Empiree: I dont necessarily remember but kindly quote me so i know what you talking about cuz i dont know where you going with your indirect question. Thanks Empiree: God Almighty already had His plans in place way before He created Adam. Why He created Him (and his progeny) best known to God. We believe from all indications and reference(s) from Quran that Adam was created in Heavens. The fact is Adam(as) was created for earth. Chapter 2 (al-Baqarah) verses 30-39: The Creation "When your Lord said to the angels, “I am going to place a vicegerent on the earth,” the angels said, “Will You place on the earth the one who shall act wickedly in it and shed blood; whereas we sing Your praise and glorify You?” Allah said, “Surely I know what you do not know.” And [after creating Adam] Allah taught Adam all the names. Then He presented those to the angels and said, “Tell me the names of these if you are true [in what your assumption that you are more superior than Adam].” They said, “Glory be to You! We have no knowledge except what You have taught us. You are surely the All-Knowing, the Wise.” [Then] He said, “O Adam! Tell them the names of those [persons].” When Adam told them those names, Allah said [to the angels], “Didn't I say to you that I know the unseen things of the heavens and the earth, and I know what you manifest and what you hide.” And [remember] when We said to the angels, “Prostrate before Adam.” All of them prostrated except Iblis, who refused and was haughty, and [thus] he became one of the unbelievers. In Paradise: [After creating Hawwa}, We said, “O Adam, Dwell you and your wife in the Garden and eat from it [freely] as many [things] as you wish; but do not approach this tree, otherwise you will become one of the ¨alimeen اَلظَّالِمِيْنَ .”
But the Shaytan made them slip (اَزَلَّهُما) from that [Garden by luring them to eat the fruit of the forbidden tree] and thus got them out from the state [of felicity] in which they had been. So We said [to Adam, Hawwa, and the Shaytan that, “All of you] get down [from the Garden to the earth] some of you being the enemies of the other, and there is on the earth your abode and the necessities [of life] for a [fixed period of] time.” [Adam felt ashamed and intended to ask Allah's forgiveness.] So Adam learnt some words from his Lord, and Allah turned to him mercifully (تَابَ عَلَيْهِ). Surely He is the Most- Forgiving, the Merciful. We said, “All of you get down from the Garden. [Once you are on the earth], a guidance will certainly come to you from Me: whosoever follows My guidance, there will be no fear for them nor shall they grieve. But those who disbelieve and reject Our revelation, they are the inmates of the Fire, in it they shall abide.” Chapter 7 (al-A'râf) verses 19-25 [Allah said,] “O Adam! Dwell you and your wife in the Garden and eat from wherever you wish; but do not approach this tree, otherwise you will become one of the ¨alimeen اَلظَّالِمِيْنَ”
Then the Shaytan instilled temptation into them so as to reveal to them their private parts that were hidden from them. He said, “Your Lord has only prohibited you from this tree lest you both become rulers, or lest you become immortals.” [To ensure that his temptation will work, the Shaytan] swore to them both that, “Truly, I am a sincere adviser for you.” Thus he misled them by delusion. So when they tasted [the fruit of] the tree, their private parts became manifest to them, and both of them started to cover themselves with the leaves of the Garden. Their Lord called out to them, “Did I not prohibit both of you from this tree and say to you that the Shaytan is your open enemy?” They said, “Our Lord! We have been unjust to ourselves (¨alamna ظلمنا أنفُسَنا); and if You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we shall surely be among the losers.” Allah said, “Get down [to the earth], some of you being the enemies of the others; and there is on the earth your abode and necessities [of life] for a time.” He said, “Therein you shall live, therein you shall die, and from it you shall be raised [again].” The above show that Adam Peace be upon him) was created in Heavens for earth. However, Islam does not ascribe mankind's life on earth as a punishment, rather as part of God's plan. Hope this helps. Empiree: I dont necessarily remember but kindly quote me so i know what you talking about cuz i dont know where you going with your indirect question. Thanks |

Rilwayne001: Dear truthman2012.
What is the different between the alleged carnal knowledge and the spiritual knowledge of the bible?
And here comes the escape route.
The same spiritual explanation that led christianity to over 44000sects. There is nothing spiritual here, this same spiritual led catholic to regard mary as the mother of God. Do you agree with the doctrines of catholic ? The fact that you guys comprehend the bible spiritually shouldn't make you guys differ at all, don't you think?
