The Teachers Registration Council examination or whatever it is called is nothing but a money-generating avenue for those in that council! The threat from government to sack non-professional teachers from its schools is also ill-advised.
Records and experience have shown that the best teachers are not those who have the teaching qualifications. As a matter of fact, and as far as Nigeria is concerned, those who study Education are mostly those who could not secure admission into other Faculties. That's about the faculty where you have the dullest brains. No thanks to the way govt at all levels in Nigeria regards and treats teachers!
Let January 2020 come, and let the government carry out their threat on this anti-people policy, afterall we already know that Nigerian government at all levels never ever mean well for the people!
