tonyflez:Thanks Tony, Do you also do land in Ikorodu area: 700k to 850k. With light in the area, not far from tarred road and no omo onile wahala? tommdude2005@yahoo.com |
which areas of ikorodu do you have genuine land of about 750k with light and gradual development and tarred road not faraway? Any in an estate? |
Another stellar job, The Law. Does Ogombo require raft foundation generally? |
Can you fix the AC before you sell? |
Lisma, you are not answering some basic questions people are asking. Makes me wonder if really want to market thses plots or you just don't value these people enough. I think many estate agents in Nigeria need some serious training in customer service and courtesy. |
Hi there, can you give more details about this NEPA estate. Is it owned by NEPA or is it just the name? what development is on ground now? title available? Which Agbabra? I though there was one Agbara in Badagry side. How is transport in the area (buses, near tarred road), electricity etc? About from 500k, which other immediate expenses follow? you can also send more info to, tommdude2005@yahoo.com |
So IMF has not punished us enough by conniving with Babangida to devaluate the Naira and ruin Nigerian economy?? Wake up everybody (especially those kolo-mental running our affairs) and smell coffee! Very telling that they are saying this nonesense to indoctrinate "our financial economists" with their ruinous ideas to push their agenda for them. Then they can just relax in the West and make it appear as though it is our local "economists" who are cavassing for end of subsidy. Now they want to also end just about the only benefit (crumbs from the table of Shell, BP, Total, Chevreon etc) the poor masses get from Niger Delta oil. Lai lai. They have already failed. We don't have any appetite to be colonised again in any shape or form, economic or otherwise. QED. |
@ SEFAGO, Regarding Medicine, well it may be crap in your opinion but what is seen daily is far from crap. Seeing a little child with a congnital heart disease being saved through hours of grueling operation is quite remarkabe to me. Perhaps you have to see these things to appreciate it. In any case in the US, even if the formidable Saheela wanted to study Medicine, she will need a good first degree typically lasting 4 years before she can study medicine for another 4 years. Very bright students like her beginning with Biology/Neurobiology/Neuroscience/Biochemistry etc, end up studying medicine (MD) later or a combined MD/PhD for around a total of another 6 years. In fact by chosing Neuroscience she has only just positioned herself as best as she can to get into Medicine later otherwise Computer Science/Finance/Astronomy and a host of others would have been preferable. So beginning from now, she may well have 8 years of study in front of her to obtain the "crap" medical degree or even 10 years for MD/PhD! Good luck to her. She's clearly destined for greater things. |
Thanks Prince0, In your experience, how much are survey plan and C of O going for respectively in that area? Is there anyone currently developing or still a virgin land all through that stilll needs to be cleared? |
@Poster, What is currently on ground now? Any perimeter fence, people developing their property? What documentation is currently available? Global C of O process initiated? Thanks. |
What every woman must realise is that most men will cheat on them at some point. the first time can be 3 years or 25 years into marriage. I guess monogamy doesn't quite suit men. because women don't like to hear the truth, men will of course always deny it. They simply descend on you when you say the truth. Even the West that brought monogamy, cheating is a common thing here. So we're all basically wallowing in hypocrisy. I have never cheated but then I am a very busy man. Lots of people have plenty of free time to play away. Anyway, it is difficult enough meeting all the needs and attention a woman requires exept you don't mind being a poor quality dad/husband/partner. A family member was in a similar situation years back. Her fiance impregnated another girl just weeks away from wedding day. My advice was simple: if you'd divorce him if this was after your wedding, then don't marry him. If you both have enough stuff in common and you'd try to resolve it as a married couple and not walk away, then you may consider forgiving him. Afterall he can hardly do worse. I told my family member that most men will cheat given the opportunity. You must be aware of this and have no illusions. She thanked me for my straight talking. They got married and have kids now and seem happy together. If he has continued cheating, he has not been caught yet. |

@HinesHome, Like some have already posted here transparency is very important. Many people live far away from home so accurate info is crucial to invset correctly. Is there any fence on site right now? Are people already building houses in the estate or is it more for the future say years from now? Some want a place they can build and move in with family in the next one year, others for 3 years' time. Are there any schools, markets, major towns nearby? How far from Ikeja for example? If one pays now, how many weeks later can one physically take possession of the land? Awaiting your response. Thanks. |
@Poster more information about the following prperty & asking prices: 8 rooms (1.3m) and 3 bed flat (1.2 m) at lintel level at Ijoko Road Sango Ota: For both are they: Plot size? Fenced? on table non-waterlogged land? What documents/titles available? How's Omo onile issues there? How close to tarred road/transport? How far from Alausa/Ikeja/MMA? Are the buildings solid or just used to secure the land? I.e. can the buildings be retained or converted for use? How old are the buildings roughly? How much's survey plan in the area? Are you selling for the original owners? Can you send these information and pictures to: tomabay@yahoo.co.uk Thanks. I mean business. |
Spider, Am Alone and all others, More strength. Beginning and sustaining is tough but works as we can see. Ol' boy things are dear now ooo. @Am Alone, roughly which part of Ikorodu is your mini-mansion? Lol. |
Fountainfall, can you please send: (1)Price list for swimming pools (of different sizes), fountains and other water works (2)pictures of some of your works (3) the areas/cities in Naija that you work in to : tommdude2005@yahoo.com |
@ Lioness, Haba! The lady doesn't want to stay at home, open legs and just have babies only. She wants to contribute to make the young marriage financially stable. The fact that she's trying to earn money and contribute means that she's not the type to sit down and just expect from a man. So she's NO more likely to run away with Baba Olowo than any other woman. If anything perhaps less likely to do so. To some others on the forum: i doff my hat for the fine chic. If she had wanted to go home and change before going to exam centre, considering the bad roads and traffic jam on many of our roads, she might never have made it in time. Please a lot of people are suffering and smiling in Naija, if your condition is comfortable, remember others are doing their best to get there too. Congrats to the blushing bride! |
Hi A bit more details please. What's the level of of the building, lintel level, just foundation, has German floor etc?? Is it a face-me-I-punch-you tenement type or a flat? Is it cleared or overtaken by grown grass etc? Thanks. |
@Ikay88, Jammeh has no message whatsoever. Even my little niece knows that it's time for Gaddafi to go. He's only saying this to grandstand and appease the whites. We all know how some of our West African cousins tremble before white people. Gaddafi has been Jammeh's godfather all along. Probably no other African misleader frequents Libya like Jammeh. A major sycophant of Gaddafi. He should first go and account for those missing or assassinated Gambain journalists. All those whites he was addressing, how many grabbed power by gun like him? Several times a year, I see a Gambian colleague reading The Gambian Oberver. Frequent headline is: "His Excellency Prof. Dr. Sheikh Yaya Jammeh Arrives From Libya Today". Impressive academic titles for a semi-literate I might add. |
