Kaduna and the rest of the north is slowly being isolated from the rest of the country. Air travel disabled, Rail cut off, Roads blockaded. Y'all keep it up please. |
You forgot to put "Ditto" in the section for date. ![]() I recall back in primary school, 98 to be precise, was in pry 6. On this beautiful day at the assembly ground, a primary 5 boy was stripped and punished because of a love letter he sent to another female pupil, though that was a very harsh punishment. Looking back now, those teachers will wish students wrote more love letters because man, our writing culture nose dove since the coming of SM. |
Seems the truth in that statement got to your nerves. But to dey discuss about woman matters on a Monday morning before 8am is the most unserious thing to do. Even worst than going to a beer parlor at that time of the day to start downing bottles. Verysmart101: |
Is this what nairaland has turned into? On a Monday morning? This is the height of unseriousness. Who be the mod wey push this thing come front page? |
When that one take happen? Na only proforce we sell give Belarus. Oju4190: |
Its happening right in our very before. The war is here. But as long as Nigeria and Africa remain neutral, I'm fine. |
Basic rule of evidence is that he who alleges must prove. This automatically places the onus probandi on the one making the claim, and where the person making those claims fails to satisfactorily discharge that burden, that claim must fail. Based on this premise, I already know there's no proof for those, so I don't bother myself much about someone who wants to believe the contrary. Workch: |
I'm not religious, but I do not disregard the power of prayer for those who believe in it. It can serve as a form of affirmation, and the mind doesn't distinguish between a prayer or affirmation, they all serve as a cue for the mind. hopefulLandlord: |
Nope. Tell me about it. |
So what are you gonna do about it? Sanction or invade them? Or continue crying? |
except the fellow on the other side shows reasonableness, I try not to have that conversation as much as possible. None of us going to shift. Most times it ends a stalemate as they won't have explanations to most probing. I treat My beliefs or lack of it as a personal matter. |
Exactly... Actions and reactions are equal, direct and opposite. Who would have thought that they are this vulnerable too? godofuck231: |
They can't even pretend to be tough. Small cold, their brain don dey shake. How they think they can be benefitting from a country and also treat the country like trash baffles me. |
It is. I was surprised with what I saw when I came to Asaba in November and went to Hampton's to relax. Which town are you in? Elrafiki2: |
This is not limited to Delta, its everywhere. The kids born after '96 are something else. |
But that's the reality |

Do you know why I don't take so much of these information about casualties of the war seriously, once I read the body of the article, I can tell on whose side the writer is and immediately classify the level of bias to attach to the article. You took your time to list and enumerate Russian loses, but glossed over Ukraine's. Where's the fair reportage? With that being said, I really do not give two flying fish fooks about any European war, this one inclusive. As far as my negritude is concerned, they can obliterate themselves, I don't care, its not my war. Did you see them accept any negro fighter from African? That should make us have a little sense. We have bigger problems here at home. Let's pray for ourselves. Ethnic genocide and cleansing is still ongoing in the north, especially the north central, Kaduna, Plateau, Benue, to mention a few. Insecurity is on the rise, price of goods too. Many unsolved murders. If you collate the data of people who have died out of insecurity and attacks within this same period the Russo-Ukraine wat commenced, you'd be surprised. That same prayer, good will, and charity we so much extend to these guys, let's show it to ourselves first. |

Did you see that shot he stopped that made him fall? Uzoho performance yesterday was magnificent. He's my man of the match. that's all I can say. |
Oh, I get your perspective now. The herb I'm talking about here is marihuana. immortalcrown: |
Why do you say so? How is it bad on those two organs you mentioned? Any information, evidence, article or bulletin to buttress this? immortalcrown: |
Nope! Don't think there's a word like "expanciate". FERNANDEZISBACK: |
I have been using marihuana since 2008, cooking, chewing, smoking, tea. Whenever I try to wean off it, or go sabbatical, my sleep pattern gets very messed up. I become terribly insomniac, and when I do get to sleep, I do not feel as refreshed as when I used. Presently, I have greatly reduced consumption to only when I link up with the guys as against my previous usage habit of never running out of supply in the house. Used to be the first thing when I wake, that's after peeing and drinking water. It also helped me stay off alcohol for upwards of 6 years. But now, I can barely sleep, reason why I'm still up at this time. Plus I'm back to imbibing. I wish I could have a good sleep without the herb, and also continue my alcohol abstinence. Tips from veterans who got over and anyone with useful information is welcome. |
FERNANDEZISBACK:Welcome. Thought to let you know, The word is "expatiate" not "expantiate". No offence intended. |
Typo error. Corrected it. It should read "post-nut". Thanks. FERNANDEZISBACK: |