Which makes the notion that jesus died for the sin of mankind a fallacious claim.
Then what will be fate of those before him, and those that never get to hear about him.
Lets check ezekiel 18:
Eze 18:2 "What do you people mean by quoting this proverb about the land of Israel: "'The fathers eat sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge'? <<< The fact that Yahweh was asking the question of children inheriting the father's sin as above shows that He himself is not even aware of such thing. lets continue. Eze 18:3 "As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, you will no longer quote this proverb in Israel. <<< Now, I ask myself a question here that is yahweh dead? why is truthman quoting this proverb again when yahweh said as long as he live no one will quote such proverb again. But as we can see today, christians are quoting as truthman did up here. Is this another lie or inconsistency? Eze 18:4 For every living soul belongs to me, the father as well as the son--both alike belong to me. The soul who sins is the one who will die. <<< According to the underlined, how could Jesus have died for our sin when actually the soul that sin is the one that will die?
Away from here lets go to verse 14 an evil father is been talked about in the preceeding verse, the father he has done all detestable thing in the eyes of the Lord, the father has been condemned to die already, so what will be the faith of his son.
Eze 18:14...17 "But suppose this son has a son who sees all the sins his father commits, and though he sees them, he does not do such things:...... He withholds his hand from sin and takes no usury or excessive interest. He keeps my laws and follows my decrees. He will not die for his father's sin; he will surely live. << Truthman, please what does it mean to die and to live in the bible? Eze 18:19 "Yet you ask, 'Why does the son not share the guilt of his father?' Since the son has done what is just and right and has been careful to keep all my decrees, he will surely live. <<Yet you truthman and other deluded xtian said I shared in the guilt of Adam? Since I have done what is right I just, since I didnt follow the footstep of my father by disobeying God, since i have been keeping his laws and decree, why should I share im his decree again Eze 18:20 The soul who sins is the one who will die. The son will not share the guilt of the father, nor will the father share the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous man will be credited to him, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against him.
Truthman2012 please point out the difference between the above verse and the verse of the Quran that says: Quran 17v15: Whosoever choose to follow the right path, follows it but for his own good, and whoever goes astray, did to his own hurt, and no bearer of burdens shall be made to bear another’s burden.
Do you want more precepts? ask and it shall be given.
So sire.
if the original sin is inherited and children are born into sin,Jesus would not have awarded “innocence” and “pure” state to them, neither would he have said in,
Mathew 18verse3: and said, verily I say unto you, except ye be converted and become as little children, ye shall not enter the kingdon of heaven. would he?
Furthermore, I asked Ifeann a question on the second page where I said, the punishment God allegedly punish eve with is to suffer pain in delivering offspring, And I asked since jesus death is to cancel the adamic sin, why are women still delivering offspring in pain?
If you believe the 10 commandments is to curb the sinfullness nature of man, then of what purpose is the alleged dying for sin of mankind? Did Jesus ever condemn these 10commandments? are xtians still oberserving it or not?
And those who do not, are they still attached with the adamic sin?
So now Jesus is not GOD again?
You are acting like a novice sir.
We have argued trinity on this board over and over. First, John 5:7 is manipulation and a deceit by trinitirians, even other trinitarians like you do not use it in arguement cus they are all aware that its a fraud. Do you want to argue Genesis 1:26?
The fact that you admit that the father was in heaven protecting it while jesus was on earth shows that they are distinct. don't you think?
Matthew 9:12-13 He says: “Go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.” .
In order to be saved,Jesus insists we have to repent of sin. Therefore, his ministry is devoted to calling sinners to repentance.
Now, from the underlined, who are the righteous? are they not also affected with the adamic sin since you claimed that we have all shared in it? why is jesus calling the sinners alone? I have explained the book of ezekiel for you, but you keep on repeating it. The bible is very clear, the soul that sinneth, it shall die, no man will pay for the sins of another,BUT wickedness of a man can affect his children. When adam sinned, why dints God just punished him? Did God create you with suffering?adam fall was the reason sinned enter this world, that why bible say with ONE man(adam) sin enter the world; Romans 5:12 Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned. And through one man, salvation came; 1 Corinthians 15:21 So you see, just as death came into the world through a man, now the resurrection from the dead has begun through another man. But the sin in the book of ezekiel was not talking about spiritual death,if you read from verse 1 to the end you will understand the context. |

truthman2012: Your explanation or interpretation remains unacceptable. Let your conscience be your judge.
