojimbo:The Bible is clear that Jesus rose physically from the dead in the same body that had died (Luke 24:39) and then ascended into heaven as a man, in His physical body (Acts 1:9; Luke 24:50-51). It would make no sense for Him to have done this if He was simply going to ditch His body and stop being man when He arrived in heaven. That Christ continued being man, with a physical body, after His ascension is confirmed by the fact that when He returns, it will be as man, in His body. He will return physically. Philippians 3:21 says that at His Second Coming, Christ "will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory." This verse is clear that Jesus still has His body. Revelation 1:7 say: "Look, he is coming with the clouds," and "every eye will see him, even those who pierced him"; and all peoples on earth "will mourn because of him." So shall it be! Amen. This verse is crystal clear, Jesus still has his body and ALL human will see him when HE return, you don't see spirit,do you? So Jesus still has his body And 1john3:2 say: " Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall SEE HIM AS HE IS." |
mustymatic:before it is not perfect but NOW it is? |
menesheh:muhammed inspiration was different from the bible prophet.if you say beliving in God is a stupid idea, why are you here? To seek for answer that disturb you? the Bible actually tells believers to test everything ( 1 Thessalonians 5:21). No other "holy" book tells its readers to actually put what it says to the test. The Bible can make such a statement because it passes the tests of truthfulness that no other "holy" book can. God Himself in His revelation to Isaiah stated, "Come now, and let us reason together..." God, the Creator of humans and human reasoning ability wants us to use that ability to determine His plan of salvation. The Bible encourages people to use their minds. In fact, the Bible says that God created humans and endowed them with a mind so that they would use it.The Bible says that God and Jesus Christ will test the minds (as well as the hearts) of people. One of the most important prophecies to Christianity, the prophecy of the New Covenant, fulfilled in the coming of the Messiah, Jesus of Nazareth, describes the changes God does in both the heart and the mind of those who are transformed. The Bible says that those who do not believe do so, in part, because of deception in their minds. This deception leads to hostility to God and defiling of their minds and consciences. The mind is also very important in the life of a Christian. The Christian is encouraged to set his "mind on the things above." We are also encouraged to direct our "mind to know, to investigate, and to seek wisdom and an explanation." |

menesheh:you need to understand the meaning of inspiration first. In 2 Timothy 3:16, we are told that all Scripture is inspired. The word used for inspiration is theopneustos which means“God-breathed,” implying that what was written had its origin in God Himself. In 2 Peter 1:21 we read that the writers were “carried along” by God. Thus, God used each writer, including his personality to accomplish a divinely authoritative work, for God cannot inspire error. The Bible speaks many times of its inspiration: In Luke 24:27,44; John 5:39; and Hebrews 10:7, Jesus says that what was written about him in the Old Testament would come to pass. Romans 3:2 and Hebrews 5:12 refer to the Old Testament as the Word of God. We read in 1 Corinthians 2:13, “This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit.” This is corroborated in 2 Timothy 3:16, as we saw above. In 1 Thessalonians 2:13, Paul when referring to that which he had written says, “…you accepted it not as the word of men, but as it actually is, the Word of God…” Peter speaks of the inspiration of Paul’s writings in 2 Peter 3:15-16, where he maintains that, “…Paul also wrote to you with the wisdom that God gave him. He writes the same way in all his letters…” Earlier, in 2 Peter 1:21 Peter writes, “For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along [moved] by the Holy Spirit.” And then finally in Revelation 22:18,19 the writer John, referring to the book of Revelation states, “…if anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life…” |
menesheh:you say the evidence Jesus exist? The Gregory calender recognised the existence of Jesus hence they name him after the calendar. |
dalaman:according to evolution, All life on Earth evolved from a single- celled organism that lived roughly 3.5 billion years ago, a new study seems to confirm. |
Scholar8200:Amen my brother. |
menesheh:what does the B.C and A.D means? Even science can not give you 100% evidence. |
shahydbinaliyu:what are you saying here? I ask, in what culture is a man adress by his mother name? And you are saying rubbish here!!! Who is the father of Jesus? Why will God interrupt the process of procreation just for Jesus to have the virgin birth? The quran never give reason why Jesus was born of a virgin birth. |
dalaman:correct me if am wrong, doesent this debunked evolution ? |
mustymatic:quran 5:3 ....This day have I perfected for you your religion and completed My favor on you and chosen for you Islam as a religion; You only perfected an imperfect thing. Why do Allah need to perfected islam ?doesn't this mean when islam begin, it was not perfect? |
mustymatic:Does the quran need perfection? No need to explained to you about the pre-existence of God, you did not understand. |
menesheh:evidence for what? |
dalaman:I ask you a question and you reply it with a question? Because I don't want to prolonged the argument that why I accept your explanation of the claimed of this gods, there are many question that if I ask you, gradually you will notice the lies of this gods, so pleased can you answer the question I ask first? |
dalaman:good of you to bring this up, now the next thing you will do to know if the claimed of this gods are true is this; which people did this gods created first and see if it historical accurate. |
People will often say that they cannot accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior until they are 100% convinced or certain that He is who He said He is or that the Bible is true. This level of proof is not possible in this universe and is unreasonable. Even in science, the standard level of proof is 95% Requiring that one is 100%certain of the reliability of the Bible is just an excuse for unbelief. There is a difference between being 100% convinced that the entire Bible is true and being 100% committed to Jesus on the basis of what we know is true. We cannot know with 100% certainty that all of the Bible is true, especially since there are many prophecies which have not yet been fulfilled. However, from what we know to be true, we can make a 100% commitment. We do this every day of our lives in many areas. For example, most of us travel to our place of work. I travel by bus and get into the van five days a week committed to going to work, although I do not know with 100% certainty that I will get there. The important thing is to be 100% committed to Jesus. It is the will of God that everyone believe in His promises and His word. If you pray for God to increase your faith and belief, He will do it, since He wants your complete confidence in Him. Ask Jesus to help you with your unbelief. The Holy Spirit gives a tremendous testimony to us that our faith in the gospel is true and that we have become children of God. Before I became a Christian the Holy Spirit was not in my life, although I would occasionally become aware I was not in God's will. However, when I accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior, The Holy Spirit began convicting me of changes I needed to make in my life. The more I have followed the promptings of the Holy Spirit, the more He has revealed to me and the more I know His voice. Every disciple of Jesus Christ is indwelt by the Holy Spirit. However, if you do not feel the Holy Spirit in your life, I encourage you to pray to be filled with the Spirit. |
