@graphicicon, Evening. If the "GREEN BUTTON" activates the Biss Key access menu in Strongest STG 9800A HD and fails in another RCU then most probably it's a software issue.
Strongest STG 9800A HD is based on Chipset SunPLUS 1506G Multi-Media Chinese mainboard [equivalent to CoBOX HD\ Q-Sat 19G HD] which basically means the same Biss Key access menu will work in all the aforementioned STBs.
On the RCU Press MENU >>>MULTI MEDIA >>1506 >>ENABLE PATCH.

CareerI Was Mocked And Tagged 'stupid', Says Airport Security Who Returned Bag by ManirBK(op): 11:19pm On Aug 23, 2018
Achi Daniel, a junior security guard at Halogen Securities Limited who returned a bag containing dollars, jewellery, wristwatches and other documents that he found at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos, on Saturday, has revealed that some of his friends mocked him for his honesty.
Speaking with journalists in Lagos on Thursday during a ceremony held to honour him and his supervisor, Francis Emepueaku, Achi said it was not his first time returning lost money in the course of discharging his duty.
The security company also rewarded the duo: Daniel and Francis with education scholarships and the sum of N250,000.
He explained that he was never overwhelmed by the contents of the bag and vowed to do same if he finds himself in a similar situation in future.
He also told journalists that he was not discouraged by those who mocked him, stating that his Christian background aided his character.
He said: “If the money was in multi-millions of foreign currencies, I would still have returned it.
He urged other Nigerians to emulate his character, insisting that it pays to be good.

Sarakichukwu looter PDP Wahala.when PMB walk down his house in daura from eid-el ground with lot of people with him including the corpers, taking picture with him, and saraki is busy going around with bullet proof car and heavy security in his home town, yet some stupid ones will still come out and abuse PMB and hail saraki..
PoliticsWhy Saraki Is Afraid Of Reconvening - APC by ManirBK(op): 10:46pm On Aug 23, 2018
The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has said the Senate President Bukola Saraki has refused to reconvene National Assembly because he is afraid of impeachment.
The APC Acting National Publicity Secretary, Mr Yekini Nabena, in a phone interview with Daily Trust yesterday, said the Senator knew that the party had the two-third majority needed to impeach him.
Nabena said Saraki was just buying time thinking that the party would negotiate with him, advising the Senate President to reconvene National Assembly in the interest of the country.
When asked whether the APC was still insisting that National Assembly should reconvene to consider INEC Budget, virements from Mr President and other issues raised by the National Chairman, he said, “Yes, because it is for the good of the country and the masses if the National Assembly reconvenes. The budget is something that will affect everybody. So, it’s not for personal interest. Budget is meant for the country. We all know that the INEC issue is still outstanding, security and other issues of economic importance.
“So, we are still insisting that Senate President should reconvene the National Assembly. His only fear - he is afraid because he knows that the numbers are there. That is why he is afraid. But he is just buying time. All what he is doing is just to buy time to negotiate with him this time around.”
Asked if the APC was insisting that he (Saraki) should resign, Nabena said, “He needs to resign from the position since he has moved to the PDP. And this is not negotiable. Nobody is negotiating with him. And if he doesn’t, he will be impeached democratically.”
When reminded that there had been argument over what actually constituted the two-third majority, the APC acting spokesman said, “That is what I’m telling you. He knows that the two-third is there. He knows. That is why he is buying time. First of all, he must understand that the country comes first before any individual interest. If that is what is going to make the country move forward, the people also know that. So, the country cannot be held to standstill because of one man. So, if he is not afraid, let him come.”

Politics69 FG’s Projects Ongoing In South-East - Lai Muhammed by ManirBK(op): 10:14pm On Aug 23, 2018
The Minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Muhammed, has reacted to a statement credited to Governors of the South-East geo-political zone that the Federal Government has failed the zone in the provision of infrastructure saying no region was left out in the present administration’s infrastructure development.
The minister said this in Ilorin on Thursday during the Buhari/Osinbajo 2019 project lecture and inauguration of ward/local government canvassers where he announced that 69 federal projects are currently ongoing in the region.

According to Muhammed "Please permit me to use this platform to rebut the statement credited to Governors of the South-East geo-political zone that the Federal Government has failed the zone in the provision of infrastructure. While this claim may have made headlines, it is totally untrue. His Excellencies were either misquoted or they were quoted out of context.
"Either way, this allegation flies in the face of available evidence. I make bold to say that no part of the country, including the South-east, has been left out of the massive infrastructural projects of this administration. In fact, a total of 69, yes, 69 federal government projects are currently ongoing in the South-east. We will soon publish the full list of the projects and the state-by-state breakdown.

"Suffice it to say that the South-East, just like other geo-political zones, got 16.6 billion Naira worth of projects from the proceeds of the 100 billion Naira Sukuk Bond, shared equally among the six zones. I have taken journalists on a tour of some of these projects in the South-East. They include the four roads being rehabilitated and reconstructed by the proceeds of the Sukuk Bond:

"Enugu-Port Harcourt Dual Carriageway Section II (Umuahia Tower-Aba Township Rail/Road Bridge Crossing in Abia State), Enugu-Port Harcourt Dual Carriageway Section I (Lokpanta - Umahia Tower) in Abia State, Outstanding section of the Onitsha-Enugu Expressway (Amansea - Enugu State Border), Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway Section III (Enugu-Lokpanta) in Enugu State.

"In addition to these roads, we also inspected the 40 billion Naira Aba-Port Harcourt section of the Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway, a strategic road linking Aba and other industrial heartland of the East with Port Harcourt, the nation’s oil hub.

"Let me say that these projects were awarded by the last Administration which, however, failed to provide funding. As a matter of fact, a section of the Enugu-Port Harcourt road, which cuts across many states, was turned to a refuse dump before this administration came to the rescue.

"Then there is the construction of the 2nd Niger Bridge, which we also inspected. The ground-breaking of the construction of the 2nd Niger Bridge was performed on 10th March, 2014 but could not take of until 2017. The bridge, which is 1.59-kilometre in length, forms part of the 11.90-kilometre project. The contractor, Julius Berger, has completed the first 3 phases of the project, which have to do with the sub-structures. They are currently on the 4th phase, which is at 70% completion stage. Some 310 of the 615 piles designed for the bridge have been sunk while massive sand-filling of the approach road has been carried out to the height of 5 metres. The target height is 7 metres. The project is being solely financed by the Federal Government."
The minister added that the South-east has never had it so good in the area of infrastructure. Saying "Had the previous administrations done even half of what we are doing now in that region, no one will be complaining today. It is alright to ask for more, but it is unfair to say nothing has been done."