''Are they seeking a RELIGION other than Allah's'' ? This is referring to humans not stars, animal or sea as these can not SEEK any religion.
Let me ask you: Do plants, animal, sea, star etc accept islam? Do they posses the WILL to accept or reject islam? Do they have any choice to have accepted islam unwillingly? I tell you the truth, your interpretation is an error.
Your attempt to defend allah as not forcing people fails woefully. As I said earlier, the evidences against allah being unstable are overwhelming. Apart from Quran 3:83 in contention, look at these evidences of allah forcing people to islam after he had said there is no compulsion in religion. I promise you I will be bringing them as we proceed:
Qur'an (8:39) - “And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allah) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allah Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allah), then certainly, Allah is All-Seer of what they do.”
Fight the people till there is no other religion apart from islam after saying there is no compulsion in religion. How reliable is allah's word? This is not the character of the true God. The Devil is a liar.
Next! God bless you. This muslims can lie very much, plants have the FREEWILL to chose? What happened if they(plants) do not submits to Allah WILL? Killed them? Do plants possessed emotions? The guy is a very good liar. |

[quote author=AlBaqir post=32463300][/quote]let focus on where it say "there is no compulsory in religion"surah 2:256 is for non muslims but surah 2:257 is for muslims;
Q 2:256: “There is no compulsion in religion. The right direction is henceforth distinct from error. And he who rejecteth false deities and believeth in Allah hath grasped a firm handhold which will never break. Allah is Hearer, Knower.”
Q 2:257: “Allah is the protecting guardian of those who believe. He bringeth them out of darkness into light. As for those who disbelieve, their patrons are false deities. They bring them out of light into darkness. Such are the rightful owners of the FIRE [of HELL]. They will abide therein [forever].”
Believers are warned not to slip into disbelief, and disbelievers are warned to become believers or else" FIRE [of HELL]" . In other words, according to this passage, there is compulsion in Islam, despite the initial “no compulsion” statement. And also , the truth of Islam is so obvious and clear that only a fool, an evil fool worthy of eternal damnation (2:257). Verse 18:29, itself, bears some similarities to the 2:256-257 pair:
Q 18:29: “Say: (It is) the truth from the Lord of you (all). Then whosoever will, let him believe, and whosoever will, let him disbelieve. Lo! We have prepared for DISBELIEVERS FIRE. Its tent encloseth them. If they ask for showers, they will be showered with water like to molten lead which burneth the faces. Calamitous the drink and ill the resting-place!”
The policy in the Koran does not appear to be “Believe it or not,” but instead is “Believe it or ELSE!” The damnation of disbelievers in 2:257 and 18:29 is consistent with Allah’s policy throughout the Koran.Infacte this verses contradicts the verse muslims claimed"no compulsory in religion"
Q 76:29-31: “Verily! This (Verses of the Qur’an) is an admonition, so whosoever wills, let him take a Path to his Lord (Allah). BUT YOU CANNOT WILL, UNLESS Allah WILL. Verily, Allah is Ever All-Knowing, All-Wise. He will admit to His Mercy whom He will and as for the Zalimun, (polytheists, wrong-doers, etc.) He has prepared a painful torment.”
Q 10:99-100: “And if thy Lord willed, all who are in the earth would have believed together. Wouldst thou (Muhammad) compel men until they are believers? IT IS NOT FOR ANY SOUL TO BELIEVE SAVE BY THE PERMISSION of Allah. He hath set uncleanness upon those who have no sense.”
The truth is " disbelievers will be punished in this world by Allah and by Muslims who are acting according to Allah’s policies (i.e., the Koran and Mohammad’s example)." |

Christianity Etc › Re: Did Jesus Die for Our Sin? Which Sin? Ifeann Should Please Come In by malvisguy212: 3:58pm On Apr 07, 2015 |
truthman2012: My brother, the Devil is a very wise spirit and the bible recognizes it as such. The greatest success he has made in this world is islam with a population of about 1.8 billion.
