jenbost: I am struggling to makes ends meet but keep falling short on money. Tomorrow is Christmas. Already I have lost hope of Christmas clothes and shoes for my twin children but they will need food. Please, I need monetary assistance. This may not be right but it is the last resort. I live in ikorodu. If you have clothes which your children don't use again, I will be glad if you can give them to me. Taiwo and kehinde are males. They are 13yrs old. I also don't mind if you can help me with derica of rice. It will be enough for the 3 of us. Their mother has gone with another man. In case you want to send me money, here is my bank account Zenith bank 2000387916 My phone number is 08174856443 Thank you and may God bless you. Please speak with the welfare unit of your church. That should be a better approach. Do some lifestyle adjustment as well, it will help in the long run. Cheers. |

locodemy: No this for NSEPA followers...... create your own Bitcoin digital currency market pick alert(BDCMPA) ......you will get much abuses here and i am one of them.........i am ready to join you over there if you are done with the creation.... 16. Don't promote shady investments like betting, HYIP, MLM, FOREX, binary options, and cryptocurrencies on Nairaland. He can't actually. Just realized this too. By the way, Born2berich is appearing too desperate. Knock it off already. Word of advice: Before you venture into any business, don't just focus on the potential, much more importantly, learn about the risk. |

Tritri: Not by any chance...why d quest? If I remember correctly, he prefers the 100% strategy. Do your DD on PZ and UACN. There are many others but I am of the opinion that if the economy stabilizes next year, these two stocks should do a 100% effortlessly. There's little attention on them too. 9M unaudited of PZ is poor but still do your own DD. Consumer goods/conglomerates have a way of passing costs over to consumers. 2017 quarterly results could confirm this. Disclaimer: Consult your investment adviser. My post could be misleading. |

MishdaFish: IEI is being delisted from NSE, they are mopping up any offer now. If you fail to cash in now, you will be sent your cash value as a cheque (more like dividend) Called CSCS and was given the info. Yeah......I wasn't sure of the exit plans for minority shareholders in companies that are to be delisted. I guess that was the same reason why the huge offers in Evans disappeared too. There's hope for shareholders who are stuck in the likes of Dunlop, Deap, Evans and Mtech then. They have DIP (Delisting In Progress) against their symbols. Didn't know I could call CSCS for such info. |

godlyguy: I had seen this AIICO gist weeks before it got to the news, I blew the trumpet some heeded while others ignored ... Now that it is in the news many will be trapped in it until it gets to anything around #0.50k. I have warned about LIVESTOCK and several others before they will get to the news... Many companies in Nigeria are so secretive that no matter what you look out for online, they would have made so much from you before it become public knowledge.... BE SMART!!!
THE BIG SMART GUY When did you blow your trumpet and when did this news break? Please check the date. We are not kids here. Please stop forming insider. That attitude stinks. Just let your posts be useful and leave out self glorification. We will eventually notice you and accord you the respect you desire. Cheers |

austinkenneth: He shouldn't be banned in my opinion. What he mentioned has a great bearing in the economy which you're investing into. At a time that companies and people are struggling, taxes are being raised. That tells you somehow the attitude of the government to business. Imagine the impact this would have on the cost of replacement of company vehicles . On the bolded........ They can buy Naija to grow Naija. We have Innoson and Nissan, among others now assembling cars in the country. |

bolabiyi: oga, we don hear na..how much was sky selling wen u were yelling buy buy before nosediving to 0.56k....Now, its livestock..I bought livestock last week @ 0.88k..watch the price in today's session..all tins b equal, and u will know dat ur analysis is for a confused investor.. Anyone dats takes you serious is on a long thing .. I don't necessarily take his posts seriously but I read and evaluate them all the same. I do this for every post actually. For example, his post on SKYE bank chairman and CEO makes sense. I googled it, read through their profiles, noticed their association and could deduce a meaningful lead. BUT the stock market has a mind of its own. There are powerful interests behind SKYE. The appointments and government patronage confirms this. However, I would not advise anyone to take a position based on this info. If you must JIJO this stock, study the technicals before taking action. My opinion. |

richie9093: I plan on doing this as soon as possible. except I'm still trying to understand what some basic terms mean.
Assuming I sign up with a broker with 20,000 naira and let's say a company is selling shares at 0.70k per unit and I buy 10000 units that's 7,000 naira (10000 * 0.70 = 10,000 ) spent on buying shares.
does that mean I would have 13000 naira left in my account? I thought we talking stocks here not Mathematics. Okay, on a serious note...... some charges or fees apply when buying and selling. CSCS, VAT,Broker fees etc. Most significant is the Broker's fee and it varies from one house to the other. So you will have a little less than N13,000. |

Thunderlicious: do u mean it hasn't crashed enough? don't tell me u are waiting at the N1.00 bus stop When you consider the fact that Oando once traded at N2.97 this year and currently at N4.92 (crashing from a N8.05), I don't think one should jump in now. You might wanna just watch as things unfold. Not saying it can't reverse now but it won't hurt the pocket to take no action now. |

stokfrick: this morgan capital is just a mess Relax. Same trend in the past few days. If you must bail, send a mail to Morgan. On another note, always have a plan B. Don't place all your eggs in one basket (i.e don't rely on a single stockbroker). An important lesson in business not just stock trading alone. |

ExLaidback: Bros no vex o, you know say I be novice but the figure I have for Q1 2016 is c.N20B. Also the guy whose statement I quoted said PAT not PBT. Maybe we need more clarification on the results. I stand corrected but if with all the economic recession and headwinds the banks are currently facing, a bank like FBNH - that some people were even thinking will not make it after a disastrous FY 2015 - is posting N32B PAT, then except the poster made some mistake, that comes across as very good.
So with a Q1 of N20B, I can understand why a H1 (not Q2 mind you) of N32B would be a disappointment. But if its a Q2 (not H1 mind you) of N32B, then that is definitely a good result.
Anyway can you kindly recheck the figure you quoted for Q1 2016, I may have been wrong. Na me make mistake abeg. There is no way a Q2 of N32B will be disappointing. Just checked again, Q1 was actually c.N20B. I picked the OS of 35B from my excel data sheet instead. That would be a H1 of c.N52B. |

ExLaidback: Is this about FBNH? I'm not sure what those analyst want but I think considering the state of the economy and where they are coming from (near loss due to NPLs), N32B seems very good . It's like most people don't understand what banks are facing currently. N32B at Q2 is not good at all. How can a bank report a Q1 of c.N35B only for it to report N32B at Q2? A QoQ loss, that is. |
