Garri water worked for me too then, Ijebu Garri. hubby was sarcastically asking if they won’t have to shake off Garri from his baby’s skin during delivery cos that was my only drink.

i don’t know, but me i do use my body-cream from conception till delivery and it does not affect my baby. Other mamas can respond.

I went into the theatre with 30% and was discharged with 27% during my last CS at my general hospital. My pcv is currently @ 33%, I know I’ll be asked to do another one before delivery.

since Covid 19 started, some stopped allowing people come in except visiting hours

when u see other mothers coping, u will cope�. That’s general hospital for u. You will even heal fast that people won’t know u did CS when u get home but it’s not easy sha

Don't worry whichever one it is, I'm sure you'll love it. Some babies come out with very full hair and after barbing that hair, you will begin to see the original if e go plenty or not. Me that I have a very full and long hair, I noticed my hair length has reduced to the extent that I was combing outside and my neighbour mentioned it. I just hope as e dey short for my head, e dey long for my baby’s head oo

i barbed my boy’s half plot hair three times before our 1st birthday to get a fuller hair and we were able to barb a fine style with patten��

I know 3 people that took pregnacare and trust me, their daughters didn't come out with any full hair. One could practically count the hair on their head even though the mum's have plenty hair

I used pregnacare for during my first pregnancy, my boy was fresh and handsome with halfplot hair, my second that I used another brand, he is handsome with fuller hair. I don’t think it has to do with any brand. Just use your prenatal drugs religiously plus you and ur hubby’s gene.

Excess folic acid cant mk u have baby with autism... It is excess of vitamin B12 dt causes autism in babies... N dis can nva happen unless maybe u ve being taking B12 far b4 u were pregnant... Lets say 6/7months b4 u fall pregnant... N mind u, u can nva have excess of folic acid in u, instead one can lack folic acid, reason women who want to get pregnant to first pump demselves wit folic acid b4 even planning to get pregnant n after dey eventually get pregnant till 12weeks of pregnancy to avoid giving birth to babies wit spina fida... But after 12weeks u may chose to continue folic acid or stop takin folic acid but as 4 me i chose to continue even after i give birth cs my body too need it, no b only baby sabi better tin o

It is well with me then cos I hate drugs. I remembered I started using my prenatals when I’m close to 5months. Though scared but God has been with me through out my previous deliveries. I’m currently on pregnant care but I started late too and at times I miss my dose. It is well with Us.

Its only if u are negative. Since u are positive, You don’t need the injection. My hubby Is also O negative, AA too and I’m O positive AA. I have 2kids already without taking any injection

Diaper bag (someone advised to buy okrika and it is actually good) 3k

Delivery pack (all these gloves, injection and all mandated by my hospital) 7,500

And other petty things that I can’t remember for now.

Flask
Detergent
Wipes
Car seat
Breast pump and other petty things.

I gave my baby formula immediately after my CS till I was able to lactate well (stopped after our 8th day christening) and exclusively breastfed my baby for 6months

someone I know was given a drug that should reduce the throwing up at FMC in Lagos here. It worked for a while before she was later admitted and placed on drip cos hers was so severe. Just visit your hospital and lay your complaint

Its personal preference anyway. There are some stuffs I’ll be so stingy with and there are some I wouldn’t mind spending money on for the love I have for my baby. It’s choice. Laslas na give away or to resell when u are done with it but the fulfillment is the koko �.

Also pls I have a question, they asked us to do scan. My Edd from my LMP is 31st of May and m currently 27weeks. The new scan I did on Wednesday is saying 15th of May(29weeks). I don't understand which one is the accurate one to give birth. DH is even happy the thing is shifting cos his birthday is 21st of May and he wants a birthday mate.
What m I missing pls cos I don't understand

Calculate based on your LMP. That is what the doctor will request from you when u start ANC. Scan will keep giving u different dates.

Na wa o! If I may ask any idea what the blood donation is for?? And if peradventure the woman ends up not needing blood does the hospital make a refund cos i know a pint or so of blood used to be btw 16k /18k.

Its a seed(lol) u have to sow to your govt cos that is the only way there can be blood in the blood bank to use and sell to private hospitals. Par adventure blood will be needed in the cause of the pregnancy, one will need to buy. It’s 8,500 per pint here.

Have u registered? Registration is always on Wednesday, then u will need to bring your spouse later for blood donation to complete the registration. Do all your vitals. Registration and test goes for like 10k which will be deducted from your delivery fee during delivery. General hospital is no longer cheap. Vaginal delivery at Gbagada is 50k while CS is 110k minus all the buy buy. They just introduced urine check fee of 200naira this new month at every antenatal. It used to be free. Antenatal is either on mondays or Thursdays but u can visit anytime of the day/week if u have emergency complaints. I hope this helps.

M team May. 27weeks pregnant. I registered antenatal in a private hospital before especially becos it's my Hmo and Its weekends that is my antenatal days but since I resigned my family has told me to go and register with general hospital.
Gbagada general is the closest to me. I went there in my first month of pregnancy and I didn't like the way they behaved to me but this one my mum and everybody has been shouting at me to go to Gbagada Pls is anyone using gbagada pls help with review or what do I need to know abt the place(tho am not happy to go sha cos of the first impression they gave me) but my mum and family won't let me hear word

i use gbagada General Hospital for all my deliveries (CS). They have competent Gynaecologists but u have to endure the attitude of some of the female staffs. I think it’s their way in most general hospitals though they also have nice female staffs but in all their services is not so bad.

A black/white turtle neck and black/white jean is perfect too.

Then the second picture is just a net that can be recreated if you don’t want either blue or pink you can choose the cool colour just like that lady, created that one exact for 9k(material and sewing) so I prefer it than renting robe for 10-15k
You can always use the net to re- create something short and simple after birth so it won’t waste.

Remember to use a good studio and good makeup artist that will contour that big nose