As you rightly said, his waiting for 600+ years after Jesus before he introduced islam was on purpose. He waited for many generations at which time people had lost record of what happened in their own family talkless of other peoples family. He then lied to Muhammad that Abraham accompanied Ishmael and his mother, Hagai to Mecca where they built Kaaba. He never said what led him to drive Ishmael and from where. This is to create a belief that Kaaba was originally built by a prophet of God. Contrary to this, the bible proves that neither Abraham nor Ishmael ever lived in Mecca.
Another reason he waited for that long is to strategize. Firstly, he ordained war for muslims so that they could force people to submit, knowing fully well that people are afraid of death and knowing that Christians would not fight back, yet they say there is no compulsion in religion and that islam is a religion of peace. Saying something and doing another. This is not the character of the true God.
Secondly, he permitted muslims to marry many wives knowing that Christians marry only one. This is to make his faithfuls outnumber the Christians so that they can dominate the world and this is seriously working as planned. Not only that, he permits them to change old wife for a young one, so that after the old cannot bear children again, the young one will take over. Tell me, when did God start giving such permissions?
Thirdly, he makes islam attractive to human nature, man's carnal nature after fall by Adam and Eve. Muslims could sleep with any woman including slaves. He ordained that they could commit adultery. Infact quran 4:24 states they could pay a woman to sleep with her, known as temporary wife. On top of it, he promised them many virgins in heaven with the men having eternal erection, as if all they do in heaven is sex. When did God start permitting such disgusting things.
He tried to introduce another abomination in the sight of God by enjoining Muhammad to marry the wife of his adopted son and also enjoins others to follow. Why should God direct his prophet to marry the wife of another man? Where did that happen before in God's dealing with man? I find it strange why sane muslims, even the highly educated ones could not detect allah and his manipulations. It is a pity. Since allah said it was no more wrong for men to marry their adopted sons' wives, why did he cancel adoption subsequently? Didn't he know he would cancel it before he permitted his faithfuls to copy Muhammad? I believe allah could not see the future.
He (allah) had to discredit the bible in order to introduce his own, quran. He claimed men have tampered with the Jews' and Christians' Scripture. The same allah said nothing can change his word (Quran 6:115). If he was the speaker in the earlier Scriptures, what justification does he have to say men changed his word after he had said nothing can change it? The quran is full of spiritual deception.
Bro., there are many more to talk about islam of Muhammad's allah later if the Lord tarries. I said allah of Muhammad because the Arabs call anything they worship allah, not necessarilly the God of heaven. It is clear that Muhammad's allah does not possess the holy character of the Father of Jesus, neither does he possess his power as his greatest prophet could not perform miracles. Good talk bro, nice one. Only if the muslims believe in the miraculous name of Jesus, this spell will be broken, but no, satan manipulate them not to believe in his name, some muslims will still claimed they believe in Jesus, but the bible say "even the demon believe in him and stumbled" good talk. |

davien: How did you know that? If it's by reading and accepting claims that support your argument wouldn't the reverse be the case for people that accept the non-canon accounts of "jesus" being a deviant?
It's true, high position doesn't guarantee honesty.....that's why extraordinary claims by less honorable people are far less taken as credible... Plus we don't just take things at face value by people of high position....evidence must also support it..
Ask yourself one thing.... Did ancient people refute their own myths?
An example is our yoruba myths, did any yoruba person at the time refute the myth? Adjustment not.
And because they didn't doesn't automatically make it true... lol..... If nobody ever recorded a historical "jesus" not even listed the extraordinary events the character was involved in then what body do you expect them to look for? Regardless of whether believers tagged an empty tomb as the characters resting place, it's as much an evidence as an empty vase of cookies means the cookie monster was responsible...
Those aren't even questions to begin with, they are a confirmation bias that most Christians bring up to try to rationalize faith.... Les honourable men that make a scientific claimed, science do not confirmed until now.humans are created in the image of God ( Genesis 1:28–29), we are uniquely gifted to discover and utilize these universal ideas. The mind of God provides a framework for rational human thought (whether believer or nonbeliever). So when we use our minds, we are “thinking thy [God’s] thoughts after thee.” The apostle John describes Jesus as “the true light that enlightens every man” (John 1:9). If the ressurection did not occurred, we wouldn't be discussing about it, in the days of the early church, there are more critics of the gospel then nowadays, this critics are determined to put an end of All the ressurection story, but why dint they do it if they believe is a false doctrine? http://www.churchhistory101.com/century2.phpThe Roman persecutes the early church and they killed peter and Paul, why? Because they preach about the ressurection, why dint they disprove the ressurection story? |

boykas: ifean.. I don't know where you got your quote from..but from my own Qur'an translation q 3:55. When God said: "O Jesus, I will take you to Myself and exalt you, and rid you of the infidels, and hold those who follow you above those who disbelieve till the Day of Resurrection. You have then to come back to Me when I will judge between you in what you were at variance." explanation Allah didn't kill Isa..He got rid of the infidel for him...is only Allah can judge any body
and for q5:117
I said nought to them but what You commanded me: Worship God, my Lord and your Lord. And so long as I dwelt with them I was witness over their actions. And after my life had been done, You were their keeper; and You are a witness over all things.
seriously I don't know where u got ur own from.. But belive me..if u knew this and use it to condemn the religion..i won't judge you but Allah. Because He knows best you have said nothing, Jesus clearly died before his ascension. The words of Jesus in this Qur’anic verse(Surah 5:117) clearly show: 1. When Jesus was with his disciples on earth, he bore witness to them. 2.But then Allah caused him to die. 3. And now in heaven, Jesus says that Allah alone watches over them at present. In the above Qur’anic verse, the term “die” is translated from the Arabic word, “mutawaffika.” The term “mutawaffika” occurs over 25 times in the Qur’an, and in each case it refers to the death of someone. Especially enlightening is its usage in Surah 39:42: “It is Allah that takes (mutawaffika) the SOULS (of men) at DEATH; and those that die not (He takes) (m utawaffika) during their sleep: those on whom He has passed the decree of death.” (Yusuf Ali) Thus, it is important to note that if Qur’an translators (like Yusuf Ali) prefer to use another phrase such as, “Thou didst take me up” (mutawaffika) instead of “Thou didst cause me to die” (mutawaffika) in their translations, it means the same thing in the Arabic Qur’an. It means death. |

However, if Christianity is true, then those who do not believe should fear death, since the fate of believers and non-believers is quite different.
WHY JUDGMENT? The consistency of the physical laws of the universe are reflection of God's unchangeable and righteous nature. In order to be consistent and righteous, God must judge every behavior that is not consistent with His. Therefore, any ungodly behavior must be judged and condemned by God in order for Him to retain His righteousness. A common myth is that God "grades on the curve" and "as long as I behave better than most people, He will allow me into heaven." God's righteousness is absolute, not relative.
WHY FEAR? All spiritual creatures ( angels, and humans) recognize that their spirits are eternal and that they will go through judgment of God, based upon their adherence to the laws of God. The Bible says that knowledge of God's existence and the eternal nature of the human spirit has been revealed to all people: Ecclesiastes 3:11>>>>
He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end.
NO FEAR; There are many possibilities on the existence of God. Atheists say that God doesn't exist and that death results in the end of individual existence. There should be nothing to fear from death, since your brain just shuts down. Deists say that God exists, but doesn't have any interests in humanity. So, there is no heaven/hell and death ends it all, as in atheism. Many other religions claim a god or gods, but none seem to be interested in punishing human beings.Islam say if your good deed outweigh your bad deed, you will be favour, although this seems like a punishment to sinner that may lead to fear but this ease up the fear (if I can do enough). It is only Christianity that says that death brings judgment to the unrepentant. So, if you go by the odds, either death brings the cessation of existence or some kind of paradise that is open for everybody. It is irrational to fear this kind of uncertainty. So, the only kind of uncertainty that should be feared is whether or not Christianity is true.
ENDING FEAR; If you want to relieve your fears about death, you should try to determine if Christianity is true or false. The assignment is not too difficult. It isn't as if you need to examine every religion on the face of the earth - just one. Unlike the other religions, which generally go uncriticized, there are numerous objections to Christianity, especially by atheists. It's as if they know that Christianity is the only religion that seriously challenges their atheism. So, you are going to live in fear and doubt until you deal with the question of whether Christianity is true or not. Visit the atheists' websites. Visit the Christian sites. Get informed and make a rational decision.
CONCLUSION; So to my atheists friends. If you fear death, yet believe that God does not exist, then you are being irrational. Then again, maybe you uncertain whether death is the end of your existence. ARE YOU READY TO DIE? |

Misogynist2014: Sorry I gave a wrong reply. This verse answers your question For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 ► All we need do is believe.
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. thank you. |
